O quarto é novo, o colchão é confortável, o chuveiro é bom. O bairro eh tranquilo. Nosso quarto no segundo andar era silencioso. Tem TV com Netflix. Recomendo! Tinha cabelos de outra pessoa grudados atras da porta do banheiro. Acho que na hora de secar o cabelo voou e na hora da limpeza não viram.

• Bruno (4/5): Decepcionante - Acomodação nova e relativamente limpa. Estava em SP a trabalho e cheguei tarde de um compromisso. Percebi que não havia cobertor disponível na hora de dormir (era uma das semanas mais frias do ano). Como já estava tarde, ninguém poderia resolver o meu problema. Tentei ligar o ar condicionado no quente, mas não foi o suficiente. Tive que dormir com a roupa do corpo e a jaqueta que eu havia levado. Foi horrível.

• Sonia (5/5): Passable - Nice air conditioner. Nice shower. Having a kitchen is handy too! There was only one bed blanket and it was dirty, with a vomit-like stain, quite disgusting. In order to talk to someone responsible for the property, first you need to talk to a chatbot and when you get to talk to a human, they are usually dismissive. Also, their hot page through which you send your personal documentation as part of the check-in policy does not work properly; I have to send the flip side of my girlfriend's document image two times there and finally one time via WhatsApp. Finally, the chatbot says that you are informed if the apartment is available earlier, but you are not.

• Nazim (5/5): Never again. Stay at you own risk - Sent me to wrong address, Could not contact anyone for 40 mins. At apt, coffee machine and stove not working. When we wanted to extend our stay anyway, there was no response for 3 days by when we had to leave. Absolutely no communication with Charlie, most useless organization. Would not recommend a you will be on your own without any help.
