• Oliveiros (7/5): Estadia boa para um hotel de padrão abaixo do Fasano - Café da manhã bom para um hotel padrão, mas para o que se espera do Fasano, não. Capuccino e ovos mexidos estavam normais. Jantar e almoço a comida estava normal, inclusive a proteína veio fria. Cama não é boa. Quarto é bonito, mas nada espetacular e sem amenites. Cama poderia ser melhor. Comida não estava boa.

• Pedro (3/5): O nome não honra a pessima frequencia piorada ainda pelo fuzue do rooftop para todos menos ao hospede do hotel…. - Localização Não é novidade que o rooftop é mal frequentado, uma mulher com o peito de fora foi honrosamente recebida pela Fernanda que promove lobby a fora uma lista de espera para dizer que esta lotado. A localização e ótima, a frequência pessima, uns tentaram pegar carona no elevador. Rooftop para publico deveria ser de 2a a 4a sexta, sábado o hotel parece um bordel, não tem dono e o ultimo a ser prestigiado é o hospede. Uma tentativa clara de gerar dinheiro com esbórnia. Uma capsula de cafe de segunda no quarto para fazer frente a cafeteira de primeira. Esse hotel, parece mais não é. E infelizmente não ha muita alternativa na reunião. Toda vez que me hospedo vejo as mesmas pessoas, mesmas desculpas, esse não é o padrão fasano. Pior que e, respondi, e não há interesse em mudar. Se quiser ha muito o que fazer. Nem mesmo a turma que serve no restaurante gosta dessa galhofa.

• Isabela (8/5): - A abordagem inicial assim que sai do Uber foi bem grosseira por parte do senhor da portaria, o atendimento no restaurante Gero também não foi bom por parte dos garçons, a comida não estava muito boa e as taças que estavam acima da mesa que fui alocada estavam sujas. O atendimento no bar da piscina foi excelente, assim como no café da manhã, profissionais educados e muito prestativos. Serviço de quarto foi ótimo, tudo de muita qualidade na hospedagem.

I am a huge fan of Fasano (Rio and SP) and their new location in Itaim is per - Fasano has been my favourite hotel brand in Brasil for years. The new hotel in Itaim brings the same unique Brazilian design and vibe to the neighbourhood of Itaim. The team is amazing, including the concierge (especially Denis) for providing a professional and personalised service that I have not experienced elsewhere. Loved it (and can’t wait to be back!).

O lobby, bar do rooftop e a piscina também são lindíssimos. Destaque para o jantar no Gero, a comida e o atendimento são impecáveis. Não gostei muito do salão do café da manhã, achei o ambiente frio e acabei pedindo café da manhã no quarto várias vezes. A localização do hotel também é excelente.

• Maglart (7/5): Not very good for a luxury hotel - Good location, decent room Not what I expect from a Fasano hotel, or from any luxury hotel. Arrived at 4pm and we were told my room wasn't ready. We were told to wait at the lounge and tea was going to be brought. No tea after 30 minutes. Room as ready at 5:30pm. No excuses given. We went out around 7pm in the evening and asked the doorman/bellboy for help with getting a taxi. We were simply told there were no taxis around. We walked one block and there were 4 taxis parked at a taxi station. The room was stylish but jammed with furniture, one could hardly walk around. A round table was too high for chairs too low. Very strange room setup overall. No water kettle, no iron (we asked for one and they tried hard to sell us their pressing service at something like $50 a piece). Bathroom had no hooks for towels and robes. No kleenex, etc. Noise isolation was terrible. We could hear cars and boles roaring outside all night long - it's a busy gastronomy street. We could hear a couple having sex on room next door. One could hear from the corridor too, at another room. We expressed several other observations and complaints to staff a front desk, but they weren't very interested in feedback. Overall, the younger members of the staff were clearly not well trained, or in the wrong line of business. one who came to deliver food in our room didn't know how to open a wine bottle. Some of the more veteran staff (at bar and restaurant) were very good and professional. The heavily tattooed and pierced barwoman made good drinks but she look very out of place in what is supposed to be a very classy bar. In sum, a lot was wrong for a hotel of this price and category. Very disappointing.
