- Cord (8/5): Komme sehr gern wieder - Tolles neuwertiges Hotel. Völlig ausreichend und sehr sauber. Komme gern wieder. Der junge Angestellte, der an dem Tag ( 16.05. Vormittag ) Dienst an der Frühstücksbar hatte, war extrem schlecht gelaunt, auch zu den anderen Frühstücksgästen. Entweder hatte er nur einen schlechten Tag ( allerdings sollte man dann so etwas ausblenden ) oder der junge Mann ist fehl am Platz im Gäste/Gastro Service. Ansonsten war alles extrem gut, nur dieser Punkt bleibt natürlich hängen.

The walk from the nearest U-bahn Station is a bit long. However, for me the location was ideal as it's very close to my workplace in Munich.

Nach 22.00 h ist die Bar nicht mehr besetzt, Automaten vorhanden. Parkgebühr 20 € pro Tag, sehr teuer. Es besteht aber die Möglichkeit, in der Detmolder Str. (Nebenstr) kostenlos an der Straße zu parken. Kurzer Fußweg ins Hotel (200 m) durch einen Durchgang.

Kein Zahnputzbecher im Badezimmer,. Das Konzept scheint eher auf längerfristige Miete ausgelegt zu sein, als auf kurze Übernachtungen (möbliertes Wohnen).

- Gabriela (8/5): - The Base. La chambre ainsi que l’hôtel étaient propres dans l’ensemble, même si la poussière dans la chambre n’avait pas été faite. Le lit était très confortable, ce qui est un vrai point positif. C’est assez particulier de ne pas avoir de contact avec du personnel, car tout se fait en ligne pour le check-in : nous n’avons croisé personne sur place. C’est également la première fois que nous n’avions ni frigo, ni de quoi préparer un thé ou un café dans la chambre, ce qui est un peu dommage. De même, l’absence de shampoing est à noter. En revanche, très belle attention : j’avais demandé une surprise pour l’anniversaire de mon conjoint, et la chambre était décorée à notre arrivée. Cette option est vraiment chouette et a rendu le moment encore plus spécial. Cela reste cependant des détails : dans l’ensemble, tout s’est bien passé. Nous pourrions revenir sans problème, en prenant simplement quelques précautions supplémentaires.

We used the laundry facility and it was very convenient. Additional storage/shelving in the bathroom would be very helpful. An additional small (comfortable) chair or couch for seating options.

- Sandra (7/5): Es war nicht schlecht. - Es war sauber, eher modern eingerichtet. Das Zimmer hatte alles was man braucht. Ein Doppelbett und ein Badezimmer mit Dusche. Die Lage ist leider sehr weit von der inneren Stadt entfernt. Zur nächsten Ubahn Station geht man 10 Minuten. Es gibt zwar eine Busstation, der fährt jedoch nur von Montag bis Freitag. Das Hotel liegt in einem Industrieviertel. Das Frühstück ist sehr minimalistisch gehalten. Dennoch findet man etwas zum Essen.

On July in the heart of summer if you need a cold water, you have to get dressed and go to the lobby to buy something to drink??? Also there was a bad smell on the hallway. Parking is with extra charge 20€ per day but there is a road 100m away , which you can park free. The room is cleaned once per week.

Nach Anfrage bemühte sich der Mitarbeiter gleich, noch welche aufzubacken. Auch von frischem Gemüse hatten wir mehr erwartet. Es lagen nur noch ein paar kleine Tomaten da, Gurke war alle. Sonst nichts. Käse/Wurstplatte war auch sehr überschaubar.

Preis/Leistung TOP - Das Frühstück war sensationell gut für den Preis von 5 € Es war alles da vom Kaffee, Cappuccino, Latte Macciato, Käse, Wurst, Eier, Brötchen, Saft usw. Das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. kleiner Wermutstropfen war das ausgefallene Frühstück am 25.12.25 Stand nur ein Schild das es am 25. und 26.12. kein Frühstück gibt obwohl gebucht und bezahlt. Eine vorab Info wäre schön gewesen. So sind wir mit knurrendem Magen wieder nachhause gefahren ;-)

- Truong (9/5): ci ritornerò sicuramente - la zona è molto tranquilla, la struttiura è bleea, nuova, pulita e non è stato difficile trovare i parcheggi nelle vicinanze. le fermate degli autobus e della metro sono vicine, raggiungibili a piedi entro i 15 minuti.
