- Elaine (10/5): - We stayed for 3 nights in the 2-bed apartment with balcony and really enjoyed it. The apartment was well fitted with everything we needed and had comfortable furniture, making it a nice place to relax after a day out. The building itself is beautiful and full of character. The location was excellent — very convenient for both the tram and U-Bahn (near Rosa-Luxembourg station), with plenty of shops and conveniences close by. The only thing to be aware of is that the apartment is on the 4th floor with no lift, so it’s quite a climb, especially for my 75-year-old dad. Overall, I’d happily stay here again, though it might be worth reaching out to the property if you’re concerned about the stairs.
- Paula (6/5): - Stairs where steep, no lift, no door on bedroom for privacy. Money went missing from our room, good communication from staff but no resolve. Area was good fir transport, shops and food.

- MIQUEL (10/5): Apartamento perfecto - Apartamento situado abpocos metros de la parada de metro Rosa-Luxemburgo y a 10 min de Alexander Platz. Muy espacioso y limpio en todas las estancias. Cocina muy bien equipada con lavavajillas, microondas, nevera y vitrocerámica. Cama principal muy comoda y el sofa cama para los niños bien.

Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht; diverse Geschäfte und Restaurants befinden sich in Laufnähe. Check-in und Check-out routiniert einfach bei Limehome! Einziges Manko ist der fehlende Lift, das ist in der 5. Etage mit viel Gepäck etwas müßig - aber hält fit!

- ANTONELLA (8/5): - L'appartamento era spazioso per 4 persone, caldo e silenzioso. L'abbiamo soltanto trovato piuttosto impolverato, forse non era utilizzato da tempo. Il,bagno era fornito di saponi ma lo scarico del Wc mandava un cattivo odore. La zona è molto comoda per utilizzare la metro o altri mezzi pubblici. E' stato molto difficile trovare l'appartamento in quanto il complesso è formato da più scale, ma questo non ci era stato specificato. Pertanto abbiamo perso un sacco di tempo per cercare dove fosse, salendo nella scala sbagliata, peraltro l'unica che si vede, disturbando anche altri clienti a cui abbiamo suonato il campanello per chiedere aiuto. Solo grazie ad uno di loro abbiamo capito che bisognava entrare nel cortile e cercare la scala corretta. Bisognerebbe migliorare la comunicazione! Difficoltà anche per un asciugamano mancante in appartamento. Abbiamo chiesto via mail di potercelo fornire ma la proprietà ci scriveva di un posto in cui andarlo a ritirare che non abbiamo trovato nè capito dove fosse. Così solo l'ultimo giorno ce lo hanno fatto trovare in camera, un po' tardi direi. Infine i letti: quello matrimoniale comodo, nulla da dire, fornito di materasso e topper. Ma la sistemazione per due posti sul divano era improponibile in quanto le giunture fra i cuscini del divano, non perfettamente allineate e che si aprivano ad ogni movimento, rendevano impossibile il riposo. Così abbiamo spostato il topper dal letti al divano letto, per consentire a tutti di riposare.

О недостатках мы знали заранее из других отзывов: - отсутствие лифта (тяжело каждый раз поднимать/спускать детскую коляску, нет места для хранения снизу); - скрипучий пол (ночью по дороге в туалет легко разбудить всю семью, а возможно заодно и соседей); - слабый напор горячей воды, в результате приходится мыться или в кипятке или в холодной воде. Но приятная цена и удобное месторасположение перевешивает указанные недостатки. P.S. После регистрации данных в системе отеля (check-in) с нами от имени отеля пытались связаться мошенники, которые запрашивали данные платёжное карты, урожая отменой брони.

Fomos recepcionados com brindes, tivemos facilidade no check in, local próximo a metrô, bares, restaurantes e supermercados, além de fácil acesso a locais turísticos. Apartamento limpo, excelente roupa de cama e banho, e disponibilidade de utensílios domésticos. Recomendo
- Alexander (8/5): - Die Größe des Apartments sowie die Aufteilung der Möbel wie Bett und Schlafcouch ist gut. Küche bietet genügend Platz und Möglichkeiten zum Frühstück (Essen) zubereiten. Schade, dass beim Thema Sauberkeit nicht soviel wert darauf gelegt wurde.

- Annette (6/5): - Mein Apartment war im dritten Stock gelegen im ruhigeren Hinterhaus. Die kleine Küche ist super und auch sonst ist Alles da was man braucht. Und es gab sogar ein paar Kaffeekapseln für die Nespressomaschine, Tee- und Zuckerbeutel, Salz, Pfeffer und Olivenöl. Das Bad war sehr sauber aber auf dem etwas knarzenden Holzboden bekam man staubige Füße, die Tagesdecke auf dem Bett hatte ein paar Flecken und die Stühle am Tisch waren nicht besondrrs bequem und etwas niedrig. Hab mich trotzdem gerne für's nächste mal wieder dort eingemietet.

- Hilde Sjurseth (6/5): Sovesofa hård som sten, ellers rent og centralt. - Lejligheden var fin og central. Vi var to voksne og 2 børn på 10 og 14. Sovesofaen blev benyttet at en voksen og et barn. Den var så utrolig hård, at ligge på, at den ikke kunne bruges.
- Patty (8/5): - Location is unbeatable - lots of cool’stuff nearby and close to train. The apartment is clean and spacious and well stocked with cleaning supplies and pretty much everything you need (no toiletries). Of note - the apt is 4 floors up, 8 flights of stairs - no elevator. It was fine for us, but my husband would have hated it. It is also not “luxurious”, again - fine for us, but basic. The second bedroom is very small as well. There are several Limehomes in the area, don’t know how it compares with those. Overall - fantastic location and comfy.

Evdeki parkeler aşırı gıcırdıyor. Üst katta yürüyenlerin gürültüsü rahatsız ediyor. Yatak odasının kapısı yok. Bu ev için fiyat yüksek.

Would have been nice to have been made aware of the fact there's no lift as the apartment we had was on the 3rd floor and had a steep spiral staircase but that was the only slight issue we had. The codes worked fine and the beds were comfortable. On a great location close to Alexanderplatz

- Trine (8/5): Fin lejlighed til prisen. - Lejligheden lå fint placeret i gå-afstand til metro og tæt på restauranter og caféer i Prenzlauer Berg. Lejligheden i fin stand, dog savnede vi lidt et sted at sidde, når sofaen var tager i brug som seng.

- Aditya Atul kantilal (10/5): - It’s a great property well located as it’s not too far from alexanderplatz. It was clean and comfortable! What was a little unfortunate is that the facility has no storage room and therefore, If like us, your return journey is towards the end of the day, you either have to find a storage rental service or carry the bag with you wherever you go! If you have backpacks or small trolley bags, the latter is doable however if you’ve got bigger bags, it’s unlikely to be convenient and so you’d need to pay for storage! I highly suggest the ownership to invest in some storage! Otherwise it was great!!
- Marie (8/5): - God beliggenhed i roligt kvarter. Ældre bygning. Lydtætte vægge, men gulvene knirkede og det kunne høres mellem etagerne. Sengen var god at sove i, det samme var sofaen. Dejligt med spiseplads og lille køkken. Det var nemt at checke ind og ud.

- Signe Voigt (6/5): Perfekt placering, lidt beskidt - Lejligheden ligger virkelig godt i gå afstand til mange hyggelige restauranter, Markthalle Pfefferberg og tæt på U-Bahn og sporvogn. Lejligheden har et lille køkken med to kogeplader. Der er plads til at spise 4 personer i køkkenet. Derudover er der en stue (med sovesofa) og et soveværelse. Der er ingen døre mellem stue, køkken og soveværelse. Lejligheden var nem at checke ind i med de tilsendte koder. Rengøringen var ikke super, vi fandt blandt andet en hel del slikpapir i sofaens revner og generelt var der lidt nusset.

- Kari (8/5): Keskusta-asumista - Mainion sijainnin omaava huoneisto rauhallisella alueella vanhahkossa talossa, sisäpiharakennuksen ylimmässä kerroksessa. Portaita ylös 63, ja ei hissiä; asian olisi voinut mainita huoneistokuvauksessa. Huoneiston Wlan toimi silloin kuin sitä huvitti. Keittotila, TV ja kylpyhuone ok. Vuodesohva hieman kulunut, mutta vielä ok. Yleisilme ja siisteys kunnossa. Muuta: Metroasemalle 150m, samoin hyvään ruokakauppaan. Eli paljon oli plussia ja muutama miinus. Sopii niille jotka haluavat asua keskustassa mutta hotellimajoitus kyllästyttää.
- Ann Kirstine (8/5): Great stay - Great stay and good area of Berlin to stay in close to all the things that are important to us when in the wonderful city of Berlin. Great supermarkets nearby, lits of fantastic restaurants. Easy communication with LimeHome. Asked for extra towels and got it. The cleanikg happened every 3 days which is nessesary when travelling with children. The cleaning was pretty basic but welcomed. It was quite dirty under the beds (we lost a toy) but pretty clean elsewhere. The sofa bed was not very comfortable and I must admit that the plastic sheed underneath made sleeping a little uncomfortable, especially in the sofa. Overall very good stay and would stay here again, mainly because this is right in the middle of our favorite areas in Berlin.

Ein kleiner Reinigungsschwamm in der Küche wäre hilfreich gewesen, gerade wenn man Tee trinkt, war es schwieriger mit dem Lappen die Rückstände zu entfernen. Das ist aber nur ein kleiner Punkt. Der Innenhof ist sehr schön.

- Verified traveler (6/5): Good, but... - The apartment was comfortable, spacious, quite and well positioned. But there were some relatively minor but irritating shortcomings. We were there for nearly two weeks, and didn't get any information about cleaning. We asked after a few days and the room was cleaned, and again in a couple more days it was done again. We asked for the floor to be swept later, and this was done. It would be useful to have a page of information about the place in the room.

- Mac (10/5): class accomodation for a Berlin city break - Stayed in the Schoenhouse apartments for 3 nights and it was just perfect ,well located about 10 minutes walk to the TV tower which incidently costs 13 euros per adult and has to be pre-booked! about 40 minutes walk to the Reichstag again this has to be prebooked but entry is free ,Taxi from Tegel airport took about 20 minutes and was 24 euros .Staff were very friendly and helpful and also spoke English ,very unfussy place ,laid back modern accomodation ,spacious and clean ,although not cleaned everyday ,not that you need that .Computer and printer available which we used to check in for our flight and printed off boarding cards and tv tower tickets all free to use .we had a deluxe suite this had a small kitchen /eating area .Double bed ,and a fold down sofa bed which was ok for 2 adults ,lots of space in the room as well ,nice bathroom with shower over bath .Reception was in place from 8am till 8 pm after that the front door was locked and you gained entry through a side door using your room key .plenty of cafes nearby although we didnt bother and cooked our own food ,large supermarket 5 minutes walk ,out the front turn left and cross the road and bear left .all in all i was expecting this to be ok after reading positive reviews and i was pleasantly surprised and thought it was a lot better than just ok ,would definetely use again if in Berlin .
- Offir (10/5): Very good hotel in a very good place. - It was a wonderful stay. the hotel apartment is great. the only thing we found inconvenient is that there is no air condition in the room. in the summer it is a bit warm. other than that great hotel in a great location.

- Kim (8/5): Great Location, Terrible Wi-Fi - This hotel is located about 2 blocks from the U-bahn which makes it very convenient to get around the city. The short walk to the U-bahn is filled with several different restaurants and a convenience store that's open pretty late. Pratergarden (beer garden) is just a 10-15 walk in the opposite direction, about 2 minutes from another U-bahn stop. The reception was nice, but not 24-hour. There is also a small café in the building, but we only saw it open at breakfast. We booked a City Apartment and requested a high floor - turns out that was five flights of stairs without an elevator. No big deal as we brought backpacks, but just a note to future travelers. The room was great (see photos), very spacious with a good kitchen and a balcony - very nice in the late summer when we went. There is only a hand wash/shampoo pump bottle, so make sure you bring your own amenities with you. The reason for the four stars: the Wi-Fi could only be accessed if you shared your Facebook account and then "liked" their page on your account - this is NOT what I would call FREE internet. Our friend doesn't have FB and couldn't use the internet for the two days we were there. We did not encounter this type of Wi-Fi anywhere else in Europe on our trip. Just be advised! When I did get on the Wi-Fi, the service was okay, but only good enough for a few emails - it took over 30 minutes to send a picture through iMessage.
- melissa (8/5): Close to bars and restaurants - Excellent transport links which are easy to use and are cheap! Overall I loved the apartment, but there wasn't a lift. We were on the fourth floor which meant tackling 8 flights of (very steep) stairs. Not great when you were in and out of the apartment each day and had luggage to carry. Due to it being an old building it was also quite noisy when people walked up the stairs and you could hear people walking around above you. Apart from these two issues I really enjoyed my stay in the apartments!
- voilette (8/5): nice staff and worth the price - We had a nice stay there. The apartment is not far away from the metro station and city centre and there are several grocery shops and restaurants near the apartment. The room for 4 people is big and has a full-equipped kitchen. Staff are very friendly and helpful to provide travelling information. However the only thing i'd like to mention is the hot water is really limited. The next person has to wait for a long time. It was really inconvenient for us four people living together.
- Margaret Collins (8/5): Good value, Great location - Huge, clean apartment, close to UBahn Rosa Lux Station. Main room bright, but dark in halllway & dressing area. A couple lights were burned out. Bathroom lighting was poor - hard to apply makeup.
- Rob (6/5): Ok, for the price.... I guess... - Well, lets start off with the staff. Friendly at first but did not help with our luggage what's so ever, not like other apartments that we visited did. They helped us carry the luggage. The internet did not work, even after asking the staff and 2 fellows came up to see. This was a problem... The location was good for nearby subway, which is excellent in Berlin. Easy to figure out. apartment was 15 minutes from Alexandra Platz walking. Busy front road. Booked, online with the staff, 1 month in advance, for near by garage parking. When I got there with my family, I was given a " No, you do not have parking here." . WHAT!!! I ended up parking in a garage in a hotel a good 15-20 minute walk away. That cost 20 Euros, which I do have to say, the staff paid for. Thank you for that. The room was ok. We had a double bed and a pull out sofa what can really only sleep one, so we found a cot in a closet that we used. The main bed and the sofa was separated by a curtain... Overall, for the room I gave a 3 out of 5. Next time in Berlin, I would look for another place to stay.

Only thing dragging down a little bit is that I'd specifically booked a parking space in their garage (and got a written confirmation from them) but when I arrived they just told me that someone was parked in the space I had booked. - Verified traveler (8/5): Convenient apartments for sightseeing - We took 2 teenagers to Berlin and enjoyed our stay at these apartments. Only 1 stop on the underground from Alexanderplatz, they were convenient for the city. Quiet, peaceful, clean, well equipped (helpful to have washing up liquid, sponge and tea towel provided). There was a bakery and Netto nearby and there is a place to buy breakfast downstairs. Reception staff were always very friendly and helpful. We were able to hire bikes for 10 euros per day.

- Audiostrike (10/5): Great place - will return - This place is great for someone looking for something different than the normal hotel experience. It's more like an apartment. High ceilings, great light, stocked with everything you need to "live" there while staying in Berlin. The neighborhood is really cool - restaurants, bars, supermarket close by - etc... The front desk is only open from 8am to 8pm, but they were very very accommodating even though I could not speak German at all. This is a great place where you feel like you are living the Berlin experience. Thank you
- Claire (8/5): Great area, lovely apartment - The appartments are in a great area near (10 -15 mins walk) to Alexanderplatz. There are lots of cafe's and bars nearby. It is a bit of a walk into the sightseeing district but the trains /tubes are nearby and once you have worked them out it is easy to get around. Getting from the airport is also easy as you can get a S bahn train straight to Alexanderplatz. The apartment was extremely clean, very well furnished, had a balcony, small kitchen. There are also communal outdoor seats and tables. There were a couple of weird design features in the room eg. an enourmous light shade in the middle of the room which was hung at about 5.5 ft from the floor so you hit your head on it all the time! It wasn't a major problem though - funny more than annoying..

I found that having a kitchen was a plus since the main reason for my visit was to run the city halfmarathon and managed to eat exactly what I need since there were two good organic supermarkets nearby plus the addition of an excellent coffee place/roastery just across the road. Very satisfied!

Underground, grocery shopping facilities and loads of bars and restaurants in walking distance. Friendly staff, always helpful. Mobile reception is bad and so is the bandwidth of the wifi, iPhones couldn't even connect. If you're spending a lot of time in the room, ask for an apartment that faces the street.
- Eagle (8/5): Great apartment close to Alexander Platz - Have stayed here a number of times. If you are looking for an apartment to stay in Berlin, this is a great choice. I've stayed in the flats for 2 or 4 people. Both provide great sitting rooms and nice bedrooms. The kitchens aren't the biggest, but perfect for a short stay. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. The location is good too, it's a short walk to Alexander Platz and the popular Mitte district. Plenty of good bars and restaurants in walking distance.

We didn't use the kitchen other than to keep water / wine / beer cold - but if we were staying for a bit longer we certainly would have. The location was great - u-bahn just opposite the apartments with easy access to all other areas of the city. The reception team were very welcoming - we didn't need to speak to them after we picked up the room keys... Lovely powerful shower.

- Barry (8/5): Bright, open plan apartment. - Big open plan apartment with nice big bathroom. Limited kitchen. No aircon but central heating available - we didn't need either while we stayed for 5 nights with temperatures ranging from 12C - 22C max during days. No lifts but fortunately we were only on second floor. Be aware you need to turn the key about 4 revolutions to unlock the doors. Had to help a Japanese family with this who thought they had the wrong key (arrived after reception closed at 8pm) they hung around 2 hours waiting for help from staff who weren't in a rush to come. Eventually we helped after seeing them still waiting after our dinner. They had to drag suitcases up 5 stories! In old East German side of town which is sad looking with lots of graffiti. But close to all the historical sights you need to see. Highly recommend the 4 hr walking tour for €12. No washing machine a pain, but good laundromat about 5 minute walk away.

- Ray (10/5): Great place to stay in central location - Very central location and very quiet. Rooms are scattered throughout a residential apartment complex. I would recommend asking for a room looking over the central leafy courtyards rather than the road, our room was very quiet. Linens were good quality and bed vey comfortable. Supermarket only 200 metres away.
- Deo (6/5): The problem was when arriving. The desk was closed - It was around 17:00 (on a Sunday) when we arrived at the hotel. There was nobody at the reception desk.The check-in times did not match those we had found in the internet. With the help of other arriving guests we could find our key to the apartment. We were not expecting such inconvenience.

- Lisa (10/5): Great Location - Lovely apartment at an affordable price. Key points: Huge bed, Good shower, well stocked kitchen, quiet neighbourhood but with plenty of restaurant and amenities, walking distance to city centre, lovely cafe downstairs - very pleased and would definitely stay again! The only thing I think would need some attention is that the large feature lampshade in the centre of the room is hung very low and in front of the mirror - we both walked into it lots of times. Everything else was brilliant - very helpful and friendly staff.
