- Anwar (10/5): Family of 4, three day stay. - 3 day stay with my family. Hotel very compact and rooms in the presidential suite really tight for space. However got to grips with it after the first night but beware the sofa bed is ok for one child not two. Thankfully my two coped but I will consider another hotel when coming back to Istanbul. On a good note Can at reception was a gentleman and helped me with an issue I had on the last day. Offered me late check out aswell which was convenient as my flight back was at 6pm.
- Asif (10/5): Bentley Hotel (Old City) - Enjoyed our stay, nice room just a bit on the small side. Deluxe Room comes with a large bed, two side tables, good view of the shops/cafes, large desk/stool and tv, small and large mirror, draw with safe lock, fridge and small wardrobe with a few shelves. Room had A/C unfortunately the minute you go out of the room the corridors/hallway are boiling hot. Although when you enter the property you feel the A/C. Breakfast was expensive 20 euros per person. We tried once but it wasn't wow. Although fresh eggs are served. Plenty of cafes round the corner that sell breakfast for half the price. For Cold Drinks and Fizzy Drinks, turn right as you come out of the hotel and you'll find a shop that sells everything, say 100m. Taxis are waiting outside the hotel all the time. Metro stops are not too far. Walking distance to Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia.
- Sarah (10/5): - I really had a great time at Bentley Hotel Old City. I was traveling alone, I stayed there from June 23 till the 26. The room was clean, I got room services. The staff at the front desk were very helpful, I just can’t remember the names of the 2 staff who were extremely helpful. They gave me tips, suggestions on where to go eat, directions, booked my transfer from the airport, it’s just sad I did not see the 2 gentlemen when I was checking out I wanted to leave a tip just for a great service and how helpful they were, I still did but left it with the other staff who was there. Maybe one thing if they could get a better deal with these transfer taxis so that if you are traveling alone you don’t have to pay 60euro just for one way maybe they could look into like a shared transfer so that the cost is not too high, but this is just a suggestion. I had a great time, the hotel is located near many tourist spots such as Hagia Sophia, Blue mosque, Grand bazaar, Basilica Cisterns etc. I highly recommend it and if I was to go back to Istanbul I would definitely stay there. Sehr geraumige Zimmer und sehr sehr bequemes Bett. Es ist sehr zentral und überall in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen Frühstück hatten wir nicht da es die Fasten Zeit war daher kann ich keine Auskunft dazu geben aber das Hotel und Personal sind brillant ist mein favorite Hotel

- SAYHUANG (2/5): Disappointed - Spacious room but very dim. Room is considered clean and walking distance to basilica cistern, Hagia Sophia & grand bazaar. But, there is a generator directly outside the window. Its affect ours rest as the motor of the generator is loud and vibration can be feel.
- BURCIN (10/5): - The hotel is in the middle of the tourist attractions, the tram is also running right in front of it if needed. The room was small but that is normal for this area, everything was very clean and the staff were super helpful. We had a massage and the lady was very good and professional.
- GINETTE (8/5): pas conforme à ma réservation - Hôtel très bien localisé, à proximité des sites à visiter et proche des restaurants et boutiques. J'avais réservé 2 chambres supérior dont 1 avec 2 lits et lorsque nous sommes arrivés j'avais bien 2 chambres mais toutes les deux avec un grand lit ! Les lits étaient de taille normale avec peu d'espace pour passer. La salle de bains est confortable. Notre chambre était au dessus du passage du tram donc très bruyante.

- Carlo (6/5): - Camera molto piccola, non c’è nemmeno lo spazio per appoggiare una valigia, non sono presenti appendiabiti, guardaroba minuscolo dove non si possono mettere capi spalla. Bagno piccolissimo, non presenti accappatoi, non presente il bidet. TV senza programmi in italiano. Buono il wi-fi, letto comodo, pulizia top. Personale ultra gentile. Colazione nella norma, seppur non eccezionale. Non vale certamente un 5 stelle, prezzo caro per quanto offerto.

- null (2/5): Misleading photos / AVOID - Hotel looks nothing like the photos - felt absolutely deceived on arrival. Tiny rooms, can barely turn around in the bathroom. Ongoing noise from electrical outlet made sleeping impossible. Staff unfriendly - maybe because it’s Ramadan - but it’s still a hotel so you expect service, front desk person explains “all of our rooms have noise”.

- André (10/5): Padrão 5 estrelas - O hotel superou minha expectativa. Moderno e elegante. A localização é um diferencial, poucos passos dos principais pontos turísticos de Istambul. A equipe atenciosa e faz o hóspede realmente se sentir acolhido. Recomendo fortemente.
- Melanie (6/5): - Positiv : Das Hotelzimmer war sehr stilvoll und Modern eingerichtet. Zentrale Lage, die meistens Sehenswürdigkeiten waren in der Nähe und einfach zu Fuß oder mit Öffentlichkeiten zu erreichen. Negativ: mind. Einmal am Tag gab es einen Stromausfall. Online wird das Frühstück mit 14€ p.P angeboten, vor Ort verlangte man dann 60€ für 2. Zimmer für 2 Personen viel zu klein, obwohl wir extra Deluxe- Zimmer gebucht hatten. Das Personal rauchte im Gebäude und somit zog der auch leider auch ins Zimmer. Wir würden nicht nochmal kommen.

However this trip was spoilt by the disgusting behaviour of one of the reception staff which was on the Wednesday evening when I ordered a pizza. His attitude was dishonest, he lied and took me to be a fool and he refused to give me his name. It spoilt was was otherwise a great stay. Because of him I will not be returning!!

- Rizwan (10/5): - We loved our stay at Bentley. From the beginning of our stay, the entire staff was very accommodating and went above and beyond to assist us as best as possible. The facility is centrally located but is not a quiet facility as metro line goes behind the facility. However, it is at convenient walking distance from all the main tourist attractions in Old City Istanbul. We were able to walk to #Saltbae steakhouse in Grand Bazaar, Seven Hills Restaurant near Hagia Sofia, and Blue Mosque, Topkapi Palace, Egyptian/Spice Bazaar, Mehmud Pasha Bazaar, Galata Tower and many other great tourist places. The breakfast offered at 20 Euros is phenomenal as well where kitchen is serving many fresh items like all kinds of freshly baked breads, omelette, scrambled eggs, over easy/medium, fruits, yogurt, honey, and variety of coffee and tea selection. The manager by the name of Zakaria was extremely helpful and very warm to the guests and made sure that we left very satisfied after eating our breakfast. The one item that was missing is the fitness room, which would put this facility to even better ranking among its competition. The idea of having a Hammam is a nice once but a hotel entertaining guests from all over the world could benefit more from a world class fitness facility then having space for Hammam and other things that may not be used by a wide variety of their guests. We enjoyed our stay here and would gladly recommend anyone who is considering a tour to Istanbul.

Un énorme merci à Zick responsable du petit déjeuner et David à la réception, ils sont au petit soin avec les clients ! Merci encore ! Petit déjeuner buffet haut de gamme. Si vous séjournez dans cet hotel, vous ne serez pas déçu.
- KOREA (10/5): I was nice - It is not very large due to the nature of the area, but it is very clean. Despite being in a busy area, it is quiet and the staff is polite and friendly. And the wifi is very fast, faster than roaming LTE. I plan to stay here again next time. FYI, I think in Istanbul, you just have to be careful of some like thieves taxi driver group and some merchants. Enjoy Istanbul and happy journey!

- Susan (10/5): - Location is great for shopping and visiting all the historic places. It is nice to stay on this location for 2-3 days! So you don’t need to take taxi! Taxi drivers are very bad in turkey and they don’t turn on they meter and charge the tourist 3-4 times more. We stayed this location and we did not have to take taxi and we had a great time! Hotel staff are nice!

- Victoria (6/5): - Great location for all of Istanbul's attractions! Clean facility. Unfortunately air condition did not work which was very much needed. We ordered a transport through the hotel, definitely paid way too much. Transport from hotel to port was a bit disturbing, driver was in a heated discussion with someone and did not drop us at proper location.
- Susan (10/5): - Great easy location up walk to grand bazar in 5 minutes. 5 minutes walk up Aya Sofia and top capi palace. Hotel rooms are modern and nicely done. Nice bed sheets and CB pillows. Breakfast buffet is great if you get up early and go downstairs. After 9 am they don’t refresh the buffet. So you end up with very average items. I minute walk to Starbucks, nice restaurants. This area of great to stay for 3 or 4 days!
- Helen (10/5): - Great couple nights stay here. Rooms were immaculate and all the conveniences needed, had some good night’s sleep. Could barely hear the outside world despite being in a busy part of the city. Hotel is conveniently located nearby the big attractions if that’s what you’re after as well as easy access to the tram line to go further afield. All the staff have been lovely and so helpful and kind. We’ll definitely be keeping this place in mind if we return to Istanbul.

- LUIS M (10/5): Excelente opción en Sultanahmet - Muy buen hotel, muy cómodo, excelentemente ubicado en Sultanahmet a 6 minutos del hipódromo, la Mesquita Azul, Santa Sofía y la cisterna. Muy bueno el desayuno, el personal muy amable. La cama y las almohadas muy cómodas y con opciones, la regadera excelente. El único tema que no me gustó es que es un poco complicado conectarse a Internet y la red es muy lenta. Pero el hotel muy recomendable.

Accueil très chaleureux, à l’écoute, vous proposant diverses excursions à faire dans la ville. Très bien situé, à seulement quelques minutes à pied de la mosquée bleue et du Grand Bazar (pour ne citer que ça)…On a profité de leur spa. Juste un mot : MAGIQUE ! La femme qui s’occupe de ça a été au top du début à la fin. On reviendra très bientôt. Merci !

- Anna-Sophia (8/5): - Das Hotel war sehr schön gelegen, das Personal äußerst freundlich & hervorkommend. Die Zimmer waren klein aber sehr sauber, leider hat man die Metro im ganzen Hotel gehört. Ansonsten top von der Umgebung wenn man direkt in der Innenstadt sein möchte.

- Shifra (10/5): - We stayed just 1 night for our layover in Istanbul. The hotel is new, clean, and close to attractions. Staff was helpful, offered a wake-up call, and arranged for taxi early in the morning. Only issue was the shower seal, water going everywhere!
