Elina (7/5): Great city views. - The view from the room was great. The room was clean and the staff was friendly. It was nice to have separate shower and toilets. The bed wasn’t exactly great, as the mattress didn’t stay in its place. There was no clothes storage or hooks on the walls or anything. The breakfast wasn’t ideal for longer stays or for special diets or allergies, as you only had the same two breakfast tray options every morning and they couldn’t be customized at all. As a vegetarian, I really got sick of the two onigiri options I could eat after a couple of days. The staff wasn’t so helpful in recommending restaurants and such, as the recommendations we got ended up not working out - they required reservations and were fully booked etc.

David (10/5): Wonderful hotel, clean and modern, great vibe and amazing location. - The location was first class, really close to Gotanda staton, which is an excellent hub for exploring Tokyo. The area around the hotel is buzzing!! Plenty of places to eat. The hotel were helpful in making good recommendations. Each night there is a family friendly drinks party, that was fun (organised fun). Loved this hotel! We didn't have breakfast there, it seemed pricey. We found a wonderful bakery instead. We've stayed in an OMO3 another trip, it had a wee self service snack bar, we missed this option. A minor thing!

IhateBooking (9/5): Great location, clean and offers nice views of Tokyo. - The location is very good, 5-6 minutes away from the Train/Metro Station. Room was at the 19th floor, we had a superb view and the cleaning lady came every day to tidy up the beds and clean the room. If you have 3 large luggages like we had, it is a bit hard to store them in the room, because the room was quite small, for people with fewer or not so large luggages, the room is big enough.

Francesco (9/5): Oasi di tranquillità a Tokyo - Struttura nuova, pulitissima e vicina alla metro. Staff molto attento e gentile, servizi ottimi. Letto comodo , bel bagno dotato anche di vasca . Molti ristorantini carini nella zona Colazione buona, ma poco varia. Dopo 2-3 giorni si fatica a mangiare le stesse cose. Potrebbe essere ampliata con frutta fresca e secca e qualche altra pietanza (ad esempio formaggio, succhi, crackers, pancakes, marmellata)

Christopher (9/5): Super stylish and friendly hotel - Great location with lots of nearby convenience stores and restaurants. There are a couple of metro stations within walking distance which will connect you to most places easily. The view from the room was fantastic and on a clear day we even saw Mt Fuji! Which was an unexpected treat. The staff were always very friendly. They provided excellent help with luggage transfers. Only one small issue… No hooks for clothes in the bathroom. If they put some up, we are willing to go back just to see if it makes the stay even better ! ;-)

Antonio (10/5): - Waren nur eine Nacht dort, aber alles in allem sehr gut. Besonders die smarten Zimmer haben uns beeindruckt. Augenscheinlich klein, konnte man alles gut unterbringen. Lage war in Ordnung. Frühstück hätte etwas mehr Auswahl bieten können, aber an sich okay. Die Waschmaschinen haben ein wenig gemüffelt, das wirkte sich auch auf die Wäsche aus.

Alexis (8/5): Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt um Tokio zu entdecken. - Von unserem Hotelzimmer hatten wir eine unfassbar schöne und freie Sicht auf die Skyline von Tokio. Die Einrichtung des Hotels war auch super. Das Frühstücksbuffet war etwas klein in der Auswahl. Jedoch für den kleinen Hunger ausreichend.

No hacían la cama.

It was super clean, the staff were really friendly and the breakfast (once we got our head around it) was great! The room was very compact, but once we figured out the storage under the bed (open suitcase) it made it much more functional.

Jon (8/5): Lovely staff at OMO5 Gotanda - I liked the professionalism of the staff, they were very helpful. The location was good, easy to get to both Gotanda and Osaki stations. I didn't like the confusion raised regarding children staying for free. I booked the room on the basis that me, my wife and my 4-year old daughter would be staying in a room suited to 4 adults. When we arrived, only two beds were made up. I then found out that additional bedding for my daughter's sofa bed would be an additional cost of nearly £200. I spoke to the front desk staff and they waived the cost of the additional charge, but I think this should be better explained before booking the room.
