- aaron (10/5): - An sich top Unterkunft, der Eingangsbereich sieht lediglich irgendwie unpassend aus... Nicht nach Hotel. Zimmer Top, hatte leider nur noch ein paar Haare in der Dusche gehabt. Zimmer mit Klimaanlage und kleiner Küche... Besteck, Teller etc würde ich persönlich nicht nutzen da keine Spülmaschine etc.. wahrscheinlich nur von der vorherigen person mit hand gewaschen.. in der Nähe ist aber das Rheincenter wo es alles gibt und 5min fußweg gibt es öffentliche Verkehrsmittel in die Stadt.
- Chris (8/5): - Fijne ruime kamer voor 2 volwassenen en 2 kinderen. De twee bedden waren wel wat smal voor 2 volwassenen. Ruime badkamer en prima keukentje. Minpunten waren de vloer die niet goed schoon was én d de airconditioning die alleen als ventilator werkte. Toevallig was het 35 graden, dus in de nacht was een werkende airconditioning wel erg prettig geweest.

- Roy (8/5): - Er is een park, even oversteken heb je een mooie winkel centrum. Restaurant in de buurt is 15 min en Düsseldorf 17 min.

- Patrizia (6/5): - Das Zimmer war für 2 Personen top geeignet. Gute Schrank-Größe, ich schätze 1.80Hx1.60B. Die komfortablen Betten waren bequem und hatten eine sehr praktische Kommode am Bett angebaut. Ein mittel gr. Schreibtisch und ein kleiner Schreibtisch an 2 Wänden, auch ganz cool, denn gut zu verschieben. Dafür ist das Bad/Klo viel zu winzig!!! Am Abend würde ich nicht mehr duschen weil das Licht mit der Lüftung zusammen hängt und das Licht solange an ist, bis die Lüftung aus geht. Der Spiegel war mega cool denn es hatte ein Radio integriert! Die Sauberkeit war für uns mangelhaft! Gr. Staubflocken am Boden und hängengeblieben an der Decke übers Bett. Wie man sowas übersehen kann???? K.a ehrlich gesagt! 1 schwarzes Haar im Bett war mega eckelhaft!!! Das hat uns so sehr angeeckelt, dass wir die Kaffeemaschine nicht benutzen wollten sowie Schwamm und Geschirrtuch. Bah! Glücklicherweise war der Kühlschrank sehr sauber. Der Concierge war immer freundlich.

Allerdings war die Umgebung nicht so einladend und die Tür unten über Nacht offen, was nicht wirklich Sicherheit vermittelt hat. Ich habe in den beiden Nächten auch nur Männer im Haus angetroffen, was mich als Frau etwas verunsichert hat, da ja auch nachts keine Rezeption besetzt ist.

- Verified traveler (6/5): Like a maze - First of all, my driver dropped me at the crowne plaza IHG hotel, I walked a long way with my luggages. There is no complimentary bottle waters in the room even I booked very expensive room during the show time. It's not easy to find room or lift with the white space and signs. The lights didn't turn on/off right time. Hard to find suitable plugs to charge my phone and computer. You have to prepare more to fit the place. Traffic is convenient that walked about 10 mins to train station. The television doesn't include English channels. I may have better choice next time.

- Laila (10/5): - Die Unterkunft ist ruhig gelegen in der Nähe eines Einkaufszentrums. Wir hatten ein Apartment Deluxe für 4 Personen. Das Zimmer war sehr groß und es war alles vorhanden, was man für einen Aufenthalt braucht. Ich würde wieder hier buchen!

Die Kommunikation war von Anfang an äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit, was einen sehr angenehmen ersten Eindruck hinterließ. Die Lage des Hotels ist optimal. Es befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Bahn, was besonders praktisch ist. In nur etwa 20 Minuten erreicht man den Düsseldorfer Hauptbahnhof. Obwohl die Parkgebühren bei 10€ pro Tag liegen, ist es definitiv preiswert, in der Tiefgarage des Hotels zu parken. Der Parkplatz war sicher und leicht zugänglich, was unser Reiseerlebnis noch angenehmer machte. Insgesamt war alles super. Das Hotel bietet ein exzellentes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, und wir werden definitiv wiederkommen. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Also an 15 minute walk from the train station, and if you don’t mind a 30 minute walk, then not far from neuss centre. Highly recommended
