Verified traveler (10/5): Bom custo benefício - Prédio antigo, porém o apartamento era reformado e muito bom, com exceção do box do banheiro. O chuveiro era mais baixo que eu e minha filha de 12 anos. Tínhamos que nos abaixar para molhar a cabeça 😂😂 Uma grande vantagem é a propriedade oferecer vaga gratuita para carro.

Prédio com portaria e elevador, apto com piso vinilico, cama confortável; lencois novos, ótimos travesseiros e tv smart. Pra quem tem um pouco de receio, o chuveiro é dentro da banheira de vinil, mas estava bem limpa e não vi problemas.
Erica (10/5): Wonderful location - Amazing location! The flat is big and spacious. The reception staff is very kind. Great facilities in the building. Easy check in and check out. Only complain would be the bathroom that looked very old. The tiles were painted and they are peeling, but other than that, great stay!
RICARDO (10/5): - Fiquei em um apartamento de proprietário desta vez, mas as diferenças são mínimas em relação aos outros apartamentos em que já me hospedei no mesmo local. Estacionamento foi gratuito desta vez, não havia secador de cabelo no banheiro, havia cobertor no armário, frigobar vazio do jeito que eu gosto, cofre não estava funcionando. Nada fora do normal ou que faça não me hospedar mais no local. Simpatia e cortesia de todos os profissionais do local, mais a localização do mesmo compensam qualquer eventual falha.
