• Diana (5/5): Ganz OK - Die Lage ist gut. Supermarkt und Tram sind in der Nähe. Das Personal lächelt zwar immer freundlich, aber wenn man etwas fragt, haben sie keine Ahnung. Sie entschuldigen sich ständig, wirken jedoch nicht kompetent. Meine Decke/Duvet war alt und hat nicht warm gehalten, deshalb habe ich um einen Austausch gebeten. Trotz mehrfacher Nachfragen und Bitten wurde nichts unternommen. Es wurde zwar immer freundlich gelächelt, aber keine Lösung für das Problem gefunden. Die Klimaanlage kann man nicht selbst regulieren. Anscheinend ist das eine japanische Regel – gilt wohl nur für dieses Hotel ;0) Vom Hotelpersonal kann man weder Hilfe noch Antworten oder Lösungen erwarten. In der Küche gibt es weder Besteck noch Gläser, alles muss selbst mitgebracht werden. Das ist das einzige Hotel, in dem man für die Aufbewahrung des Gepäcks bezahlen muss: 1500 Yen pro Koffer. An den Bahnhöfen kommt man mit 1000 Yen deutlich günstiger weg. Das sollte man vorher prüfen, je nachdem, was besser infrage kommt.

• Lilly (7/5): Great option for Tokyo - Very morden, very clean, close to the station. Staff members are friendly, common area on the top floor really helps with the rooms being so tight in space. there's no possibilities of sitting nor eating in the room. The only window in the room can not be open, it's dead sealed. I understand there's a safety concern, however, we have stayed in places there's locks on the windows which allowed a little opening. With the room being very small, no possibility of tiny air flow.

Las habitaciones son pequeñas por lo que si buscas espacio, no es tu sitio pero si buscas algo sencillo y cómodo, es tu elección. Que no se pueden ventilar las habitaciones, no se puede abrir la ventana. No hay armarios ni estanterías para dejar las cosas.

• Victoria (8/5): Good value for money! Happy with our stay - Nice clean and modern, easy check in and check out and friendly staff. Good price and good location close to the train station Bed was hard, it was a little annoying when I put the ‘clean room’ sign out and the room was NOT cleaned. Also the kitchen has no cutlery, bowls etc only a microwave and jug.

• NICOL (9/5): Estupendo calidad / precio - La ubicación, estaba a 3 min andando de la estación Minowa, había un Seven Eleven y Lawson cerca del hostel. Los de recepción muy majos, especialmente Nicole, argentina, muy maja y me ayudó con lo que pudo siempre con simpatía. La habitación más pequeña de lo que me esperaba.

• TSAI SHENG (10/5): 第一次體驗衛浴/廁所是和房間分開的，ㄧ開始不太習慣，但因為有保持乾淨衛生，且走道保持香氣，讓人聞起來舒服放鬆，所以整體住宿體驗蠻棒，重點離地鐵也蠻近。 - 房間雖然很小，但非常乾淨整潔，重點隔音也很不錯，床也好睡。

• 偉軒 (9/5): - 住宿地點良好，在三之輪站旁邊，如果有租車，旁邊就有停車場，收費合理很方便，周圍就有7-11和24小時的超市，簡單解決吃東西的問題，走三分鐘就有麥當勞，住宿八樓有公共空間休息室，可以微波食品，可惜無提供刀叉餐具等等 房間偏小，地上放兩個行李箱不攤開就是極限了，房門內沒有暗鎖或貓眼，走廊偏狹窄感覺有點壓迫，但性價比高

• HSIN-YI (9/5): 整體住宿環境乾淨舒適，浴室與廁所雖是共用，但都保持得非常乾淨。床跟枕頭都很好睡。房間內有洗手台、小冰箱、吹風機，很加分。住宿地點離三之輪站近（1b出口）。此次為一個人住，房間大小夠使用，但若是2個人住，應該會太小 - 近地鐵站 整體空間乾淨舒適
• Siyuan (6/5): 房间确实很小，只有一个床垫和额外一平米的空间。房间有窗，但是没法打开，屋内空气都是换气扇工作，所以晚上回酒店会有味道，整体有些闷。虽然附近有地铁站，但是距离主线（上野、银座）都有一些距离，需要转线，带着行李的话比较费劲。附近美食不多，应该是 - 浴室不错，热水充足。 没有什么需要改进的，做的都很好。

• Namtip (8/5): คุ้มค่าราคาที่จ่าย - ใหม่ สะอาด พนักงานต้อนรับยิ้มแย้มแจ่มใสมากๆ โดดเด่นเรื่องความคุ้มค่า คุ้มราคา มีประตูดิจิตอลล็อค เตียงค่อนข้างแข็ง นอนหลายๆคืนติดกัน คืนหลังๆอาจจะเริ่มเมื่อยได้ และไม่ได้รู้สึกสบายในการพักผ่อนสำหรับคนอายุใกล้40 ห้องน้ำแยก ตามที่แจ้ง แต่หากต้องเดินไปทำธุระกลางคืน ต้องเดินไปกลับ อาจจะทำให้ต้องมาเริ่มต้นพยายามนอนกันใหม่ เดินทางขยับออกมาจากแหล่งท่องเที่ยว สถานีรถไฟที่มา อาจจะงงๆเรื่องฝั่งการขึ้นลงรถไฟถ้ามีกระเป๋าเดินทางมาด้วย

• Samuel (10/5): Value for money accommodation in Tokyo! - Really helpful staff. They helped me print out my bus tickets and assisted me with late check in. Though the room was very small, it was very clean and the bed was huge. The bed made up for the small room size! Th communal toilets were clean! Not really a fan of having to remember the 6 digit pin to the room. I wish they had a room card. The hotel is a short walk from minowa, nothing much around the vicinity.

Na quadra tinha uma pizzaria e alguns restaurantes. Os funcionários são muito educados e prestativos. Quarto pequeno padrão japao ma foi tranquilo para duas pessoas. Os banheiros são compartilhados mas nunca encontrei sujo ou ocupado. Possui espelho, pia e frigobar. Possui janela mas não abre. Também disponibilizam sombrinha para os hóspedes, possui bicicleta de aplicativo para alugar (no do BR não consegui baixar, mas ali perto achei outra marca) e máquina de vendas na entrada. In de buurt zitten ook leuke lokale restaurants waar je heerlijk kan eten! Personeel heel vriendelijk! Kamers zijn wel echt heel klein hoor, paar m2 groter was fijner geweest.

I could store my luggage at the hotel before check-in and after checkout (until 5pm) which was much appreciated. The hotel is very close to Minowa station. It was a very comfortable stay.

Tout était très bien expliqué pour le tri, les douches, etc. L’emplacement était super, on a adoré ce court séjour. Malheureusement difficile d’imaginer un séjour longue durée au vu de la taille de la chambre. Et l’impossibilité de pouvoir aérer dans la chambre ou dans l’espace lounge commun.

Fresh towels were provided daily, and the room felt quite spacious for a hostel. They also made sure all the facilities were consistently clean and well-organized. I will definitely stay here again when I'm back in Tokyo. NA
