Kismara (4/5): Good located pricey loft without client service - The location was great, the roof is also very nice, an opportunity to get fresh air /sun without having to leave the building. The balcony was very nice, the room had space and I've loved the swing chair. Internet was ok. 1. It was very difficult to checkin. I had to download an app, and wait for a code, then download another app and as I came (on a Sunday) was no human available (in person). I had to talk through apps and mobile. Ok, eventually I reached people. But would have been SO MUCH easier just to come in after a long journey, talk to someone in person and get to my room, as other hotels or apart hotels do. As I've stayed for a longer period of time (couldn't change place, no money back), I helped more than 3 persons to get in. I speak Portuguese and had a Brazilian cell number, and even though it was hard for me to come in. Imagine for foreigns! For them were even more hell than for me, I could see it. Two of them would be stayed the night outside without my help. Please, host, hire a 24h concierge! 2. It was pricey like a good hotel, but they didn't even change your bed or towels. Ever! If you wanted to do it, you have to pay extra R$ 80 (for only towels) or R$ 150 extra for cleaning included. Or do laundry yourself (what I had to do) - for R$ 32, with a 3rd app. I think, that's a shame! They want to make lots of money without having to make the client happy. That doesn't last... 3. You were not allowed to bring guests (nor even one), without giving her/his CPF (registration number of the person) or passport number before they arrived. And more than one person was no go anyway, even giving all document numbers. And if you would do it anyway you could have to pay a R$ 500 penalty (!). I understand they don't want that people do parties inside, and I agree with that. But this method is just wrong! Not having the freedom to invite easily people to your place goes too far and you never feel really home. So, the whole thing was just client unfriendly. It's a pity, then the building has potencial, the rooms were good, the location was amazing and the personal (when you find them) was nice. But I don't think, I'll come back.

Aaron (1/5): Would not stay here or with these host anywhere if I didn’t have to there are so many other great host in the city avoid - Nothing there were Bugs and they made me wait 3 hours for a dirty unit and then gave me a clean one that was already clean one floor down so they made me wait for no reason How mean the staff is very cut and dry and to the point . No need to think you can check in early for no reason they can have a whole clean unit and they’ll still make you wait . That and don’t expect the Wi-Fi to always work they may make you share with the unit next door . And you can book a kitchen but then they give you a unit without one
