O quarto q fiquei hospedado, de nr 17, fica ao lado da lavanderia e o barulho seja das máquinas ou dos funcionários entrando e saindo incomodou durante a noite. A acústica dos quartos poderia ser melhor, do meu quarto podia ouvir tudo o q os vizinhos de cima falavam.

O cardápio poderia ter mas opções , a cortina do nosso quarto não estava abrindo toda , impossibilitando de abrir a porta , ficamos no quarto 6 no qual tem todo um espaço gostoso do lado de fora , porém pouca iluminação , na jacuzzi iluminação com defeito , essas coisas nos deixou um pouco triste .

A arquitetura do hotel, o design, o bom gosto na escolha do mobiliário, acervo, louças, toalhas, roupão, amenities, TUDO perfeito. Academia super bem equipada, piscianas incríveis. Café da manhã, IMPECÁVEL! Volataria todos os meses se possível fosse! Passamos 3 dias incríveis. Tivemos um problema com o funcionamento da televisão, mas que foi resolvido, e uma das pias estava entupida, informamos à recepção para que antes da entrada no novo hospede, isso pudesse ser solucionado. Mas isso não prejudicou em nada a linda experiência que tivemos no hotel.

- LAZARO (10/5): HIGH TICKET , HIGH DELIVERY - Começaria com STAFF mais bem treinado que vimos nos últimos anos. Absolutamente, todos seguem algum padrão de treinamento de encantamento. Surreal. Tratamento deles te faz sentir "ESPECIAL". Localização no coração de onde tudo acontece. Carro ? Só no check in e out. Caminhada noturna sai dentro dos pontos legais de visitar. Decoração de bom gosto e altíssimo padrão, tanto na área comum quanto do quarto. Impecável. Amenidades de alto padrão (L'occitane). Quarto cheiroso na chegada. Altíssimo padrão de cama, roupa de cama/banho (Trousseau). Academia que realmente permite treinar de verdade. Lago artificial e piscina de bordas infinitas são cinematográficas, acredito as fotos não fazem jus à beleza real. Só vendo ao vivo. Restaurante tem padrão de cardápio assinado, irretocável. Estacionamento coberto em ambiente de praia é diferenciado. Impede que seu carro fique exposto ao sol e as altas temperaturas durante vários dias da estadia. Conclusão: diárias mais caras que as concorrentes de Maresias, entretante com entrega de "valor" ainda maior. Vale cada centavo. Voltaremos, sempre! Banheiro é dividido em três. Área de banho com box até o teto, parte de pia + espelho que "fica" como parte do quarto e parte de vaso sanitário. Esta porta do banheiro da parte de vaso é desconfortável. Não tem fechadura, há frestas e ainda que fosco, é transparente. Faz a experiência de uso ser bem desagradável, quando se está acompanhado. Sentimos falta de algum lugar para as roupas molhadas. Talvez algumas centrífugas (comum em academias) de fácil acesso na área comum ou locais para pendurar no quarto, sem destoar da decoração , pudesse sanar essa questão. Vale os ajustes para que o quarto fique perfeito.

Arrivati in struttura la nostra camera era una classica standar da manco 17 mentri. Non c’era manco un posto per appoggiare una valigia . Sono stata in giro per il Brasile,e la verità è che da nessuna parte avevo visto una stanza così piccola . Prima della nostra partenza avevo prenotato sempre stanze grande per un nostro soggiorno più comodo . Senza parole .

- Camila (9/5): Hotel de alto padrão, que supera as expectativas! - O Duke é espetacular e entrega tudo que promete! Não pude aproveitar muito pois estava em uma viagem à trabalho, mas tudo é muito impecável! Excelente atendimento, educação e estrutura do hotel! Café da manhã espetacular! Meu quarto era um quarto de acessibilidade, por isso era um pouco diferente dos demais, não tinha box no banheiro e acabava molhando bastante. Um ponto que senti falta foi de lugares onde pendurar as tolhas tanto de rosto, quanto de banho.

Uns queridos. - A primeira acomodação ( do lado Lago) achei muito ruim de acústica, area da jacuzzi com zero privacidade. Depois mudei p frente mar e foi fantástico! - JORGE (10/5): Conforto - O hotel é de um conforto incrível, um autêntico pé na areia. Um espaço para relaxar e se sentir cuidado. Os funcionários são extremamente atenciosos, desde a recepção até as meninas do café. O café é um verdadeiro brunch, com variedades de sucos, pães, bolos e pratos quentes. Piscinas aquecidas, com toalhas à disposição e atendimento na praia primoroso. O cardápio de praia é ótimo, com pratos frescos e um dadinho de tapioca saborosíssimo! Ah, e um lago artificial de água morna que não dá vontade de sair. Quarto confortável, com ducha separada do toalete. O colchão e travesseiros são confortáveis. Falta espaço para malas e cabides para toalhas de mão. O som ambiente destoa de toda a elegância do hotel. Precisa melhorar. Som ambiente

- Neil (9/5): First stay was great and now we are back for a second time. - Accommodations,facilities and location being right on the beach make this a superb stay. The staff are friendly and very detailed. Hats off to Pedro who might welcome you at at front reception for the accommodations across the street. Salt water pools are very nice. The people you might meet at this facility are chilled and non aggressive. Could have more towel hangers/shelf for towels and necessities in the bathroom.

- Camila (4/5): Experiência ruim na acomodação - Houve uma sucessão de problemas durante a estadia. No primeiro dia havia uma reforma na suite do lado, reclamamos do barulho de maquita e foi informado que era apenas aquele dia, no entanto, percorreu o barulho horrivel ate o outro dia. Segundo e terceiro dia: A banheira nao funcionava e o ar estava vazando encima da cama. Arrumaram a banheira e disseram que o ar tambem ja estava normal. Terceiro dia a noite: O ar continuou vazando e a manutenção foi novamente na suite. Falamos com o gerente e ele disse que nos daria uma cortesia, mas até o momento não foi formalizado. A comida é otima, os funcionarios muito prestativos, mas infelizmente nossa experiencia com relação a acomodação não foi boa
- davidbellh (2/5): Beware of this hotel - BEWARE !!! I made a reservation for a beachfront room on October 5th (3 1/2 months ago) for 4 nights and paid R$12,727 at that time. The reservation was for the 24th to the 28th of February. We chose this hotel because it was clearly the best in town and were willing to pay for that. Yesterday, we showed up after hiring a car to drive us from Campos do Jordao (3 hours away) after a 15 day trip to watch birds in Brazil (and a few other places before that as we left home on January 6th to avoid the cold in Minnesota) and were so looking forward to spending our last 4 days at this luxury hotel. They took our bags to the room as we checked in but then they could not find the reservation. I pulled up the confirmation and they then did find the reservation and confirmed it had been paid when the reservation was made. BUT, they had assigned our room to someone who had yet to arrive and did not have the room for us the we booked. So the bags came back down to the lobby. They offered to put us in their annex hotel across the street (for free with no view of the ocean which is why we came here) but the rooms were pathetic - small and looking out on what they called a lake but was a small pool with sand in it. That was an unacceptable solution for us. The front desk manager was very apologetic. I actually felt sorry for him as he was in a horrible position. I asked to speak to the manager who he was conferring with on the phone. The manager refused to come back to the hotel to discuss this with us (not much of a manager in my opinion) leaving the front desk manager to somehow fix this mess. He ultimately found us a room at an alternative hotel but, while it is okay, it is nothing like what we booked and expected. They say they will refund us the difference in price - we will see. But we would have never come to this town if we had to book this alternative hotel. We have been traveling for 6 weeks and wanted something special for the last leg of the trip. There are plenty of other 5 star hotels on the ocean in Brazil and if this hotel was not available we would have gone to a different location altogether. I used the hotel's website to book the reservation so it is not an issue of systems not talking to each other. They took the reservation and the funds for it over 3 months ago and gave our room to someone else (who had not even showed up when we were standing in the front lobby). Use extreme caution if you decide to book this hotel. Their systems must suck to book a room, take the money and then rebook the room after that. And the senior management apparently feels no responsibility to fix things. SO, BEWARE!!!

Infraestrutura muito boa, com serviço de praia completo, piscina de borda infinita com vista pro mar, SPA, um lago artifical interno que é muito gostoso, academia restaurante com otimos pratos e drinks. Quarto super confortavel e espaçoso.
- Jan (2/5): Go for the hotel, don’t eat the food. - The facilites and the rooms were very nice. The food was terrible. The breakfast was especially bad. Rotten and raw eggs were served. The staff communication towards us and their internal communication leaves a lot to be desired. Promises were made but not kept. Very disappointing experience.

Tudo é muito bom, do serviço ao conforto do quarto, os amenities, serviço de praia, piscina linda. Restaurante muito bom.Entregam o que cobra sem explorar o hospede. Um verdadeiro achado nessa região litorânea de São Paulo. Recomendo e voltaremos com certeza.

- Verified traveler (6/5): Não entrega o que cobra - A piscina do hotel é maravilhosa, com borda infinita voltada ao mar. O serviço de praia é bom, mas as cadeiras são desconfortáveis. O ar condicionado do quarto não gelava o suficiente. O reservado do vaso sanitário não tem nenhum sistema de ventilação ou exaustão! O isolamento acústico do quarto é péssimo. A limpeza do quarto foi ineficaz, e o atendimento de bar e restaurante revelou inexperiência e despreparo. Dá-se a impressão da ausência de uma gerência mais atenta e eficiência.
