LILIANA (8/5): Ojo con el check in - Las instalaciones y la opción excelentes Mucho cuidado. El check in hay que prestarle mucha atención y hacerlo antes con datos completos de todos los que van a ocupar el departamento, sino habrá demorado y hay que esperar en la calle
Guest (5/5): - A localização é boa, e o prédio é super seguro. O apartamento conta com um bom espaço. O apartamento não estava bem limpo, principalmente o banheiro. Além de ter muita poeira nos móveis.
Guest (1/5): Pésima Atención al cliente. - Estuvimos casi una hora fuera del edificio pasando frío porque no nos dejaban ingresar, las instalaciones internas sucias y con malos olores. Al día siguiente solicitamos cancelación de la reserva por varios medios, incluyendo Whatsaap y fué imposible que nos dieran respuesta. Solo nos quedamos una noche y siguen sin devolvernos el dinero de las noches que no utilizamos.

Não responde por nenhum meio seja via booking, app, whatsapp. Os procedimentos de checkin e checkout sao falhos e nao tem interatividade. Pessima administração e so nao tivemos pro lama maior pela disposição dos funcionários de portaria do predio

Fabiana (10/5): Ótima localização, tudo muito limpo. - Tudo perfeito! Do check in que fiz com antecedência e cheguei e ninguém achava meu dados, fiquei esperando bastante tempo até que fosse resolvido a questão. Precisam melhorar nisso.

A portaria tem acesso por reconhecimento facial e a gente nao pode cadastrar. Então ficamos diversas vezes presos do lado de fora, inclusive de madrugada, com muito medo de ser assaltados.

Denilson (6/5): Poderia ter sido melhor. - Chuveiro muito ruim, sai pouca água. Só tinha meio rolo de papel higiênico para 5 estadias. Vomunicação para check in foi muito complicada e o acesso ao prédio sempre muito complicado, pois não tem reconhecimento facial, sendo que todo dia tem uma pessoa diferente na portaria. Em março irei novamente a São Paulo, mas dificilmente ficarei na Xtay

Pichaya (5/5): Passable - The bathroom door was broken and I got stuck in the bathroom for at least 3 hours. It was the worst. The room is located in the residential apartment, so there is no receptionist to help me and the guard cannot speak English.

Alexander (9/5): Superb - good location, nice area around, lot's of small authentic shops and cafes, not touristic and with interesting examples of local life. some very beautiful hidden and unique architectural gems. people usually complain about safety, though haven't noticed anything. it is not a touristic area, you need to know basic Portuguese. the electronic key to the apartment didn't work a few times, though was in all cases was timely resolved by whatsapp support. Whatsapp support does speak perfect english.
