Muitas vezes após ser feito a reserva não enviam as informações de checkin, precisamos acionar o suporte e por não ter pessoas no local ser tudo virtual acaba prejudicando a experiência, já que demora para ser resolvido e muitas vezes os hóspedes ficam do lado de fora aguardando por muito tempo tudo ser resolvido através do suporte on-line.

Faltaram utensílios de cozinha (prato, copos e talheres para 3 pessoas e penduradores de toalhas no banheiro). Muito moderno, mas não se consegue uma comunicação tempestiva com um staff.
