Tentam vender uma imagem de lugar novo, moderno e pecam na limpeza e itens funcio - A localização e as instalações relativamente novas impressionam, mas quando você vai um pouco mais a fundo, o local não é capaz de te entregar o básico. O banheiro é com uma configuração péssima, impossível ser utilizado por pessoas normais e/ou com mobilidade reduzida. No anúncio informava que eu tinha escolhido um quarto com jacuzzi, e com isso, algumas fotos demonstravam a banheira com um sistema de aquecimento. Quando chegamos ao flat, escolhido justamente pela jacuzzi em razão da chuva, o sistema de aquecimento não funcionava por nenhuma razão. Não cheguei nem a utilizar as outras comodidades do flat, fiquei no local por menos de 3/4h, solicitei o check-out, e claramente até o mesmo mesmo com todas as tentativas de conversas e demonstrações de responsabilidade civil, não o realizaram. Paguei e não utilizei.

Porém, alguns detalhes deixaram a desejar, como a piscina, que estava suja, e a internet Wi-Fi, que era informada no anúncio da Booking, mas não funcionou em nenhum momento. No mais, a estadia foi boa e o conforto do local merece destaque
