- Verified traveler (2/5): Terrible Sento Kouzu stay - pessima esperienza, camera poco pulita, scarsa e pessima comunicazione da parte del proprietario, nessun servizio wi-fi disponibile, o comunque nessuna indicazione sull'uso del wi-fi provvista e neppure la password per connettersi, poca pulizia con insetti che giravano per la camera, soprattutto scarafaggi! Gli scarafaggi fotografati sono: 1) vicino alla gamba in ferro del tavolino/comodino, 2) sul muro tra le bacchette per mangiare, 3)sul pavimento, sotto la sedia
- Alexi (2/5): - We were not sent check in information and tried sending multiple message with no response. We even tried calling the property directly but they hung up on us and wouldn’t take any subsequent calls. After getting our check in information through Expedia support and two hours sitting on the pavement we finally made it into the room.
The apartment itself was not bad. It was clean and the bed was comfortable, however sometimes there was a bad smell for no apparent reason.
I would not recommend anyone stay here.
- Dillon (2/5): - Host did not communicate prior that the room I had reserved was given to other guests via a different platform. As a result, I spent 3 hours of my time on the hallway floor in the property from 7:30 pm - 10:30 pm at night dealing with Expedia customer support and finding and then navigating to a different property.
The host attempted to remedy by providing a different room, 5 hours after check in time had passed. The host should communicate with guests ahead of time and coordinate listings across different platforms to ensure guests are not left in the cold handling hotel issues upon arrival halfway around the world. 0/5, would not be willing to book with this host again.
