• Michelle (10/5): Fantastic Location, Comfortable room - We just finished an amazing 4 night stay and were very impressed. The location is fantastic and there is a supermarket, multiple 7-Elevens, a mall and train station within a 3-5minute walk. The apartment is clean, comfortable and the check in/check out process was great. We are a family of 3 and would recommend this to anyone travelling with a small family. We would stay again next time we’re in Osaka

Secteur agréable, près d’une station de métro, une épicerie et des dépanneurs juste à côté, le château d’Osaka et la promenade du canal (spectacle son et lumière en soirée) accessibles facilement à pied. Il manque quelques ustensiles pour la cuisinette (ça prendrait au moins un couteau et une paire de ciseaux idéalement). Une seule clé pour l’appartement, il pourrait être utile d’en avoir deux.

• HUNG-YU (10/5): - 京阪電車和谷町線天滿橋站附近 六分鐘抵達住宿地點 附近有全家和7-11還有LIFE超市 重點是有洗脫烘衣機就是方便 飯店一樓有提供洗衣球 每天回來都可以洗衣服真的超便利😂 這裡沒有設置吸煙室 所以對於要抽煙的人士會辛苦一些😆 有陽台 雖然浴室不大但廁所是獨立出來的 也有流理台、微波爐、IH爐。 房間大小還行 不會像連鎖飯店那麼小 可以同時開兩個大行李箱和一個登機箱 人還可以自由走動👍 還有那個冰箱真的很大👍 隔音方面表現的也相當不錯 我們只有第一天和最後一天有碰到服務人員 雖然語言不通但服務人員都挺親切的 入住也是很迅速就完成入住 個人覺得cp值不錯 剩下的就讓還在猶豫中的你們自己開箱體驗😆
• Sum (10/5): - Nice apartment in a very nice neighborhood. Lots of amenities. Washer/dryer 2-in-1. Kitchenette with cooking utensils. Refrigerator and separate freezer. Shower area with tub you can soak in. Lots of nice little touches that show how much they care about your stay. Mr Dar, who checked me in, was very helpful and friendly. He is from Kashmir and spoke quite good English. The apartment is located away from the main roads but not too far away. There's a children's playground nearby and a grocery store. The train station is also quite close. The whole atmosphere is like that of a quiet neighborhood instead of a hotel along side busy roads. A short walking distance away is Nakanoshima rose garden, which is on a river sandbar. I was so lucky to come up on it at this time of year when the roses are in bloom.
• mio (10/5): - GWに大人２人、子供１人の家族で宿泊しました ベッドはシングル２台の部屋でしたが、チェックインしたら、部屋にもう一組布団を敷いてくれていました 気づかいが素晴らしかったです トイレが完全に別になっているのが嬉しいです 歯ブラシ、歯磨き粉、かみそり、シャンプー、コンディショナー、ボディーソープ、くし、ウォッシュ用タオル、フェイスタオル、バスタオル、ドライヤーなど、ひと通りの物が揃っております キッチンにはＩＨコンロがひとつ 電気ケトル、食器類、包丁、スポンジ、洗剤もあって自炊可能(まな板あったか忘れました) 洗面所に洗濯機(確か乾燥機能もあったような？)が設置してあり、一階のアメニティコーナーにジェルボールが置いてあります 近くにセブンイレブン、スーパーの「LIFE　ライフ」があるので食事には困りません 家で過ごす時と同じような感覚で滞在できたのが良かったです 受付は外国人スタッフなので、日本が初めての方にもおすすめです とても親切でした
• Alex (10/5): - The apartment was super clean. It had everything we needed. The beds were extremely comfortable. Having access to a balcony was also great, as we could just relax with a beer at the end of each day. The reception staff that we encountered were all excellent. The neighbourhood was like an quiet oasis. It was lovely to come back to a quiet peaceful neighbourhood, after a hectic day of sightseeing and shopping. Plenty of dining options nearby. Temmabashi Station was within 5 minutes walk. Kitahama Station was about 10 minutes walk in the opposite direction. A largish supermarket - Life Tenjinbashi (2nd floor for the comfort food and decent alcohol section) is also within 5 minutes walk (towards Kitahama Station). Overall we had a great time at Yksi Stay and Apartment and wouldnt hesitate to stay again.

It’s affordable yet offers so much more than many other places I’ve stayed in Japan. The place is new, clean, safe, and surprisingly spacious. One of the best parts was having a washing machine, microwave, and a small kitchen – such a plus for travelers! I especially loved the convenience of the washing machine; it’s so nice to have fresh clothes during the trip. The staff were friendly, helpful, and spoke English, which made everything even smoother. There’s a 7-Eleven and a supermarket nearby, so grabbing essentials was easy. It’s not right next to a subway station, but it’s still walkable and well worth the extra steps for the comfort and value you get. I’ll definitely be back the next time I visit Osaka!

• Joonhyung (10/5): 숨은 오사카 숙박 명소 - 왠만한 4성급 호텔과 비견해도 나쁘지 않습니다. 일단 보통일본 숙소들이 너무 좁은데 여긴 일단 넓습니다. 그리고 냉장고와 전자레인지, 인덕션 프라이팬 접시 등이 있어 간단한 음식 해먹기도 좋습니다. 일단 방이 넓은게 너무 좋고, 직원은 간단한 영어로 소통할 수 있으면 전혀 문제없습니다.

• Siu ni (10/5): - Very good apartment hotel with necessary amenities in the room. Spacious too. The most convenient for us is that there’s a washing plus dryer (2 in one) machine in the hotel room. We need not to hang clothes after washing so save time and energy after a day’s tour. It’s also close to train stations, two convenient stores and a big supermarket. We will surely stay in this hotel again when we visit Osaka next time.
• Sidharth (10/5): - Unexpectedly nice space. Having the kitchen was a huge plus, as we were looking to have a couple of lower cost (and veggie heavy) meals. Laundry in-suite also - if doing a longer trip, would recommend this place to break up the cycle of eating out and the convenience of cleaning your clothes. Affordable and convenient - close to Osaka palace, close to metro stops and grocery store a couple of blocks away.
• Kin Kwok (8/5): - Location is excellent just 5 mins walk from tenmabashi (train and metro) station/shopping mall. Supermarkets, restaurants, shops, and direct train to Koyoto are available right there. Aircon (warm air), hot water bath etc. are all working fine. Washing machine with optional/adjustable drying function is great, too. The only thing I don't like is the mattress and pillows......especially the pollows are too hard. Highly recommend.

The location was perfect for exploring the city, and our room was not only spacious and spotless but also fully equipped with everything we needed. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, especially the manager who went above and beyond to assist us. When we were struggling to get to the airport with all our luggage, they kindly booked a taxi for us at the last minute – a real lifesaver!

• Robert (8/5): Convenient stay in Osaka - The stay was perfect for our needs. It was close by two different train stations and in walking distance of Osaka Castle. The room itself was a standard Japanese apartment furnished with a small kitchen along with a washer/dryer combo. Amenities to use were plentiful. The sleeping area, while it suited our purposes, might be a little small for three or more people in your group. It was a really tight fit with two adults and one child. That being said, it was a nice stay in a quiet neighborhood with convenient access to trains. Great for a couple of adults.
• oyama (10/5): 大阪ステイ - 天満宮、大阪城に歩いて行けるロケーションが最高。静かだし、お部屋も快適。お風呂は普通ですがきれいに清掃されているし、シャンプーコンディショナー、ボディソープも揃っていて言う事無し。スタッフの方も爽やかでよかったです。ベランダに椅子もあり竿もありました。私たちは調理しなかったけどキッチンに２人分の食器、簡単な調理器具もありよかった。お勧めです。
• Evin (8/5): Godt lejlighedshotel tæt på osakaslot - Efter hotelophold både i Tokyo og Kyoto, valgte vi at prøve lejlighedshotel, da vi ønskede mere plads med tekøkken. Det fik vi med dette lejlighedshotel, mere plads og et lille tekøkken, som var nok til vores behov. Stedet er tæt på to Metro linjer og der var gode spisesteder i nærheden. Personalet var venlig og smilende. Desuden er den også tæt på Osaka slottet. Derudover er der en legeplads til mindre børn ved siden af lejligheden, det er noget jeg ville sætte pris på at vide, da min søn var yngre. Det eneste minus vi vil nævne er at deres dørtelefon blinkede med grønt lys som var meget forstyrrende i mørket da vi skulle sove. Vi fandt en delvis løsning ved at dække den til, men det kunne stadig skimmes igennem. Alt i alt var vi glad for opholdet.
