Mas,no geral, nao gostamos pq noa sentimos super desconfortaveis.A senhora Leticia me cobrou por 4 vezes o pagamento das diarias, mesmo eu provando que ja havia pago pelo app,mostrando recibo e ligando pro app.Ela nos seguia pelo hotel,causando mal estar, cobrando.Cafe da manha fraco,sem variedade e opcoes.Presenciamos os donos(2 mulheres e um senhor) tratando os funcionários de maneira grosseira e soberba.A pousada parecia uma casa de amigos,pois haviam muitos amigos do dono na piscina que ficavam nos constrangendo e encarnando, como se fossemos intrusas.reclamaram que pedimos pizza uma noite. Nunca me senti tao mal recebida em um hotel e com vontade de ir embora,nao me senti bem vinda e ainda passei vergonha pq me cobravam o tempo todo sem razao
