I’m a well traveled person who paid a good value of money to receive a terrible experie - Well Located, common áreas and amazing staff at the building (concierges) The property was incredibly dirty, kitchen utensils and microwave disgusting! Lots of mould at bathroom ceiling, body hair everywhere…
• Anthony (9/5): Great modern economical stay in Sampa - Great modern building with good security, amenities, all you need. Comfortable bed, good space, kitchenette with all you need. Hot water in the shower, wifi etc. Coffee machine with free coffee capsules was great as was the filtered water supply in the kitchen. Lots of pillows on the bed to sit up or use the desk and chair. It took a good hour on arrival after late booking to be allowed entry.... You must be given the room number and room access code for security to let you in and there you have to show ID and they'll take your phito for the facial recognition access control system. The PIN # Booking gives you has no use. Bandeirantes avenue to the front has constant noise from traffic...so bring ear plugs. Rooms at the rear have less noise. Sliding patio doors don't completely shut to keep the noise out...makers fault. Big fridge in the room is noisy so I unplugged it at night. Internal lights from the microwave, fridge, TV, and a/c illuminate the room brightly...so wear eyecover if you prefer darkness to sleep, or unplug everything or cover the little lights. The sliding shower door was either off its track or missing a part as it was a fight to open and close it.

• Mario (2/5): - Too complicated since check in. Impossible to communicate with the company. A complete waste of my time. 3 hours trying to check in unsuccessfully. Expedia also useless. No support even after a week. Still no decision made after a week. Front desk had no idea who I was even with confirmation number at check in. I’m still trying to get my money back. The property sends you a form to be filled up before check in but the link does not work. No support to help you with the form. Stay somewhere else!
• Carlos (10/5): Confortável - Foi incrível Tivemos um problema com a porta no primeiro dia, mas logo foi resolvido e não tivemos mais problemas. A vista é linda, o local ficar perto de tudo.
• Lilian (6/5): Bom, mas poderia ser muito melhor, fácil. - Utensilio de cozinha tem, em questão de conforto são ótimos, mas para grandes períodos precisará se preocupar com alguns detalhes, como: Detergente, pano de prato, pano de chão, vassoura, não tem no local. A fechadura é peculiar e precisa de bastante paciência para abrir, bem pouco prática. A ducha é ótima, cama confortável, espaço limpo e organizado. Atendimento da ROOM é questionável.

• Marcos antonio (6/5): poderia ser melhor - A experiência foi boa. O interfone estava quebrado, impossibilitando contato com a portaria. A recepção do prédio de dia na chegada poderia ter sido mais simpática. O elevador embora não houvesse mudança estava sujo e com a proteção para mudanças.
• Felipe (7/5): Good value for money close to Cogonhas Airport - Good location, high security, new furniture, flat well equipped, comfortable bed. Customer service didn't know the WiFi name and password. The fan in the bathroom was very noisy. Although there was a capsule coffee machine, there were no capsules. There was two elevators, only one was operational, and it was very slow. The buttons in the elevator were misleading.
• Ingrid (8/5): Roomo Congonhas - Me hospedo com frequência e sempre foi tudo excelente, mas dessa vez, havia muito cabelo picado no armário do banheiro, precisa ter mais atenção para detalhes.
• Mateus (8/5): Prático e confortável - O apartamento é muito novo e o check-in é prático. Estadia agradável no geral. O prédio é bem completo e os funcionários nos atenderam muito bem. O terraço é muito bonito. Poderia melhorar a manutenção, uma cadeira tinha um parafuso solto e o feltro do box estava saindo, eu mesmo arrumei. Fora isso, poderia ter mais utensílios domésticos como pano de prato, ferro, sanduicheira etc.
