- Larissa (5/5): Bem mediana pelo preço que pagamos! - Boa localização Qd chegamos no quarto não haviam feito a limpeza e aí nos trocaram de quarto. Este quarto estava bem avariado, Porta shampoo do banheiro quebrado, não tinha secador, cômodas quebradas no quarto! A cama tb achamos bem desconfortável e barulhenta!

O apartamento foi entregue em condições totalmente inadequadas de limpeza: a cortina estava suja, com barro em toda a extensão, e o ambiente apresentava acúmulo de pó, aparentando não ser limpo há meses. Solicitei a substituição do quarto, porém fui informada de que não havia outra unidade disponível. Após isso, deixaram de responder minhas mensagens. Acordei com a garganta inflamada; sou alérgica e jamais pagaria para me hospedar em um local nessas condições. Se quiser, posso adaptar essa mensagem para o Reclame Aqui ou para o Booking.com com mais impacto jurídico. Propaganda enganosa. - Footvolley (1/5): Bad - Unit was very dirt and full of dust all over the apartment. Filthy. There is no microondas. No paper towel for cleanness. Call center not even given a name to the host i have made the complaints. 😞
