Meu check-in estava previsto para as 15h, porém cheguei às 19h e fui informado de que a entrada só seria liberada às 21h30. Após muita insistência, conseguimos acessar o local apenas às 20h.
No dia seguinte, nosso acesso foi bloqueado às 11h da manhã. Ou seja, o check-in ocorreu com grande atraso, mas o check-out foi rigorosamente cumprido no horário exato.

- Adolfo Casas (10/5): Vem a dois que é sucesso! - Completo, cama excelente, chuveiro com boa pressão d'água, ar condicionado funcionou bem, entrada e saída super tranquilos, só achei que o quarto tinha varanda confirme mostrou nas fotos, mas não tinha, porém não desmerece em nada. Recebi link pra entrar antes e me desloquei até o local e quando cheguei o reconhecimento facial não estava liberado ainda. E na saída a limpeza veio ainda na hora que estava no quarto, sendo que havia sido liberado late checkout. Resolvido naquele mesmo momento.

Esta perfecto apra una sola persona, la cama es muy comoda, y sabanas y toallas son buenas. La zona es jardim y esta cerca de Av paulisa pero son tan promunciadas las subidas y bajadas de las calles que terminas tomando uber por 5 cuadras. A las 6 de la tarde no hay un alma en la calle, no hay lugares de comida cerca (si hay un supermercado) asi que tenes que venir con la comida desde el centro... No es grave, pero hay que tenerlo en cuenta.

Ao chegar no prédio para check-in, a pessoa que me atendeu no interfone acredito que foi uma moça da limpeza, foi muito rude e grossa sem necessidade alguma. O suporte do papel higiênico estava com defeito, assim como a tampa do vaso sanitário precisa de um ajuste.

Their service on what’s app is very slow and for a simple question you will speak to at least 3x different people.
No phone available so you will be at the mercy of whoever is on the other side and for the most of it a robot will be answering your questions.

O lençol que cobria a cama escapava e o colchão não tinha nenhum protetor. Tive crise de rinite porque tinha poeira no quarto, tive que olhar o filtro do ar e não estava limpo.
Pontos positivos tem pratos, talheres e uma cafeteira. O quarto era um tamanho bom para uma pessoa só.

Tive que enviar os documentos duas vezes porque nao estava dando certo. Depois fiquei confusa sobre como seria a entrada com a questao da senha etc - mas deu tudo certo.
Ressalto que deu tudo certo e consegui entrar sem problemas, e sempre que busquei contato via whatsapp, foi super rapido e tranquilo, mas achei mais preocupante o fato de ser tudo remoto e ter que ficar me preocupando com checkin um dia antes..
Na acomodacao correu tudo bem! Gostei do quarto, tinha mini market pra comprar conveniencias no terreo. A localizacao é imbativel.

The doorman seemed frustrated with it as well. Our faceID was reading and accepted, but the door kept getting stuck. This continued for all four days of our stay.

Paulista , não tive problema no check in, o imóvel é pequeno porém confortável e atende a necessidade básica de um casal , pra mim o único defeito foi no checkout , q é cedo as 11:00 e ao sair nesse horário a saída já tinha sido bloqueada , tive que esperar alguém sair para poder me retirar do imóvel , tirando esse detalhe vale muito a pena a hospedagem.

Awful, the room was not the one I reserved. It took 3 hours for them to send me the code. I reserved a way bigger room and they didn't give me the right one.
They promised 20% back, but they should refund me for at least 50%.

- Vassas (8/5): Good but unbearable booking services facilities - The quality of the facilities and the location I had to lose hours and hours during several days to put all documents on their site. Always problems...Then, I never received on time any confirmation. I was still waiting at 4pm when "check in" should have been at 3pm... I had again to stress again before taking my plane. Too much technology and no one to talk on the phone. Stupid comercial attitude. Imagine the suffering of foreign tourists trying to make a booking. Never had such problem, as an international traveler since 40 years, to confirm such a booking. It seems like a police process everytime and no one never on the phone. Just their automatic app which is nothing, but really friendly. Honestly, business travelerx have no time to lose like that and substitute the service that should be done by a receptionist. Should really try to put a real receptionist at the desk. In Brazil it only cost USD 300 a month to get a full time staff. I remind that the rate is equivalent minimum to USD 70/day. So please spare your clients' precious time! We have things better to do that spending hours to get our confirmation. Message to the OWNER!!!
- Alex (3/5): Proceed with (great) caution - I stayed at Alameda Franca 444. Good facilities (digital locks, gym, cafe in the building). Clean room, good shower. The support experience was quite disappointing.
1) First, I asked to change the room because in the photo, there was a computer desk, yet on arrival, there was no desk ("All of our rooms are of similar class and have 100% similar equipment, so we can't change it except for emergency cases"). Okay.
2) Second, I tried to extend my stay, and the hotel appeared to only accept Brazilian cards (travelers, beware). So we went on Booking, yet the extension wasn't available there, and we agreed that I'd book a new stay (welcome, the extra charge).
3) The new stay was booked with a new room because "your old room is 28 m2, and the new is 25 m2, so we can't merge your stays unless you pay the difference". Yet I didn't find anything in the room description about their size, and see the previous points re: room class and payment methods. Had to move my belongings; okay, but see the next point.
4) The entire extension process took nearly 4 hours of WhatsApp back-and-forth, and I was preparing to spend another 4 hours between stays in the coworking (11 am check-out, 15 pm check-in) . My basic weekday involves running multiple online calls, so that was expected to be a problem. PS. This issue was eventually fixed by negotiating an early check-in, and the new stay began without any time gap. And, there was finally a computer desk (now re-read point 1 once again).
5) I was asked to undergo ID verification once again for a new check-in. Yet, my ID was in the embassy for visa processing (that was maybe my problem, and the team agreed to move my documents from the previously verified stay to the new one).
6) But (maybe because of the check-out/check-in flip-flap) the building's entrance lock "forgot" my ID, and when I was finally heading for an offline meeting that day's evening, I was blocked in the building. Meeting cancelled. 20 minutes later, it was fixed, but it happened again the next day. WTF!
- Flavia C (6/5): Problemas com a manutenção - Tive problema com a manutenção, o ar condicionado do meu quarto não funcionava. Embora a comunicação com o suporte seja fácil, eles me deram um prazo de 24h para resolver, o que além de ser muito longo não aconteceu.
Após quase 48h e várias reclamações finalmente eles me mudaram de unidade.
Apesar disso a localização é excelente, a acomodação confortável e muito moderna.

It is not possible to do any change - All communication is via WhatsApp and there is no lobby and no reception. You are on your own. Cleaning services are not included in the price and there are no cleaning services available for tourists because it is possible to pay only with local credit card which most tourists don't have.. and the cost os about half of the room daily tariff

The remote entrance via password is really good and you don't need to worry about a thing. I would come back for sure. The door man asked me a tip when I was living The premisses. A couple of days before the check-in they downgraded one of them and during the check-in the second one. The compensation offered was deplorable.
We had problems with accessibility (face recognition, not always works), cleanliness in one of the apartments and communications. The only communication way is via Whatsapp - after a series of operations you reach a Junior Analyst, that in not interested in assisting you but to finish the chat. As we had many problems the whole process was very stressing and time consuming.
The design of the top level apartment is problematic in the upper floor and not practical.

After a 2 hour discussion via Whatsapp they released a room smaller then the one we hired and paid for.

From the beginning we were unliterally downgraded for 2 out of the 3 rented rooms, and offered a very low compensation for that. We had access problems during the stay, cleaning problems in one of the apartments (and the staff did not believe me).
All the communication is via a robot, and if you have more than one problem, they never remember the past. You always need to start from scratch.
On top of it, the 50sqm rooms has serious design problems and are not practice.
all the services are subcontracted (cleaning, access) and you have to pass many steps to solve a problem.

Besides that at the entrance intercom anyone talked any lenguaje different from English and it was very difficult to communicate. Besides that A/C didn’t worked properly the first night, they told me that I had to wait until de next day that they will be going to contact me, they never did so, so I had to call again and finally change my room for a smaller one. I request at least 1 day refund for my bad experience

- Sarah (6/5): It was fine once we worked out how to get in! - Good location, nice room, however really difficult getting in. It would be useful to get more info about how to operate the key pad. Took us a while to work out. There is no indication of whether the PIN numbers have registered, how to get the key pad to show. Or that you need to ✔️ to register the pin was input. See above, difficulty actually getting into room with pin. Even when we had worked it out took 3 attempts as the key pad seems to be very sensitive
If we could have seen if a number had registered it would helpful.
