- Arthur (8/5): Achei uma boa experiência, mas não tem muito o que fazer lá. É ficar no chalé e pronto. - Gostei do café da manhã ser servido no chalé. A cama era ótima. Televisões muito boas. Banheiro muito bom. Piscina excelente. Atendimento demorado no sábado. Vinhos QUENTES, tive que pedir gelo pq chegou no quarto ele quente e só a garrafa. Só descobri que tinha 10% na hora do checkout e conta parecia ta errada. Uma garrafa de 95 chegou na conta 105 com os 10%, deveria ser 104,5. Sei que são detalhes mas quando é dinheiro é preciso ter uma transparência MÁXIMA.

- CAROLINA (7/5): - A cama é super confortável. A tirar pelo custo, se espera máximo de conforto e serviço espetacular. A experiência que tive passou longe disso. O café é com agendamento de horário. Não teria problema, se fosse pontual. No primeiro dia, marquei 08h20, porém foi chegar 09h00. Quantidade parca. No segundo dia precisei lembrar no formulário que estávamos em duas pessoas, então esperávamos que enviassem em quantidade equivalente. Sobre a limpeza, foi uma frustração encontrar o quarto desarrumado após um dia inteiro de passeios. Deixei a chave na recepção na saída, na mão do recepcionista. Na volta, qdo perguntei sobre o quarto desarrumado, me disseram que eu deveria ter avisado que queria arrumação. Eu deveria ter avisado??? Ou o staff deveria ter me perguntado?? Pelo preço da diária, eu não deveria me preocupar com nada e nem ter duvida sobre nada. Alguns dias antes do check-in recebi uma carta de orientações. Nada falava sobre arrumação dos quartos. Por fim, cada chalé tem uma piscina privativa bem charmosa, e conta com uma TV nessa área privativa. O problema aparece quando cada chalé resolve ligar sua TV no volume que lhe acha conveniente. Ao final, por quase 1500 reais em apenas duas diárias, a experiência que tive foi muito próxima de uma excursão cvc. Vale ressaltar que o staff é muito simpático, mas me pareceu muito pouco orientado/treinado

Um ponto ruim é que nao tem local perto, ai os hospedes ficam um pouco refem do restaurante de la. Tirando isso, maravilhoso demais, excelente lugar para descansar.
