- Gary (10/5): A truly amazing and wonderful place in the heart of the Antalya Old Town! - The location, the restaurants, the breakfast, our room (125), and especially the staff!! Big shoutout to Metin Sasa, Esin, they made our experience so special and memorable. We hope to stay here again someday and would highly recommend this place, it's a GEM! NOTHING.

- Jane (8/5): Lovely location and beautiful rooms - Great location. Super staff. Beautiful rooms. Comfy beds. Luxurious bathrooms and decor. Unfortunately the location meant a lot of nighttime noise from the streets. I would recommend asking for a room that does not face onto street if you need quiet. We were also surprised to have only a coffee pod machine in our room. No tea making facilities as advertised. We had to ask to get a flask of hot water from the hotel bar and use our own teabags. Very expensive breakfast…we skipped that option.
- Jane (8/5): Lovely location but some improvements could be made! - This was our second stay and the deluxe room was much bigger. The hotel is situated in two close buildings on the same street. This time we were in the building over the pizza restaurant (which does a great pizza, by the way). Staff super helpful as before in our previous stay. No door on bathroom! The bathroom is situated in a corner of the room so that a door is not necessary for visual privacy but no thought as to not wanting to hear everything someone is doing in there! Bring a travel kettle and teabags, too as there are no tea making facilities, only a coffee pod machine. I’m surprised at this as for British travellers, this is a must! The staff were very helpful proving us hot water in a flask we could fill up from the bar. However, all other hotels we stated at in Türkiye provided complimentary chai on tap so this is something to think about.
- simone (9/5): Lovely place to stay, staff fab - Location great, room very pretty, staff were so lovely Internal room so no window or fresh air, if door was left open everyone walked past could c in and we were above the restaurant so the noise echo in until close. The air con was controlled by front office. It was set at 32 degrees. We had to keep asking for it to b reduced.

- Elisa (10/5): Een prachtig en extreem gastvrij hotel - Wat me het meest beviel aan dit hotel was het oog voor detail van het personeel. Bij mijn reservatie had ik geïnformeerd of ik cilbir kon krijgen bij het ontbijt, omdat dat het favoriete ontbijt is van mijn partner die dan jarig zou zijn. Niet alleen kregen we cilbir terwijl dat niet op de kaart stond, maar kreeg mijn partner ook een stuk taart als verrassing en werd onze kamer versierd terwijl we zaten te eten. Het personeel heeft deze dag heel bijzonder gemaakt voor ons, waarvoor veel dank! Los daarvan was onze kamer prima in orde: ruim, proper, een goed bed... alles wat we maar konden wensen. We hebben een onvergetelijk veblijf gehad bij Belmondo Suites Old Town Antalya. Niets!

- Norbert (10/5): Wunderschöne Unterkunft in Top-Lage - Die Lage mitten in der Old Town ist hervorragend um die Altstadt zu erkunden, einzukaufen, zu schlendern und sehr. zentral um mit Taxi, Bus oder Tram weiter entfernte Sehenswürdigkeiten oder Strände zu besuchen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Haus ist wunderbar rustikal und geschmackvoll aufwendig restauriert.

We woke up once at 3 am because a group of people were singing playing a guitar. The room with the windows closed and curtain shut was not isolating at all from the street.

The pool is in the other building which is a 2-3 minute walk away but it is nice! The walls are paper thin, we were woken multiple times during the night with people coming in and out. There is a window above the door that if someone turns on the hallway light, it shines brightly into the room. There is also a clicking noise which has no pattern to it, it just clicks through the night randomly.

- Birgit (10/5): Ein Schönes Altstadthotel mit Pool - Ein sehr schönes Hotel mit Pool in der Altstadt von Antalya. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Es wird englisch gesprochen. Leider befand sich unser Zimmer in einem Nebengebäude , welches einige Minuten vom Hotel entfernt lag. Und das zum vollen Preis. Die Zimmer im Nebengebäude liegen über einer Gaststätte und sind nur über eine steile Treppe erreichbar. Zum Zimmer muss man durch die Gaststätte laufen. Bei der Buchung sollte der Gast ehrlich über diese Dependance ( Nebengebäude ) informiert werden. Hätten wir gewusst das wir in einem Nebengebäude wohnen und zum Frühstück laufen müssen , hätten wir das nicht gebucht.

The twin room had 100cm comfortable beds and excellent bedding. Although the twin room had inside window the design covers this detail as it is most thought through and kind to the eyes. I am very specific about my stays and I can give high points to this lovely design boutique hotel with sincerity. Thank you for amazing service and hospitality!

Le petit-déjeuner est excellent. Le personnel est extrêmement sympathique et serviable. Nous avons eu un petit souci, celui-ci a été résolu très rapidement grâce à l'efficacité du personnel. Ils sont vraiment au petit soin ce qui est très appréciable. La literie est de très bonne qualité, nous avons très bien dormi Il y a deux bâtiments, bien se renseigner avant réservation et les chambres supérieures ne sont pas toutes équipées de balcon. Nous n'avons pas profité de la piscine qui n'était pas dans le bâtiment où nous logions

Also the rooms are equipped nicely They did not disclaim they have 2 properties and we were not located in the one thats advertised. This is misleading and we really wanted to stay in the one thats with the pool (that was the main reason for booking it). Even though we had access to the pool we had to walk 5 minutes through the old town to get to it In addition, the second property has all the rooms in the lowered ground floor, so basically under the street level - no real windows and you can hear everything happening on the street. As the street leading to the rooms is very cute, we had tourists taking pictures in front of our door the whole time. On top of that, there is ABSOLUTELY NONE sound isolation from the neighboring room. We had VERY LOUD (and rude - they refused to tone it down) neighbors for 2 nights and we did not get practically any sleep as they were listening to loud music until 4am and the reception did not do anything about it

- Checking (10/5): Ein Boutique Hotel Traum mitten in der wunderbaren Altstadt von Antalya. - Für das Belmondo Suites Hotel hat man keine Worte. Man muss es direkt selbst erleben! Man wird sofort wie verzaubert. Das ganze Anwesen ist sowohl architektonisch als auch von den Materialien her, und den Menschen dort, ein Erlebnis der ganz besonderen Art. Es gab trotz meiner interessierten Detail Beachtung , vielen Beobachtungen und eingehender Prüfung 😉😀von Inventar , Hygiene , Betten, Bettwäsche, Kissen & Bettdecken, Bad Utensilien bis hin zu Innenhof, Pool, Sonnenschirmen, Farben , Formen, Beleuchtung , Bequemlichkeit und vor allem Mitarbeiter, keinen einzigen Anlass oder Punkt zur Beanstandung. Auch die beiden Restaurants und die Musik und das Frühstück einfach nur ERSTE KLASSE . ALLES TOP !! Das ganze Ambiente, der angenehme Geruch überall, die wunderschönen, individuell gestalteten Zimmer , die große Dienstleistung und der wunderbare Service aller Mitarbeiter, inklusive des Besitzer ( dem wir zufällig vor unserem Eingang begegneten), sucht das Belmondo Suites Hotel seines gleichen. Auch die Sicherheit ist gegeben ( fühlte mich allerdings keine einzige Minute unsicher, weder im Zentrum noch sonst wo in Antalya und Umgebung ). Der reduzierte Buchungs Preis war fast lächerlich, wenn man dann sieht, was geboten wird. Auch die Preise für fabelhaftes Essen und Getränke in den beiden a la carte Restaurants des Belmondo Suites Hotel sind tatsächlich mehr als bescheiden. Ich werde diesen, mit so viel Engagement und Herzblut geführten, Boutique Hotel Traum garantiert wieder besuchen. Das ist jetzt nur eine Kleinigkeit : Die Konversation vom Front Office Manager zu seiner Crew ist teilweise nicht so ganz gegeben.

Upgraded to a better and higher category room on request after the 1st night as the room allocated initially opened right into the restaurant and had noise issues. Really Appreciate the room upgrade as well as the decorations the staff did for my wife's birthday. Recommended!

From the moment we arrived, it was clear that every detail is handled with a personal touch. The staff—management, waiters, and even the cleaning team—were warm, attentive, and genuinely went above and beyond to make our stay special. The Turkish breakfast was unforgettable: fresh, generous, and beautifully presented, it felt like starting each morning with a feast prepared just for us. The rooms were equally impressive—comfortable, stylish, and thoughtfully designed to perfectly reflect the charm of Kaleiçi’s old town atmosphere. What touched me most was the way the team noticed small things and turned them into meaningful gestures. They even surprised my mom with a little birthday treat, which made her day so memorable and showed how much heart they put into everything they do. The only minor con was that the parking is a bit away from the building. But even this was managed flawlessly—the staff happily shuttled me back and forth to my car with a buggy whenever I needed it. Honestly, you don’t really need a car in the old town anyway, so it was never a problem.

The bedrooms were gorgeous and the bathrooms lovely with very nice products. Couldn’t fault a thing! There was a bit of late weekend noise, but outside of the hotel, so couldn’t be helped. That’s all I can think of!

The swimming pool was not in the same location as our room - it was in a different buildilng a short walk (less than 5 minutes) away.
