Guest Reviews
- Cassio (4/5): - Room. Dirty and was missing toilet paper, dish soap, trash can, bath soap, etc.
- 426reginas (8/5): Very comfortable stay - The room is very comfortable and quiet, even though it is close to busy streets.
Very well located, close to bars, restaurants, Vila Olimpia shopping mall.
Staff is attentive and kind. Nice pool, big and clean.
I really enjoyed the meals, with attractive prices and the quality of the Dom Pepe di Napoli chain. I recommend.
- A6531CWvanessae (10/5): Wonderful Place - Very clean and lots of space! They kept it very clean and tidy everyday. I could easily live there. It was like an apartment. There were GREAT accommodations. There were Plates, silverware, kitchenette!
- routeofdream (10/5): Amazing View! - Hotel is very comfortable, staff are kind, location is nice but view is most beautiful! Just 15 min.from vila olimpia tren station by walking and 10 min. to vila olimpia shopping mall by walking :)) Lovely
- Guisumou (6/5): Great staff, great location, rooms need renovation - The lobby looks great, parking is easy and the staff is very friendly and helpful.
When arriving in the room it was surprisingly big, but it had a strong clorreen smell, and the age was very noticeable. Also the hair dryer was missing. One quick phone call to the front desk was enough to have someone bring a hair dryer in no time, and like before, the staff was very friendly and acted fast.
Overall the staff was excellent, the location is great, however the room and bathroom really need renovating.
- Wishwewerethere (8/5): Comfortable room for a few nights - We stayed at this hotel due to it's proximity to a wedding that we were attending. The room was able to hold 4 with a room for 2, separate room for 1 and a fold out bed for 1. It had a kitchenette with some dishes and silverware. An iron and ironing board was included. Plenty of closet space for clothing. The AC units were a little difficult to manage and keep the room at a steady temperature. We did not have much trouble with the internet in the room but had poor coverage near the lobby and in the fitness center. The fitness center had 3 treadmills, one was consistent, the others did not work correctly. it had an elliptical and a couple of stationary bikes, some weights and a small universal set. Adequate for our needs but not an olympic gym. There was also a sauna that we did not use.
Breakfast was included with a nice variety of fruit, cereal, bread and eggs, among other items.
The staff was helpful when needed. Someone was around that spoke English most of the time. Excellent help for room service.
There is a large pool area but we did not get a chance to swim.
Small business center was located near the lobby.
We were on the 18th floor of Tower A. Nice view from the balcony.
Shower provided a lot of water but the control was poor as much of water drained into the bathroom floor if not well managed.
- viagemexpert (4/5): Too disorganised to host meetings. - Arranged a business meeting at their meeting rooms and we had only but trouble with the coordination, charges that didn't exist, and overcharged night rates.
Staff in the hotel are very friendly and nice, but lacks of proper management.
- JuliaJordao (4/5): Lots of infrastructure problems - I stayed at the hotel for 3 nights and had some trouble in 2 of them. I had a flood in the bathroom at first and then a very noisy and dripping ar conditioner making me not sleep. Very disappointing for a 4 star hotel!!!!
- 15alessandraa (2/5): Don’t be a fool!!! - We booked a room in this Quality inn hotel because of its localization. But we were far way disappointed with it. The room was very old, but the worst was yet to come. Beds were simply horrible! Mattress was so old and so uncomfortable! I couldn’t believe this was a four star hotel. Breakfast with old breads, not good at all. This is an expensive hotel!! So if you would like to stay in vila Olímpia please look for another hotel, this one will not worth your money. Don’t be a fool!!
- jonathanaZ9917AG (2/5): Terrible Staff - The staff was awful. I tried to upgrade my room but Paulo, the one working the front desk, was in such a terrible mood that he wouldn’t even respond to me. Also, room service never came to clean our room so we never received new towels. When I told the front desk about the issue, they told me I had my “do not disturb” hang tag on the door even though I didn’t. Instead of apologizing they blamed it on me. When I asked for a towel the first night it took 45 minutes to get up to the room. The room quality was not good and the walls were disgusting. We had 5 rooms at the hotel and all were the same. No one was happy. Fortunately the location is great but unfortunately for them, there are much better options within close proximity.
- bozo123 (6/5): Fine basic place -
For price this is a workable place to stay. Staff are very nice. Did not use the facilities there but things seem in good order. Rooms are basic. Kitchen supply is very basic. Coffee needs improvement - not very good at all.
- newco12001 (6/5): Inexpensive but adequate. - This is not a luxury or true four star hotel by any means. Nonetheless, the hotel serves it purpose. The rooms do not appear to have been renovated since the hotel was built.
I did not have an issue with street noise even though I was on the first floor facing the street. I stayed in a two bedroom unit. Quarters were extremely tight.
Breakfast was simple but adequate.
The fitness room was surprisingly well equipped, all be it for this type of hotel.
Families also appeared to enjoy to pool area.
As an individual on business, I would stay here again. Although, I would have reservations if I were staying with my family.
- prembajaj (8/5): Good location for budget hotel - I’ve done a 2 year long stay in this hotel (9 years ago). Even then it was deteriorating, and that continues with practically no update. However, hygiene is maintained, so is the food, and that makes it a favourable budget hotel at excellent location. There is compromise though from the excessive noise from the Bandeirantes expressway even w closed windows (look for a room away from the expressway and higher floor for some respite).
- iguassufalls1 (8/5): Good location, spacious rooms - Pros: spacious rooms, with living room, kitchen, and two rooms; good location; breakfast is appropriate with serveral options; not expensive
Cons: the hotel is a little out dated, but nothing that is bothersome.
- ilonac668 (8/5): Descent hotel, but bad internet - The hotel is quite okay, Vila Olimpia is a nice area. Request the room facing the yard, not the main street, otherwise it will be noisy. Internet connection was not good enoygh to work from the hotel.
- 653hugot (2/5): Worst hotel in São Paulo - Over priced. Old furniture. Terrible sheet quality. Broken shower. Cold rooms. Noise from the highway nearby and windows without noise cancelling. Poor breakfast. Low quality restaurant. Do not come for this hotel!
- 435marciom (8/5): Good Hotel for family and business trip - Nice hotel, big apartment with kitchen, office and living room, so if you are a couple with children is easy to get confortable.
Very close to Pharmacy, Bars and restaurants within walking distance.
A little bit far from downtown but it's very accessible to UBER.
