Dirk (9/5): Hotel super, aber Frühstück ist nicht so gut, für den Preis. - Lage, super, Zimmer, Bett, und Sauberkeit super. Frühstück für 2 Personen für 42 Euro nicht ok. Wir waren um 9.00 Uhr am Sonntag zum Frühstück. Die ganze Zeit keine normalen Brötchen, Salami und Wurst wurde, nur nach nachfragen, aufgelegt.

Alexander (4/5): Character eines modernen Hostels / Motels bei doppeltem Preis - Frühstück war sehr gut, große Auswahl Keine Rezeption, keine Infos für den Eincheck-Vorgang, den man online machen konnte und auch durchgeführt hatte. Im Hotel dann Maschinen, die quasi den Online-Checkin wiederholen. Türcode nicht intuitiv nutzbar - nur nach Erklärung. Keine Info wie der Parkplatz zu erreichen ist, bevor man im Hotel nachfragt. Keine Info, dass man dann einen Türcode benötigt, bevor man im Hotel nachfragt. Balkon nicht nutzbar - viel zu klein und eng - ist eher eine Raucheronly-Geschichte. Alles Menschen sehr freundlich.

Julia (9/5): Exellentes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis - Die Unterkunft ist sehr modern und zentral gelegen. Die Betten sind bequem. Ich hatte vorab Rezensionen gelesen die die einzige große Bettdecke bemängelten, ich habe beim Housekeeping nachgefragt und habe 2 getrennte Decken bekommen. Ich wurde im Fernseher per Name begrüßt, wir hatten Kaffeemaschine und Wasserkocher auf dem Zimmer. Sowohl Bahnhof als auch die Innenstadt sind binnen 5 Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen, eine Straßenbahnhaltestelle ist direkt vor der Tür. Auf hohem Niveau würde ich mir wünschen, dass die Warmspeisen beim Frühstück auch noch warm sind.

Le balcon était inutilisable- il était tellement petit qu’on ne pouvait pas mettre une chaise et une table. Il le servait à rien. J ai pas aimé le fait que le check in et le check-out se fasse avec des machines et non des humains. Très impersonnel

Die Doppelreihe Fenster hat mir nicht gefallen und ich konnte kein Fenster aufmachen, weil es so laut war. Zudem konnte ich jedes Wort aus dem Nachbarzimmer mithören. Das war sehr störend für mich. Der Balkon war 60 × 60 × 60 cm. Das war für mich kein Balkon. Ein Witz

Torsten (7/5): Es war eine gute Wahl für unsere Unterkunft. - Die Lage des Hotels war sehr gut. Die Innenstadt, der Bahnhof und der Zugang zum Hotel waren schnell erreichbar. Das Frühstück hatten wir nicht gebucht, es war uns zu teuer. Für unseren Aufenthalt von 2 Nächten mussten wir schon einen sehr hohen "Messepreis" bezahlen. Wir fanden ca. 5min entfern eine gute Alternative. Während unserer 2 Nächte wurde das Zimmer nicht gereinigt. Es gab auch keinen Handtuchwechsel. Für unser Doppelbett gab es nur eine gemeinsame Bettdecke. Wir hätten 2 getrennte bevorzugt. Am Freitagabend hätten wir noch gerne einen Drink an der Bar eingenommen. Es war alles schon geschlossen. In unserer ersten Nacht gab es einen Feueralarm, bei dem wir das Hotel kurzzeitig verlassen mussten und die Feuerwehr einen Einsatz hatte. Wir hätten uns eine konstruktive Information für diesen Schreck gewünscht, eventuell eine kleine Entschädigung in Form eines Getränks oder Süßigkeit...
vanderschoor (7/5): Handig gelegen hotel in het centrum van Hannover. - Het hotel is zeer centraal gelegen, station en centrum zijn dichtbij. De kamers zijn zeer schoon en helemaal niet gehorig, ondanks de ligging. Het was fijn dat we de fietsen achter het hotel konden stallen. Het was nogal prijzig, maar in een grote stad als Hannover in vergelijking redelijk.

Rezeption nicht rund um die Uhr besetzt, bei Problemen in der Nacht kein Ansprechpartner. Nach notwendigem Zimmerwechsel wegen lärmender Klimaanlage keine Entschuldigung.

Filmer (6/5): - staff are very polite. Clean and safe My room was very very noisy. Voicee of other people staying were too lous and easily heard by me . And as it's not possible to call the reception I had to stand to all tjhat noise.
Haydn (6/5): - Good location. Clean modern room. Free coffee in reception. Room overlooking the street, 3rd floor. Police sirens from nearby Police station and general noise from pedestrians and traffic. Air conditioning was quite noisy. Restaurant shut earlier than advertised one evening when we had planned on eating in and was shut completely on the Saturday evening. Bar shut at 11pm.

Broll (9/5): - Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr hilfsbereit & stand bei Fragen sehr schnell zur Verfügung. Die Lage ist absolut super & die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel sind sehr schnell zu erreichen. Das Frühstück war lecker & ausgewogen , zudem bietet der Frühstücksbereich viel Platz. Ich "meckere" jetzt auf ganz hohem Niveau , aber es gab nur eine große Decke für 2 Personen - man hat die Nacht des öfteren um einen Teil der Decke kämpfen müssen 😅

Marine (8/5): - Chambre spacieuse et moderne, agréable Il était 9h40 quand nous avons voulu prendre le petit dejeuner. On nous a dit qu’il fallait finir dans 20 minutes car le brunch commençait à 10h, alors que la salle était presque vide… on est donc partis petit-déjeuner ailleurs, c’est dommage
