No prédio há máquina e outros itens à venda. Portaria com câmera e funcionários atenciosos. O apartamento é funcional e bem conservado. Fomos em 4 pessoas, bem acomodadas.
Francine (6/5): - Bon emplacement pour visiter, stationnement. Par contre, c'est très bruyant. J'aurais apprécié que le propriétaire m'avise qu'un gros édifice était en construction juste en avant. La nuit de gros camion venait ramasser les débris et nous réveillait. J'en ai parlé au prop mais aucune empathie de sa part. J'ai même demandé des sacs a vidanges qui m'ont été refusés. Quand nous sommes arrivés sur place, l'hôtel n'était pas avisé de notre arrivée. Cela a été tres compliqué et stressant. J'avais réservé, il y a plus de 5 mois.

Octávio Augusto (10/5): Local privilegiado - Gostei de tudo, desde a chegada no estacionamento, a recepção e o pessoal de retaguarda, todos atenciosos, prestativos e muito educados. As instalações são ótimas, camas confortáveis tudo funcionando perfeitamente. Vou voltar.
Rafael (5/5): - Location is great, one block from Av. Paulista. Instructions to check in are over complicated. They ask you to upload your passports to their platform (which doesn't work on mobile). They contact through platform, booking, WhatsApp instead of using one single way. If you arrive early, there is no place to leave your luggage. Beds aren't comfortable and bathroom has clogging issues. We arrived and the toilet barely flushed. We had to fix it ourselves after requesting a plunger to do it because they don't have one already in place. Usually, there is shampoo and soap as courtesy, there was one one portion for 4 nights/3 guests. Walls are thin and you can hear neighbors screaming. Appliances are old. Bedsheets were stained.

Mehech (8/5): Very good - Very good location. This is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, kitchen, living room and balcony small apartment which is what we needed and difficult to find in Sao Paulo. Things worked as expected. We had stayed here in the past and decided to go back. Beds are very poor though and I woke up with a back pain every day. The facility doesn't offer a crib for our 16 months grandkid and we had to improvise a place for her to sleep. Other than that, it was good.
