Infelizmente tive uma experiência frustrante após a hospedagem. Esqueci um short de corrida no quarto, avisei imediatamente e fui orientado a aguardar governança, gerência e outros responsáveis. Esperei os prazos solicitados, mas a solução foi apenas informar que o item “não foi encontrado”. Como cliente frequente, esperava mais atenção, organização e responsabilidade com situações desse tipo.

Infelizmente, após o checkout, percebi que havia esquecido meu short de corrida no quarto, deixado na janela atrás da cortina. Entrei em contato imediatamente e fui orientado a aguardar diferentes responsáveis, como governança e gerência. Esperei os prazos solicitados, mas após dias aguardando, recebi apenas a informação de que o item não foi encontrado. O que mais me incomodou não foi apenas a perda do objeto, mas a condução da situação, que me deixou com a sensação de falta de cuidado e responsabilidade no atendimento. Como cliente frequente, fiquei bastante decepcionado.

Die Zimmerausstattung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber die Sauberkeit und Freundlichkeit des Personals und auch die Frühstücksqualität ist sehr gut. In 3 Minuten ist man an der Promenade bzw am Strand.

Στο πρώτο δωμάτιο που μάς βάλανε ήταν πολύ μικρό εσωτερικό μυρίζει και δεν Δούλευε το Ερκοντίσιον έστειλαν ένα Τεχνικό και το έλυσε αλλά δεν Μπόρεσε να το φτιάξει και μετά από φωνές που έβαλα μάς Άλαξαν το δωμάτιο. Fiquei hospedada durante 5 dias e por dois dias seguidos esqueceram de limpar o quarto, mesmo após eu comunicar no primeiro dia, esqueceram novamente. Quando falamos na recepção, após o segundo dia, um atendente fez pouco caso e não dando certeza que iriam solucionar de forma rápida, mesmo faltando até papel higiênico no banheiro. Acesso a internet: Fiquei no quarto andar e o wi-fi não funcionava no quarto. Ruído: Por estar localizado em uma rua movimentada, de noite dava para ouvir muito barulho. Café da manhã: Pouca variedade.

MAURA (9/5): Está bom, mas pode melhorar! - Da localização, do café da manhã e da hospitalidade da maioria dos funcionários. O quarto parecia estar em obras, pois, no banheiro, não tinha nenhum lugar para pendurar uma roupa, uma toalha e nem lugar para colocar um sabonete, tive que colocar no chão. Apesar de ter uma "arara" no quarto não havia nem um cabide para pendurar roupas. Fui informada na saída que eu teria que ter pedido, mas não poderiam deixa alguns cabides no quarto? Enfim, a estadia foi satisfatória e, parece que as obras que estão sendo feitas irão melhorar muito mais a infraestrutura do hotel. Irei me instalar lá muito mais vezes, com certeza.

Ian (8/5): - A localização é maravilhosa! Colado no Hilton, no limite entre Cobacabana e Leme (com fácil acesso ao Botafogo), a um quarteirão da praia, em uma rua muito segura. O café da manhã merece todos os elogios possíveis! Fiquei em 2 suítes diferentes e a com varanda vale a pena a diferença de preço. Definitivamente é o melhor custo benefício para quem quer conhecer o RJ e ter um lugar confortável para descansar. Tive o imprevisto de me hospedar durante reforma e isso nao havia sido comunicado (e compreendo perfeitamente; nao é atrativo a informação). Haviam operários nos corredores, sempre muito gentis; honestamente, o barulho que faziam era mínimo e isso não me incomodou. Mas por estar em reforma, havia apenas 1 elevador funcionando, com capacidade de 4 pessoas (alguns dias optei por usar as escadas por 10 andares pela demora); a suite dos primeiros dias tinha resíduos de poeira de obra no chao e escrivaninha - que foram limpos pela equipe, sem maiores repercussões negativas.

Karen and David (5/5): Ok but not ideal under the circumstances - We booked a deluxe king room (25m2) and paid on arrival. We got to the room and it was tiny with a double bed (14m2). I went back down to reception and they told me they had put us in that room because it was nicer than the other room. It had been renovated but way too small. You had to lie on the floor to get to the safe. No towel rails. Very disappointing. They showed me the room I had booked which was on a floor undergoing renovations and there was banging and crashing. They refused to reimburse us for the difference in room prices.

Didn’t have housekeeping visit our room once in the 4 days we stayed!!! One lift to service something like 14 floors and it was temperamental! The bathroom was hideous

Usman (5/5): - Great location and the rooms are ok. Breakfast is good but great 1st night the bathroom had a harrible smell coming from gutter. I complaint multiple times to check. They didnt check but eventually on my 3rd attempt offered to change room. It was a larger welll furnished room. It looked nice I took. I returned a few how laters only to find cockroaches and bugs on the bed. Unbearable for me so I checked out. Staff is very friendly, they offered me a better room free. Hotel manager needs to sort out hygiene in the rooms.

Adriano (4/5): Desconfortável - Localização. O hotel estava em obras. Foi um transtorno. Voltei doente do pó da obra e cheiro de tinta. Não limparam nosso quarto todos os dias e quando fui pedir para limpar a camareira disse que estava com ocupação máxima. Daí eu insisti e ela limpou. Outro dia, meu colega pediu para limpar e não limparam.

Lorena (3/5): Viejo y mal mantenido. No dan ganas de dormir ahí - Bien ubicado. Cerca de la playa. Viejo, sábanas manchadas, las camas con colchones viejos y sin ni cubre colchón. Las almohadas sin fundas. Realmente asqueroso.

ANA (8/5): Excelente HOTEL, con desayuno de CAMPEONES - Los espacios comunes, los desayunos abundantes y el personal de limpieza increíble. Nos tocó una habitación nueva en el piso 14, ducha increíble, una cama muy cómoda, caja fuerte, etc El primer día tuve problemas con una luz, pero al día siguiente lo arreglaron sin problema

Evelien (7/5): Lekker hotel met super vriendelijke werknemers. - Het personeel was ontzettend aardig, we konden gratis een upgrade krijgen naar een grotere kamer. De bedden lagen super comfortabel en de locatie was top. We liepen zo naar een drukke winkelstraat en het strand is om de hoek, letterlijk. Het ontbijtbuffet is vooral echt een aanrader. Er is ontzettend veel van fruit, lekkere broodjes tot warme dingen zoals aardappels, omeletten en pannenkoeken. De badkamer is een klein beetje toe aan een renovatie. Het is echt wel prima maar voor deze prijs verwacht je misschien net iets meer. We hadden een kamer aan de straat en door de balkon deur kon je het geluid van buiten net te goed horen, met oordoppen is dat wel zo opgelost.

Mara (8/5): buena estancia - la ubicación del hotel es muy buena, el desayuno muy rico , el personal del hotel muy amable. la habitación era un poco antigua a comparación de como e veia en la publicidad la limpieza de la habitación no era muy buena y era muy ruidosa, la tv nunca funciono a pasar que se reporto nunca la arreglaron.
