Andrzej (7/5): A spacious, comfortable room in a good location for those who don’t watch TV & who have mobile WiFi - Convenient automated entry with an access code. Spacious room. Clean throughout. Large, comfortable bathroom with a simple and effective shower time reservation system. The internet wasn’t working. The TV had no signal either. After I contacted the owner, he quickly connected my laptop to another network/account (it worked, but I didn’t know the password, so I couldn’t connect my mobile afterward). He also somehow restored the TV signal. However, on the following days the signal disappeared again. I didn’t really need the TV very much, so I didn’t feel like contacting the owner every time to have it fixed again. For me it was only a minor inconvenience, but I would recommend solving this problem, because for other guests it could be quite frustrating.

Bianca (10/5): Perfect - Es war sehr stilvoll eingerichtet, sehr sauber und ein sehr freundlicher Empfang. Gleichzeitig besteht natürlich die Möglichkeit mit einem Code selbst ein und auszuchecken. Das Gemeinschaftsbad mit Badewanne war auch richtig schön. Alles top, danke.

Annegrit (7/5): - Alle Einrichtungen sind sehr, sehr sauber und stylisch. Die Möglichkeit, sich Zeiten im Gemeinschaftsbadezimmer reservieren zu können, finde ich sehr gut. Auch die für jedes Zimmer im gemeinsam genutzten Kühlschrank vorgesehene Einstellmöglichkeit ist hilfreich. Die Jalousien sind nicht auf den Fenstern montiert, sondern hängen davor und können nicht hoch gezogen werden. Das Fenster kann deshalb zum lüften nicht komplett geöffnet werden. Man muss durch die Lamellen zum Griff langen um das Fenster kippen zu können. Das TV-Gerät steht gegenüber des Betts, auf einem sehr niedrigen Regal und dadurch tiefer als das Bett. Um im Bett liegend fernsehen zu können muss man sich schräg ins Bett legen. Wenn das Gerät an der Wand hängen würde, wäre das wesentlich praktischer. Die aufgezogene Bettwasche war total zerknittert. Sie sah aus, als ob man sie nach dem waschen in der Maschine vergessen hat und sie dort im geschleuderten Zustand getrocknet ist. Ich habe ein kleines Handtuch vermißt. Es ist unpraktisch, wenn man zum Besuch des WCs und dem anschliessenden Hände waschen mit dem großen Duschtuch los muss.

Daniela (8/5): - Good location, near tram station, even though is not central. Room is spacious and confortable. Clean and with hot water. The room smelled bad, a mix of paint and cigar. Not sure what hapenned. Not a bad thing, just to be aware, my room wqs on thr third floor and you have to carry your luggage up (kind of normal for Europe). And the super spaceship-look shower, you just get to use the regular feature, no extras.

Michaela (9/5): Sehr gut geeignet auch mal für mehrere Tage zu stationieren. - Es war sehr sauber, wurde täglich gereinigt, für das Wohl des Gastes wurde gesorgt, z.B. Kaffeemaschine und Wasserkocher, Tee, Coffee-Pads, Milch, Zucker … alles im Zimmer, großes, gemütliches Doppelbett mit super Matratze, großer Fernseher an der Wand vor dem Bett, Schreibtisch und etliche Lampen …. einfach gemütlich und zum Wohlfühlen. Die Lage liegt ca. 6 bis 8 Minuten von der nächsten U-Bahnstation weg und ca. 600 Meter vom Bahnhof Bad Godesberg. Sollte ich die Möglichkeit haben, komme ich gerne wieder. Die Das nächtliche, rücksichtslose Türzuschlagen von anderen Gästen. In der Tat kann das laut sein! Der Gastgeber hat dafür Ohropax zur Verfügung gestellt 😀😉, die aber leider nicht jeder im Ohr verträgt.

Es wäre nur hilfreich für andere Gäste, wenn diese Information auch auf Booking.com steht. Außerdem war das Zimmer am ersten Tag sehr kalt, weil kalte Luft durch die Türen kam und die Heizung nicht sehr warm war. Deshalb war es am ersten Tag etwas schwierig

Adrien (10/5): I had a great time and would gladly come again for future stays in the area! - The accomodation has an excellent location by the town center. I greatly enjoyed the flexible arrival hours with the autonomous entry. The room was impeccable and well furnished. The wifi was a bit spotty.
Ian (9/5): Great value for a one night stay in a well maintained and clean property. - Helpful instructions from the owner and good contact/ follow up. Place was clean, well managed and looked after; instructions were all very clear. Bathroom was shared, but quiet and right outside the door. Suited my requirements very well, but could be made to feel a bit more personalized/cosy. Quite functional, but maybe could be given some more homely touches - I encountered/ heard no other people at the property during my stay (guests or staff), so not so good if you're feeling lonely. Parking is less easy to find in the area.

EstherSophie66 (10/5): Hervorragender Aufenthalt.....wie bei Familie oder Freunden, jedoch eben privat! - Ein tolles Haus mit privatem Charme und 'cleaner' Einrichtung, teils antik, teils modern. Es fühlte sich eher an wie bei Freunden oder Familie ein Gästezimmer zu haben. Sehr schönes, modernes Badezimmer, das man sich gut teilen kann mit anderen Gästen.....eben wie bei Freunden/ Familie. Der Herr, der sich um die Buchung kümmert war stets sehr gut erreichbar und hilfsbereit! Werde sicher wieder das Hotel buchen, ob geschäftlich oder privat. Schlechte Parksituation

TammanyCyclist (9/5): Clean, spacious design room at a reasonable price. - Spacious, clean room with design interior. Kettle and coffee machine was present in the room and wifi quality was good and the area was fairly quite yet still shops were nearby. Owner was proactive in the providing information. Mattress is fairly thin. Generally I liked it, but it needs to be flipped more often as it had a 'valley' near the bed stand. There was no cupboard that could be closed and the glass desktop looked like something that would break too easily.

Забота о посетителях - предусмотрено даже если вы не взяли с собой косметичку - шампунь, мыло, зубные принадлежности есть. Утром и вечером есть возможность выпить не только кофе и традиционно чай, но и травяной сбор тоже. Благодарю сердечно. С удовольствием приеду ещё раз

Antonia (10/5): This place felt more like a hotel than an AirBnB rental. Beautiful! - The room and bathroom(s), especially the large bathroom were beautiful (the bathtub was huge!) and immaculately clean. And for me the location was perfect to get to work. It was also super simple to get in and out and the host communicated promptly with everything I needed to know. I had a little issue with the WLAN, but I am not sure if it was the WLAN or just my phone. So no complaints, just a suggestion to double check the WLAN connectivity to prevent others from having issues.
