- Luisa (6/5): Localização ótima, experiência Ok - A localização é ótima, logo em frente ao shopping C3, com saída na paulista, e lá dentro tem um carrefour express, muito prático pra alimentação, Infelizmente, no segundo dia da hospedagem eu solicitei manutenção hidráulica (goteira enorme no banheiro + ralo demorava a esvaziar água) e o secador, listado como presente quando reservei o quarto, quebrou, e nenhum dos dois foram resolvidos. Após reclamação direta com o Charlie, eles me ofereceram desconto parcial mas diárias, e disseram que o valor viria pela própria booking.com, estou no aguardo

- Rafael Tiago (8/5): Boa hospedagem na região da Paulista. - Ótimo apartamento em uma localizacao privilegiada de São Paulo. A manutenção por parte da Charlie é ruim. Secador de cabelo não funcionava, cafeteira com defeito e registro do chuveiro frouxo, girando em falso.

Apartamento é espaçoso, bem equipado com eletrodomésticos novos e utensílios básicos como bons atrativos.
Embora não sendo incluído na diária o café da manhã, o hotel oferece café da manhã muito bom e com variedades de produtos. Oferece outras refeições também com preços justos. É necessário um cuidado representativo com a limpeza. Paredes do quarto precisam de limpeza ou pintura.
Serviço de internet nos primeiros dias de hospedagem não funcionaram. Como estive hospedada a trabalho não pude utilizar notebook. Veio a funcionar nos últimos 5 dias de hospedagem.
O mais complicado é o vazamento de água do box para o piso do banheiro, caracterizando cheiro de mofo muito forte na parede também.

Quarto excelente Deixou a desejar no quesito limpeza, pois pagamos uma taxa de limpeza que só é feita após a entrega do quarto. Durante todos os dias em que estive não foi feita nenhuma limpeza.

- Marco Antonio (5/5): Charlie precisa rever suas instalações - Sou hóspede frequente deste Hotel há muitos anos. A localização é excelente e o hotel sempre foi muito bom. Mas com a administração do Charlie o negócio desandou O sistema Charlie é muito ruim. Mensagens excessivas, todos os apartamentos precisam de manutenção. É lamentável pois tem ótima localização, tem itens e utensílios simples mas são suficientes. Uma tristeza ver a falta de manutenção e conservação das unidades. Mofo, paredes s sofás com manchas, chuveiro que tem hora que não esquenta, falta cabideiros. Eles são ate simpáticos com o fornecimento de 2 capsulas de café mas no geral precisa melhorar muito.

- Cintia (8/5): Ótima estadia - Tive problemas no check-in, avisei que precisava da estadia liberada pontualmente às 15h pois tinha que ir trabalhar. E quando cheguei ainda estavam limpando. O local estava bem limpo e organizado, cama e roupas de banho de ótima qualidade. Chuveiro excelente. Falta pano na cozinha pra secagem da louça e tinham algumas luzes queimadas. A localização é excelente, possui um shopping bem em frente e mercados e padarias ao redor.

The a/c struggles to keep up in the daytime but not too bad at night.
The “before check in” process took an extended period of time (1.5hrs) via WhatsApp. At the apartment…it went very quickly and smoothly.

No entanto tenho uma observação a ser feita quanto ao enxoval de cama e banho… colocaram um jogo de três lençóis, onde o de cima e debaixo estavam limpos, porém o do meio estava encardido. E as toalhas de banho estavam novas, porém com cheiro de loja ainda como se não tivessem sido lavadas antes de colocar para uso.

Paulista, so you have everything you need pretty close. The Internet didn't work and they couldn't fix it, but the team in Charlie was very helpful and they changed me to another location, that was 5 min walk from the one that I booked. Other than that, was a lovely stay!

Apartamento bem espaçoso, cama muito confortável e wifi potente. A localização é excelente, a 1 quadra da Avenida Paulista e nos fundos do Shopping Center 3.
- Desirée (1/5): Hole in the door, dirty towels, awful experience - The location is great. And it's about the only great thing about it. The entire rest was terrifying. The worst, most stressful experience I ever had.
Arrived at the place and there was a LITERAL HOLE at the door. It looked like someone had punched it to try to get in, since the lock seemed damaged. Getting inside, the flat was not properly clean and the towels were dirty with some type of cleaning product (I hope the yellow WET stains at every single towel was that).
When I requested a new flat, I was informed that wouldn't be possible on the same day and neither would the hole be fixed or towels delivered that day.
After some discussion, I had to change my plans for Day 2 in my trip so I could be at the building the next day in the middle of the day, when I was sent to another apartment a couple floors below.
As soon as I arrived there, there was a giant leak in the ceiling and the bathroom floor was flooded. I had to come back to the apt with the hole (which had been given a quick fix, not reassuring at all).
As in many other comments, the WiFi did not work at all, any of the days, despite my complaints. There was mold on the ceilings.
I am waiting for a partial refund as agreed with the customer service rep who spoke to me last.
Would never stay anywhere managed by Charlie again and would NOT RECOMMEND.
- Parker (4/5): will not stay here again. do not recommend. - the location is great but this apartment is not worth the money. first, this is not a hotel. this is more like an airbnb situation run by a company. i was told i would receive check-in information on the day of arrive at 15h. by 17h i had still not received my information. i had to ask several times to receive the information for check in from their automated whatsapp service. when i arrived to the location, this information was wrong. since this is not a hotel, but rather an apartment building, the doormen are not helpful nor do they speak english. do not expect any sort of front desk or concierge service that will help you solve problems. when i got to the apartment it was very dirty. they were cigarette burns in the furniture. the kitchen has ants in it. the bathroom was full of mold and the drains were clogged so that the shower and sink do not properly drain. no cleaner came at any point during the stay. there were no cleaning supplies to clean on my own. their contact service is automated and they don't really provide assistance. the location is great, but that's about it. very disappointed.

The several message requesting a special process for check-in were received although the host indicated that there was a bug in their system. The host never answered to my question directly and I only got standard messages. This is irritating. There were no information leaflet in the flat about the technical installation, in particular about the stove that was not working.

Difficulties at checkin: they gave me a wrong reservation, different from the one I made, and it took them more than an hour to respond and give me a solution. Disastrous. 2. When I arrived, I couldn't open the door for half an hour because it was not in good condition, it was very annoying, I couldn't get in and I had already been delayed due to the previous situation.
3. Dirty, in the shower there was a soap full of hair. Clearly there was no care.
4. The bedroom window was in poor condition and didn't close, so they put adhesive tape on it, which didn't work, because it opened anyway and you could hear the whole city and a lot of wind came in (even rain on a bad weather day).
5. There were not enough kitchen items, only one knife in total. The minimum would be to have at least two if the apartment is supposedly suitable for two people

When I arrived at first apartment there were renovations in room next door. After a lot of messaging I was finally moved to another room. Apartment had one glass and no bowls. Lamp in kitchen did not work, wifi did not work and they did not respond to my message asking for this to be fixed. Very bad stay

However, when we checked out the hotel refused to keep our bags for even just an hour so we could grab lunch nearby before taking our bags with us. They said they are separated from Charlie. Perhaps the following is just a misuse of english words, but the staff at the reception listerally told me "I don't care."

- Jorge (1/5): Ótima localização, pessimo Staff - Well located everything was pretty close I’ve booked from July 27th to Aug. 7th. I complained about this internet issue a week before my checkout. The staff said they would go fix it on Monday and until my checkout they didn’t.
I work remotely and if you need an stable Wi-Fi to work, skip this option. Because when you need, they won’t be there to help you!

- Jessica (10/5): Good place to stay! - Super high tech stuff - getting into the building with face recognition and having a code locked door. The apartment size was perfect! The shower had some mold inside but the place looked sparkling otherwise. Great location. I got a message saying that I would receive the door code info by 3pm (check in time) but when I got to the place at 5pm, I hadn't yet. After a few minutes wait for the Whatsapp support, I managed to get the info. This was the only stressful part.

- Pedro (3/5): Book with Massis Hotel directly, it will be 10x better for the same price - it was a great facility the service was rented by a third party, communication was only through WhatsApp. The hotel couldn’t help you because the apartment belonged to the letting agency that made the ad (Charlie). Had issues hosting a guest and I forgot my charger In the room. Hotel staff couldn’t help to access the room again and the WhatsApp support took a long time to solve my issues. Just book with the hotel directly instead, the price is the same and you will receive a true hotel service.
