• Carla (9/5): Modern accomodation in great location - Great location, modern facilities, comfortable bed and relatively quiet. Great nearby 24H padaria/ restaurant. Shower not great, it takes too long to heat and is weak. Kitchen has an old coffee machine, not enough glasses, mugs etc.

Fui com minha amiga para um Congresso de Dermatologia e a acomodação era ultra confortável, arrumada, até secador bom tinha! kkk Localização incrível perto de bares e restaurantes (e da maravilhosa padaria/restaurante Fornada - já deixando essa dica para os próximos hóspedes). Voltaríamos sem pensar duas vezes!

• Bia (8/5): Ótima - Foi ok mas com autorizacao do anfitriao entramos mais cedo e a portaria nao sabia desta liberacao, entao demorou um pouquinho mas depois liberaram O Secador de cabelo nao cabia na tomada do banheiro...o seja, o plugue do secador era de 20 amperes e a tomada de 10, entao nao encaixava.

Faltam alguns itens básicos para que fica por um tempo maior, como eu fiquei, 1 semana. Como louça de café da manhã. As janelas precisam de manutenção pois não consegui abrir muito. Estava emperrada.

• Rodrigo (8/5): - Face recognition nem sempre funciona perfeitamente. Nao tinham cabides no armario do meu apartamento. O papel higienico acabou no primeiro dia e a resposta do gestor foi: "esta' ao hospede repor".
• Carlos Eduardo (8/5): - A localização é ótima. Quarto muito bem equipado. O check-in foi muito ruim. Houve falha de comunicação entre proprietário e recepção para liberação da entrada. Esperamos por vários minutos em pé na rua com pessoa idosa.
• Sandra (8/5): Fabulous location and building. Just beware of the face -recognition access to building. - The building and services were great. The laundry and shop downstairs were particularly handy. Bedding and kitchen were all new and good. The process at the entrance was complicated. We sent our IDs beforehand (as per instructions), but the face recognition did not work. We had to wait on the street until a lady on the intercom processed each face and kept us waiting. There was a man who came to help us but we didn't know if he actually worked in the building or not. It was quite stressful. But once that was set, the access to the building worked ok. We then realized the man did work for the building so he also helped us with some guidance about the laundry. I think it would be important to let guests know that there is a person to support guests if needed. Also, the guest mattresses were very thin, so they only work for very young kids.

A su vez, las instalaciones del edificio con excelentes. La ducha no calentaba correctamente. Solicite alguna solución y me indicaron que es asi.

• Ana Beatriz (9/5): Ótima opção em SP - Apartamentos muito novos , bem instalados e confortáveis. A poucas quadras de vários restaurantes e comercio. Ao lado tem uma padaria maravilhosa para tomar cafe da manhã e o "crab & go" da recepção auxilia muito para quem esta hospedado. O check in é um pouco confuso por não ter nenhum funcionário no local, mas funciona bem!
• marlei (8/5): Muito bom! - O Hit Itaim fica muito bem localizado e com fácil acesso em sua chegada. O prédio é novo, com comodidades como: mercadinho Self check e máquinas de lavar e secar a disposição. Os Studios são modernos e com toda comodidade necessária, tipo: cafeteria, microondas, fogão, geladeira, ar condicionado inverter ( muito necessário no inverno de São Paulo) ……… fácil acesso, local bom e relativamente seguro. Coberta e travesseiros extras. Vale a pena se hospedar lá, principalmente se seus compromissos são na região. O chuveiro é um problema serio, pouca pressão da água e dificílimo de regular a temperatura. Basicamente é banho gelado ou fervendo. Poderia também ter pelo menos um jogo de toalhas extra, pois no tempo frio e muito difícil a secagem das toalhas.

• Martin (8/5): Comfortable apartment in great location - Apartment is small but comfortable and reasonably well equipped. Location is excellent. There’s a facial recognition system to control entry and of course this doesn’t work when you first arrive. You need to phone the concierge service and give your name, apartment number and passport number in order to be admitted. I arrived late at night and this was challenging with my rudimentary Portuguese. It would also be worth explaining that the entry system involves two doors and you have to wait for the first to close before the second opens. The following morning, after some young and driving, I was able to get my face recorded in the system. Explaining all this before guests arrive would save a lot of hassle.
• Casey (7/5): A bit confusing for registration and alright otherwise - Nice sized room, clean. Access was difficult as a non English speaker and the instructions to check in were unclear. Coffee maker was broken and the WiFi was slow and had very limited coverage in the unit and it seemed that there was a washer in the unit, but it’s common coin op laundry shared by the rest of the building. The water temperature was like a switch between scalding and freezing

• Alejandra (2/5): No es lo que ofrecen - La habitación decía tener 3 camas, reservamos para 3 adultos, pero al llegar era una sola cama y debajo de la cama unos supuestos colchones supletorios que eran de los más ordinarios e incómodos. Imposible para dormir ahí!!! Ponías un dedo en el colchón y se hundía hasta el piso. Las almohadas de la cama no tenían todas fundas!

• Chloe (8/5): New apartment & facilities, great location - I liked the location, the space and the view. The building was very new and has all the modern facilities plus access to washing and drying which was very quick and efficient. The virtual check in was good as you didn’t have to have a key. I didn’t like the shower. Only cold water on my first day and then it was the opposite and very hot the following days. Very hard to get the temperature even between the two taps … also the water pressure is terrible! For a very new apartment that is a shame. I would consider changing the shower plumbing. The sink pressure was good so a bit strange. Also it would have been nice to have a mini coffee or tea station with sachets just for first thing in the morning…

• Marco (9/5): Very cosy studio in a nice neighbourhood - Good location, very close to cafes and restaurants. The room is very cosy and tidy, with new furniture and everything works perfectly. Very comfortable bed. Good cleaning throughout the room. The lounge and terrace upstairs are very nice to use, and open 24/7. The owner/manager was always very responsive. Nobody speaks english or spanish at the reception. They didn't register my face ID at the video intercom so every time I went out and came back I had to explain I was staying there and took 10 mins every single time to understand and verify. One night the receptionist also wanted to see my passport (that I left in the apartment) and refused to let me in, although I provided my driving licence. I had to discuss several times with the manager in order to get my face ID registered. Wi-Fi in the room is very slow. Couldn't work one morning and had to go to the nearest bar/café.
