Geovana (1/5): Horrorosa, NUNCA MAIS!!!! - Nada. Mudaram meu hotel 00:30 do dia da minha estadia pra um hotel bem mais longe Tivemos muitos problemas com o acesso ao apartamento. Local sujo, com baratas, sem estacionamento, (a minha reserva foi feito COM ESTACIONAMENTO). Tudo péssimo.

Entrei em contato com o suporte que não me deu suporte algum, paguei para um lugar que tivesse internet pois viajei a trabalho e tive q pagar um coworking para poder trabalhar, além das torneiras do banheiro e da cozinha estarem quebradas. o quarto não estava limpo

Silvio (6/5): Prédio é bom, seguro, tem bom estacionamento, equipe 10 - o apartamento que ficamos deixou a desejar - 1) Da Equipe de recepção: pessoal profissional e bastante acolhedor; 2) localização excelente (bem próximo ao Allianz Parque, Shoppings, restaurantes etc.). - que era algo que procurávamos. 3) Segurança do prédio bem legal também. Apartamento sem internet (mesmo tendo feito pedidos e reclamações, ninguém resolveu); Sistema de abertura da porta deu problemas (mecanismo desatualizado, com botões de números que apresentam problemas) - em plena 23h00 tivemos que chamar Chaveiro da empresa, foi bem ruim isso; Sem internet a TV ficou com poucos canais disponíveis.

Conforto do apto deixou a desejar, tomadas ao lado da cama não funcionavam, tinha uma luz com defeito que ficava piscando, cama extremamente firme, falta de tapete no banheiro, ao tomar banho traxia água ao quarto.
Bruna (9/5): Apartamento ótimo para estadias curtas para eventos nas proximidades. - Localização, excelente para quem vai a eventos no Allianz Parque ou proximidades. Possível chegar em poucos minutos no trajeto apé. O colchão deixa um pouco a desejar, mas nada que prejudique a estadia em geral.
Leonardo (4/5): Localização boa, porém falta manutenção - Limpeza impecável Localização muito boa. 50 m do Allianz Parque Tive um sério problema com a fechadura. Cheguei ao prédio as 13h30, como o check in era as 15h não autorizaram a entrada alegando que a equipe de limpeza/manutenção estava no quarto. Porém as 15h, quando liberou o quarto, a fechadura eletrônica estava completamente quebrada impossibilitando a entrada. Pelo wpp me informaram que a equipe de manutenção demoraria a chegar por estarem atuando em outro prédio no momento. Portanto, como tinha compromisso, tive que me trocar no banheiro do prédio e deixar as malas do quarto. Apenas consegui entrar no apartamento as 22h quando voltei do compromisso.

ADEMIR ALEX (1/5): - Localização . Ralo do banheiro ao iniciar o banho, estava entupido, consequentemente a pia do banheiro tambem, foi difícil tomar um banho "normal", pois inundou todo o banheiro. Além disso, o secador de cabelo estava queimado, minha esposa nao pode usar. Mantive contato com o responsável, e nao foi resolvido, ofereceram enviar alguem no dia seguinte (mesmo nossa saída estando agendada para as 11h). Outro detalhe , só pode acessar o apto às 15h, mas a saída no dia tem que ser às 11h... Nome da acomodação esta um, e o local na verdade é outro (inclusive a foto da fachada esta errada), tivemos dificuldades em encontrar.

Heloísa (7/5): Boa localização, mas com limpeza a desejar - Funcionários solícitos, localização perfeita para quem vai ao Allianz. O quarto estava muito sujo, com poeira, sujeira, pregos e parafusos no chão. A cama não estava feita, com a roupa de cama revirada em cima da mesa. O locatário não conseguiu me realocar em outro quarto porque estava lotado e me enviou para outro onde não havia estacionamento (o que era uma prioridade para mim). Não aceitei a troca e tive que pedir uma vassoura para limpar o quarto eu mesma.

Andriane (7/5): Poderiam se esforçar mais - A localização é ótima e o prédio tem uma estrutura excelente. Banheiros com rejunte mofado, paredes sujas, quadros com mofo, persianas não estavam funcionando direito, o cobertor estava com cheiro ruim, o ar condicionado também. O que mais me incomodou foi que cheguei um tempo antes do checkin pois nosso voo foi antecipado e não queriam me deixar nem esperar no saguão, e eu estou grávida. Falta empatia com um hóspede que já iria entrar no prédio de qualquer jeito, e disseram que por “segurança” não poderiam deixar entrar. Vou repensar antes de voltar e me hospedar novamente.
LeandroPis (3/5): Decepcionante, não recomendo - Da localização, do tamanho do apartamento e do atendimento dos funcionários do prédio Apartamento sujo, com teia de aranha e muitas formigas, ar condicionado sujo e com cheiro forte, não foi nem possível usar o ar condicionado, na janela uma das 'folhas' da persiana estava quebrada e não isolava da luz, fiz a reclamação no exato momento em que fiz o check in, porém não foi solucionado

Ruan (8/5): Boa localização - Muito bom a localização, o prédio em sim, bem limpo e organizado. Atendeu as expectativas, mas acredito que alguns barulhos no ambiente atrapalharam a estadia um pouco. Principalmente do ar condicionado, um barulho fora do normal, não deixaram o cartão do estacionamento e deu um trabalho.

Rebecca (8/5): Boa estadia - Boa estadia, a localização é excelente e a estrutura do prédio são os pontos altos por conta do Mini mercado, piscina e portaria 24h. Fica a 1 quadra do Allianz, essencial pra mim q fui ver show lá. O quarto é ok, mas deixa a desejar na limpeza e conforto, a cama era bem dura. Mas a vista era bacana, além de ter varias tomadas. Destaco que eles não fazem limpeza do quarto ou troca de toalhas durante a estadia.
Flavia (2/5): Don’t worth the price. - The only good thing is the location. Filthy room with balcony’s door broken, no bed linen for everyone, glass curtain not working properly, car park tag not working, blackout curtain damaged and not working… it’s very poorly place to be in.

Verified traveler (4/5): Bom para medio prazo. - O apto ele não esta num estado muito bom, coisas quebradas, o corredor cheira fumaça, em geral é um lugar vazio não muito acomodativo. Se voce tiver por um tempo mais longo que alguns dias pode ser uma boa ideia já que o apto ele tem fogão e microondas, mas nenhum utensílio. Existe uma marcenaria na base que pode ser facilmente evitado, pois tem um supermercado já na esquina.

Não consegui contato com o site, liguei diversas vezes e não atendia. O porteiro conseguiu ligar quando percebeu o nosso nervosismo. Com relação ao apartamento, é excelente . A localização é maravilhosa, principalmente para quem quiser ir à jogos ou shows no Allianz Park.

Os travesseiros são muito ruins. Solicitei papel higiênico e nem me deram retorno! O box é pequeno, mas a ducha é muito boa. Não tive maiores problemas porque só usei o apto para dormir.

Janildo (8/5): - O sofá cama é bem ruim para dormir. E o colchão da cama era fundo no meio, então você acaba ficando inclinado. Como foi só uma noite, deu pra resistir. Chuveiro muito bom. Ar condicionado split. Em 3 minutos a pé, você está na grade/muro do estádio Allianz Park. Para assistir a jogos ou a shows, a localização é perfeita. O mercado autosserviço é uma ótima comodidade. Cerveja, agua, petiscos… facilita bastante.

I really did not like the bed, it needs to be changed immediately . About the cleaning, nobody came even to check if something needed to be done during my staying.

Terrible check-in process, no-one working there, only way to contact support was via a whatsapp. They gave my friend an inferior apartment to what we had booked, after one night moved him to another room with a blocked toilet for the entire duration of the trip and wouldn't send anyone to help. The other room smelled like urine and had a cockroach infestation. Tried to contact them on multiple occasions, and even booking.com couldn't get through to them. Disgusting company, fraudulent and unresponsive. Only good thing was location.

Pahadoc (8/5): Nice place for a short stay - It's very easy to get into the property. They provide the electronic key upfront. The location is close to Allianz Parque Arena,this what I was looking for. The staff was super helpful in all circumstances, the WIFI worked very well. The property has a gym and a room with washing machines. The sound protection could be better - you can hear everything what is going on in the corridor or next rooms. The English-speaking staff could be of advantage.

Ralf (4/5): FOREIGNERS BEWARE DO NOT BOOK IF YOU ARE A FOREIGNER IN BRAZIL !!! - The location was where we expected and needed, but that is it already for positives The check in was a nightmare already. The building is in fact residential and a portion of the apartments is rented out AirBnB style. The receptionist of the building upon arrival at 3pm spoke zero English. Finally I understood that I should have received the access codes for the 2 apartments rented somehow by mail (which hadn't been the case). Since roaming in Brazil comes at ridiculous costs and we basically came straight from the airport I had no data connection on my mobile. Finally I managed to get by the security in the lounge and accessed Wifi. There I found messages from 360suites inside the booking app with the information. The next problem ist that you have to check in on the 360suites website, which only exists in Portuguese....and to check in you need a CPF (whatever this is....by now I found out it is the personal Brazilian tax number, which obviously foreigners don't have). Since this thing is a mandatory field and needs a certain format, I needed to experiment until it finally accepted my input....So after well over an hour I was finally checked in just to find out that the WiFi was not working. So for every communication with 360suites I needed to go down 11 floors to the lounge always to find out that messages were 90% answered in Portuguese....Not to mention WiFi didn't work through the entire stay of 2 days. Checkout is supposed to work through the same website, however the checkout button is always inactive. So this provider is completely unprepared for non.Brazilians.
