Las paredes son de papel, se escucha todo lo que hay fuera y a las habitaciones de al lado. No hay aire acondicionado ni calefacción. Solo hay ventilador. Los utensilios de cocina están en muy mal estado, la cama no se limpia bien, me ha costado dormir por la cantidad de ácaros que hay en la cama. La limpieza en general deja mucho que desear. Te encuentras hasta pelos que son de otras personas. Y la ducha estaba rota. El agua caliente apenas funciona. Todo un desastre, sin duda no volvería a hospedarme. Las personas de limpieza te golpean la puerta a las 10 de la mañana a pesar que ser el check out a las 11. Y me abrieron la puerta a las 10:30 de la mañana apesar de decir que aún no estaba listo para irme. La TV no funciona esta simplemente de adorno porque no puedes ver nada de nada.

Pas de place de parking. Il y a un parking à 5 minutes à pied mais il est payant : 4€ la nuit (21h à 7h) + 2€ par heure ensuite.

A porta de entrada do hotel não trancava e qualquer pessoa poderia entrar apenas empurrando sem precisar usar o código o que afeta a segurança do local já que não tem recepção nem funcionários. As paredes não tem proteção acústica e os vizinhos parecem que estão dentro do seu quarto, fora isso o resto estava de acordo com as descrições.

• Austine (2/5): - Location is ok though no parking place. The room is ok except the bathroom. The bathroom is very very terrible. There are mold (schimmel) everywhere inside the bathroom. The wash hand basin handle is broken. The TV inside the room was not working. I reported for it to be put in order but no response came till I checked out. The main entrance code was not working, only the room code was working. This was reported but was never sorted out. The experience was terrible.

• ERGİN (3/5): If you want to spend a quiet night, don't come. - Location was good. We had a horrible stay because of noise coming from next room in the middle of the night. They were cooking and using the ventilation hood. Then, they even washed the dishes. Walls are like paper-thin. We texted the facility, they told that they were on it but nothing happened. They even told us they were sending security teams but nobody arrived. In the end, we had to knock their door twice because there is no one you can apply to in the facility during nights. I guess this is the major problem of the facility because they even left useless ear plugs in the room. If you want to spend a quiet night, don't come to this facility.
• Nataliia (9/5): Чудове розташування, комфортне помешкання - Загалом залишилась дуже задоволена перебуванням в апартаментах. Є все необхідне для комфортного проживання, нічого не бракувало. Окремо хочу відзначити розташування - воно було ідеальним під мої плани, що значно спростило пересування містом. Коли було потрібно - персонал на зв'язку постійно та готовий допомогти. Загалом враження позитивні. При нагоді скористаюсь цим помешканням і в наступний раз і навіть порекомендувала ці апартаменти друзям, які планують відвідати Франкфурт. Із не критичних мінусів: у номері було трохи волого, що вирішується провітрюванням, але може стати дискомфортним у холодну пору року. У ванній періодично відчувався запах канабісу з витяжки. Також підлогу перед заселенням могли б прибрати ретельніше. Стіни досить тонкі - добре чутно сусідів. Втім, це не критичні моменти і вони не зіпсували загального враження від проживання.

Non è un vero e proprio appartamento, bensì una camera a castello con la cucina attaccata, molto piccola per 4 persone. Utensili molto poveri e limitati per una famiglia intera e senza sacchetti di ricambio per la spazzatura. Bagno senza phon e senza nemmeno una piccola mensola per poggiare le cose. Sotto il divano era pieno di oggetti dimenticati dagli scorsi ospiti indicando una parziale e scarsa pulizia dell'intera stanza. La cosa grave è che siano entrati in nostra assenza per rifornirci la carta igienica, senza nemmeno avvisarci!!

• Phillip (9/5): - Die Lage mitten in Frankfurt ist wirklich top. Haltestelle der Strassenbahn direkt vor der Haustür. Zugang per Handy ist sehr praktisch. Fühlte mich ein bisschen unsicher aufgrund der anderen Gäste/Bewohner im Wohnblock.

Cama pegada a los muebles de cocina , incómodo y poco higiénico. No hay sitio material para moverse ni para dejar el equipaje, si lo ocupan tres personas, no hay armarios ni separación de ambientes

Жили мы две недели в номере. Один раз была уборка,поменяли постель и полотенца. (Хотите уборку каждый день,есть доплата) .А так все отлично,нам понравилось.( не считая мелких нюансов). Если были вопросы,на них быстро отвечали( использовала Вацап для связи с отелем). Цена,качество соответствуют. Персонал ,который занимается уборкой не здороваются, уборка промежуточная была(постель,полотенца поменяли,мусор забрали), но не освежили(не помыли пол) или хотя бы подмели.

Tuvaletin çöpü doldu taştı. 2.gün söylememize rağmen sadece tuvalet kağıdı koydular, tuvalete girip de çöpü boşaltmadılar. Kendi imkanımızla çöpü boşaltıp kenara koyduk ve görüntü hiç hoş olmadı.

El check in es automático, no hay nadie que te atienda, pero la comunicación vía WhatsApp es clara y sencilla. Los espacios son pequeños pero están bien amueblados y limpios. Nosotros éramos una pareja que fuimos a Frankfurt por un par de días y este alojamiento cumplió todas nuestras expectativas, hasta pudimos hacer uso de la cocina para desayunar y cenar y guardar cosas en la nevera. Por último, el alojamiento no tiene parking pero se puede aparcar cerca de manera gratutita. Al ser estudios pequeños se escuchaba el ruido de la nevera. Sí eres una persona a la que le cuesta dormir, este puede llegar a ser incómodo.

• Manfred (8/5): Insgesamt eine gute und preiswertere Unterkunft mit zentraler Lage. - Die zentrale Lage ist super. Allerdings ist es schwierig, ein Auto zu parken. Ich konnte während des gesamten Aufenthaltes kein Fernsehprogramm sehen, da es kein Signal gab. Trotz sofortiger Beanstandung wurde das Problem nicht behoben, obwohl ich 8 Tage vor Ort war. Es gab nur einen Kochtopf, aber zwei Kochplatten. Im Bad gibt es keine Möglichkeit, Handtücher in der Nähe der Dusche aufzuhängen und es fehlen in der gesamten Unterkunft Kleiderhaken an der Wohnung.
