Marko (9/5): Good value for money. :) - The location is really great, just a few minutes from the Grand Bazaar. Everything is within walking distance and the metro is right there, going everywhere. Excellent connection. We were on the fourth floor of the building, and there was no elevator. We didn’t know that, and it was exhausting to go up and down several times every day. Additionally, they didn’t change the bed linen or towels for seven days. Everything was clean when we arrived, but after that the apartment wasn’t cleaned at all.
Kateryna (7/5): Загалом я залишилася задоволена. Ми приїхали не для того, щоб проводити час у номері, і ліжка були комфортними. Водночас - Зручне двоспальне ліжко, водичка питна. Привітний персонал, завжди готовий допомогти й підказати. 1) На фото вказано, що в номері є два кондиціонери, проте фактично був лише один. У номері було прохолодно, і ще один кондиціонер якраз був би доречним. 2) Один із диванів в іншій кімнаті перебуває у повністю непридатному стані — він сильно продавлений і потребує реставрації. Номер був заброньований на 4 особи, і у разі повного заселення четверте спальне місце припадало б саме на цей диван, на якому спати фактично неможливо. 3) Пліснява у ванній кімнаті.
Sara (1/5): Mala experiencia - La ubicación Estaba sucio, olía a tabaco y había mal olor en el baño. Los sillones estaban rotos. Éramos 3 personas y no pusieron cama auxiliar, sino que una persona tuvo que dormir en el sofá (roto y con mal olor). Pedimos cambio de habitación porque al lado había una con cama auxiliar y nos la denegaron. Además nos engañaron con la tarjeta wifi (solicitamos y pagamos una tarjeta de 15GB por 30€ y solo nos pusieron 2GB). Las toallas estaban rotas y las imágenes de booking no corresponden con la realidad. No aconsejó reservar aquí.

Maria (1/5): f that we didn’t sleep all night because of our flight and they put us in such hard situation. The receptionist offered - NOTHING Most awful experience I had with a hotel ever. First of all I purposely booked the hotel because they had an option for early check in which I requested with the booking (1 month prior to the stay). One week before the date of check in I also texted the hotel the time we want to check in, which was 7 AM. However the day of the check in, after 10 hours flight, no sleep all night, when we went to the hotel early in the morning, the door was locked and the receptionist was sleeping on the couch in front of the reception. I knocked continuously for 5 minutes until he woke up and opened for us. I told him about the booking and my request for early check in and he answered that its not possible to check us in earlier because there are no clean rooms and that the earliest we could check in is 12/1 PM. We didn’t have any choice so we left our luggage there and went for breakfast and for a walk until it got time to check in. We went back to the hotel, we waited there 1 more hour, because we were told that the room was still not ready and after 1 hour we waited at the hotel suddenly the receptionist told us that there was some mistake made by the other receptionist and that yesterday he accommodated another person in our room and that now they don’t have any other rooms available in their hotel for us. I was frustrated, I couldn’t believe what I was just hearing, we paid in advance for the stay, we waited 6 hours to get accommodated, on top of that we didn’t sleep all night because of our flight and they put us in such hard situation. The receptionist offered us a room in some other hotel, 2 minutes away from this one, which didn’t satisfy us at all. I contacted immediately the property owner, who didn’t want to call me, only texted, I explained the situation and how frustrated I am with all of it, and as a response I got “The tourist staying in your room didn’t feel well so he couldn’t leave, that is not our problem”.

Unlimited free drink water. A large room with separate rooms, a kitchen area and a comfortable bed. The smell of cigarette smoke permeated the room every evening from the reception area, where both the staff and management smoked. Our request to smoke outside was ignored. The room was frankly tired and quite dirty - it was swept upon request, but it was so filthy that walking barefoot on the floor was impossible. Low soundproof. Small/cramped bathroom, weak water pressure.
DRAGAN (10/5): Odličan boravak, najbolji smeštaj do sada, 40 kvadrata i terasa za ispijanje jutarnje kafe. - Lokacija odlična, blizu kapali čaršije, tramvaja... apartman je prostran, odvojena spavaća soba, velika terasa, velika tuš kabina, odličan wifi... Neke sitnice koje treba popraviti, lajsna na podu ispred spavaće sobe, izuzetno opasna ako hodate bosi. I klima jako čudno radi, kao da ste u sred oluje.

Richard (9/5): Čistý hotel, jeden z naj v tejto štvrti - V tomto hoteli sme boli aj pred 2 rokmi, vtedy to bol najlepší hotel v celom okolí , recepcia bola aj teraz super a vyhoveli všetkým našim požiadavkám, izba bola čistá, skvelá poloha a super výhľad na more a západ slnka.. Izba by potrebovala zrekonštruovať, chýbala klimatizácia v obývačke ktorá sa asi pokazila, v spálni bola funkčná..Kanvica vodu len prehriala ale neprevarila. V noci trošku hlučnejšie od iných hostí a ráno počuť v izbe modlitby v neďalekej mešite..

Internet was very flaky was told it was an issue in the area but didn’t have issues at nearby coffee shop. Smoking by staff at front desk wafts up into rooms so constant faint smoke smell.

Персонал ничего не объяснил, не пошел на встречу и не предоставил номер, который я забронировала. С балкона открвается вид на соседние здания через дорогу. В ванной нет места, чтобы повестить одежду или полотенце. В прихожей нет шкафа для одежды.

В душе хороший напор воды, вся сантехника работает. В прихожей нет места для одежды и обуви. Она просто там не предусмотрено. В диване было обнаружено острие от пружины. Диваны очень жесткие. В ванной нет ни одного крючка, чтобы повесить одежду. Ну и самое главно, при бронировании у меня был включен поздний выезд. Выяснилось, что для персонала его не существует. Я его запросила, но мне его не предоставили. Я не знаю с чьей стороны тут косяк - букинга или отеля, но было неприятно.

Maik (6/5): - Ich habe über Booking.com einen early Check-in für 12 Uhr gebucht. Als ich fragte, sagte der Herr Check-In sei ab 13 Uhr. Er hat uns jedoch trotzdem vorher ins Zimmer gelassen. Scheinbar wurde das Zimmer zu dem Zeitpunkt noch nicht gereinigt. Dies geschah erst nach Aufforderung. Als wir das Zimmer betraten war es in einem katastrophalen Zustand.

Alena (9/5): Wir werden wieder hierher zurückkommen. - Meine Familie und ich verbrachten sechs Tage in diesem Hotel und waren sehr zufrieden. Unser Flug hatte Verspätung, aber der Transfer verlief problemlos. Der Check-in war schnell und unkompliziert. Das Hotel hat keinen Aufzug, aber der Besitzer half uns freundlicherweise mit dem Gepäck. Die Angestellten waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war angenehm ruhig, obwohl das Hotel in einer belebten Gegend liegt. Wir haben uns mit unserem kleinen Kind sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage des Hotels ist ideal für alle, die Istanbuls Geschichte und das lokale Flair erleben möchten. Die wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten, Basare und die Uferpromenade sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar, sodass wir die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel gar nicht benötigten. Eine Straßenbahnhaltestelle befindet sich jedoch nur fünf Gehminuten entfernt. Wir danken dem Hotelpersonal für den wunderbaren Aufenthalt und kommen gerne wieder.

Ionuț (8/5): A fost ok per total - Personalul foarte amabil. Camerele curate si spatioase. Foarte frig noaptea, un calorifer nu mergea, iar ac-ul nu funcționa corespunzător pe modul căldură. Nu se poate intra cu masina intre orele 10-18 in perimetrul hotelului, cea mai apropiată parcare este la 500 de m de hotel.
Roxana (10/5): Excelent! - Camerele ok, wi-fi ok, ni s-a facut curatenie in fiecare zi, s-au schimbat prosoapele zilnic. Camerele sunt dotate cu frigider, cuptor cu microunde, cateva farfurii, tacamuri, cana electrica. Baietii de la receptie foarte prietenosi si primitori. Ar trebui renovata baia.
Roxana (10/5): Experienta de neuitat! - Hotelul corespunde descrierii. Este situat la aproximativ 15-20 minute de mers pe jos de Grand Bazar, Moscheea Albastra, Hagia Sofia, Palatul Topkapî. Nu are parcare proprie, insa este disponibila in apropiere si costa 15 euro pe zi (e acelasi pret cam peste tot). Accesul cu masina la hotel este disponibil in fiecare zi numai dupa ora 18. Pana in ora 18 sunt pilonii ridicati si nu se poate intra cu masina pe mai toate strazile laterale. Noi am ajuns in jur de ora 15 si am fost nevoiti sa caram bagajele pe rand din parcare la hotel. Baietii de la receptie sunt foarte primitori si ne-au ajutat cu toate informatiile necesare privind sejurul in Istanbul. Nu mi-a placut ca a trecut timpul prea repede! Si ca sa gasesc si ceva ce nu mi-a placut, sa zicem ca ar fi baia prea mica si …mizeria de pe strazile din Istanbul, faptul ca nu gasesti cosuri de gunoi, insa asta nu tine de hotel. Este un oras cu foarte multi locuitori (aprox. populatia Romaniei) la care se adauga si turistii. Ma asteptam sa fie o zona cocheta, tinand cont ca aici sunt cele mai multe obiective turistice, insa saracia oamenilor de rand isi spune cuvantul.
Anna (5/5): - We liked that staff made an early check in without take any payment for that. There were coffee,tea and sugar as well as shower gel and shampoo that guests could use. Good location for transport, attractions and shops/places to eat. We didn’t like that towels in the room had some spots, in the kitchen the sewer pipe was broken and no one fixed it after we informed the staff. It was smell of cigarettes at the hotel quite often and it came to the room too. The renovation in the room did not match the photographs of the room, the paint on the walls and ceiling was peeling and cracked in many places.

Lamia (10/5): - Ich war mit meinem Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel sehr zufrieden. Besonders gut hat mir die Lage gefallen: Man ist mitten in Istanbul und kann fast alles bequem zu Fuß erreichen. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und Cafés liegen in unmittelbarer Nähe. Trotz der zentralen Lage ist die Umgebung überraschend ruhig, sodass man sich gut erholen kann. Auch die Sauberkeit im Hotel möchte ich positiv hervorheben – sowohl die öffentlichen Bereiche als auch die Zimmer waren stets sehr gepflegt. Besonders erwähnen möchte ich außerdem den Inhaber: Er ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und ein wirklich netter Mensch. Man fühlt sich durch seine Art direkt willkommen und gut aufgehoben. Insgesamt kann ich diese Unterkunft wegen ihrer perfekten Lage, der ruhigen Umgebung, der Sauberkeit und der herzlichen Art des Inhabers auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Susanne (7/5): Leider ein traumatischer Besuch - Das Zimmer mit Balkon war atemberaubend. Der rießige Balkon mit einem grandiosen Ausblick. Das Bett erholsam bequem. Die Einrichtung super gestaltet und modern. Für den Preis den wir zahlten waren wir mit dem Zimmer rundum glücklich. Das vielleicht dies oder das nicht gab störte uns nicht, denn wir brauchten nur etwas zum Schlafen, Duschen und runter kommen. Die Gegend war einmalig. Eine hervorragende Anbindung und Shops wie Gastronomie in Fußwegnähe. Idealer konnte man es nicht treffen. Man würde die Schuld auf mich schieben, dass ich nicht fähig sei, eine Treppe richtig runter zu steigen, aber dennoch ein großer Kritikpunkt die Treppe, denn es sind manche Vorkehrungen nicht getroffen. Da es eine Wendeltreppe ist, kann man nur außen auf großen Stufen steigen, wo es aber kein Gelände zum Festhalten gibt. Erster Minuspunkt. Der zweite ist, dass es Marmorfliesen sind, die sehr rutschig werden können und keine Antirutschaufkleber an den Kanten der Treppen angebracht sind. Somit läuft man der Gefahr aus, wie es mir passierte, die Treppe hinunter zu fallen und sich schwere Verletzungen auf Urlaub zuzuziehen. Gleich am 1. Tag habe ich mir meine Knie stark verletzt beim Sturz und einige Schwellungen und Flecken zugezogen. Zum Glück fiel ich in die Arme meines Partners, der "Schlimmeres" wie ein Sturz auf die Hände/Arme/Kopf vermeiden konnte. Ein Gelände hätte mir das alles erspart und meinen Aufenthalt in schönerer Erinnerung gelassen. Trotz dass das Hotel sehr zentral lag und wir sehr mit dem Zimmer zufrieden waren, werden wir NIE WIEDER dieses Hotel buchen, denn ich und mein Partner brauchen kein 2. Trauma und einen weiteren Trip mit Einschränkungen. Meinem Partner haben meine Folgen sehr zugesetzt, obwohl es unser Verlobungstrip war. Wir konnten es mit schönenen Erinnerungen bedecken, aber das musste echt nicht sein!

The manager let us stay 2 hours more in the room after official checkout because of the rain. Next time in Istanbul we know where we are going to stay. Everything was excellent.
