Maycon (5/5): - Local excelente mais o Ap deixa muito a desejar Não gostei do ar não gelava direito não tinha máquina de lavar e tbem nem uma forma de fazer um pão mais isso é falta de escolher as coisas com calma mais infelizmente não gostei faltou um ar na sala muito calor
santos (1/5): Horror experiencia en Vacanze time habitación 812 - Únicamente destaco la ubicación El día que llegué, a la hibtacion 812 tuve un inconveniente con la luz, al hablar en la recepción de Time me dijieron que únicamente el problema lo tengo que hacer con el personal de Vacanze, el cual nunca me respondió y esa noche fue imposible dormir ya que no tenía luz, por lo que el aire acondicionado no funcionaba y con el calor de la cuidad de Maceio fue un horror esa experiencia. Al día siguiente, trato de comunicarme a primera hora y recien tuve respuesta 2 horas mas tarde y obviamente no estaba en el lugar, porque vine a vacacionar y no a estar, esperando a que me respondan y coordinar a que alguien venga a resolver el problema. La solución fue poner cinta scotch en el interruptor para que la luz no se corte, idea que fue mia. Y lo mas "gracioso" fue que siguiendo con el problema me estaban insistiendo con pagar el restante de la reserva, que tenga esa gentileza. No obstante,.las sábanas estaban manchadas, no tenían olor a limpio, con manchas de lavandina; tampoco habia un jabón de tocador. No lo recomiendo, si tenes un inconveniente nunca responden a tiempo, y se supone que si brindas un servicio, queres brindar lo mejor del mismo

Barbosa (5/5): - O prédio e ótimo bem decorado, estacionamento bom, elevadores funcionando. O sistema de pagamento (fizemos a compra no cartão de crédito, chegamos a recepção não quis me agendamento, aí tivemos que pagar no Pix). O atendente da agência, super grosso não deu outra opção se não pagar no PIX e ainda me dispensou tive que implorar vou ficar lá peço experiência. Ela tem que já tinha feito a reserva com cartão de crédito, o mesmo me disse que não serviria e que o pagamento tinha ser feito direto com agência, eu não consegui encontrar essa informação no aplicativo. A cama estava com um colchão velho mal cheiroso. Não tinha lençol para o colchão de solteiro.

FABIANA (8/5): - Ótima localização, recepção excelente, instalações muito boas. Ressalvas: o ar condicionado não obedecia ao controle, falaram que iam mandar um técnico e não mandaram, solicitei um ventilador que foi prometido e não chegou. Faltou frigideira e recipientes para colocar alimentos. Faltou rede de proteção nas janelas.

claudio (2/5): - Hice una reserva y mientras estaba en viaje me dijeron que otra persona había seleccionado el mismo dpto. Me derivaron con mis hijos a otra zona que no quería pero tuve q aceptar ya que estaba jugado con el tiempo y no quería llegar sin lugar donde parar
