- juliana (4/5): Não recomendo - Roupas de cama sujas, chuveiro ruim (o misturador não funcionava), limpeza do quarto deixou a desejar, atendentes nada simpáticos ... Fora isso, equipamento de limpeza e chuveiro da piscina estavam quebrados. Para finalizar, meu filho queimou a mão em uma torneira de água que fica na piscina - era água quente sem nenhuma sinalização. Péssimo
- Virginia (4/5): Não dá para voltar - Roupa de cama e toalhas completamente encardidas e manchadas. A cama extra estava quebrada, reclamei, e nada mudou. Meu filho colocou uma garrafa de metal por baixo para não dormir torto. Os talheres do café da manhã, mau lavados. Não tinha um item sem lactose, tomei água no café da manhã todos os dias. O estacionamento cabe uns 12 carros no máximo, logo vc precisa estacionar na rua todos os dias. A subida do estacionamento é uma rampa muito íngrime e sinuosa, sendo assim, verifique se tem vaga antes de subir com o carro, se não terá que voltar de ré. Para quem tem dificuldades, todo o acesso a pousada, quartos, café e recepção, são feitas por escadas. Zero acessível. Os funcionários são educados. Por fim, não dá para voltar. O nosso grupo era bem grande e todos ficaram desapontados.

- Andrea (6/5): Falta transparência - A localização é boa, os funcionários foram atenciosos, camas confortáveis. Minha ressalva foi a acomodação não avisar da quantidade enorme de escadas para chegar no quarto. Para algumas pessoas isso é inviável e poderia ser alertado. Outro ponto é que na reserva nao estava claro que o cafe da manha era à parte. Enfim, bom local, mas precisam de maior transparência para gerar credibilidade.
