• Team (10/5): Really lovely wee place. - Everything was made easy. A simple hotel in a good location with lovely extremely helpful staff. It was more than enough and then some. No complaints.
• Amr (9/5): I recommend this hotel due to its perfect location, cleanliness & friendly management. - The location is excellent as it was very near to public transportation. There was a main bus station just infront of the hotel, a tramway station in just a 5 minutes walk & a metro station in less than a 10 minutes walk. There were also many restaurants & supermarkets just a few steps away. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. There was hot water in the shower & the wifi & the air condition were functioning very well. Also, the room was not noisy at all despite the presence of the main bus station just below the hotel. Mr.Timor the Manager was a very friendly & helpful person. He always asked us if we needed anything and was promptly responsive to all our requests. I would like to personally thank him for his hospitality & care. Basically there was nothing we disliked. However, to be honest we did not try the breakfast as we preferred to go directly to our sight seeing activities and have a late breakfast in the city.

• Ludanyi (10/5): The staff was extremly helpful especially Mr. Timur and Mr. Apo. - My husband and me would like to highlight the proficiency of Mr. Timur. He knows everything about Istanbul including the best routes. His helpfulness is really exceptional. The breakfast was delicious and lavish. The cleaning service was daily, also the towels were changed every day. The chambermaids were kind and helpful, too. There is a metro and bus station and a tram stop nearby, from where you can easily get to the centre. I would like to highlight the nearest kebab restaurant called Gaziantepli Temizo. We wilI definitely recommend Hotel Yuvam Akmarmara to everybody who wants to visit Istanbul.

• Ewa (8/5): Very good - I will definitely be recommending this hotel. I stayed with my daughter for a week. Although our room was very small and there was no full size wardrobe, we felt comfortable. The cleaning service was daily, also the towels were changed daily. The hotel itself was quiet, the breakfasts tasty. There is a metro station and a tram stop nearby, from where you can easily get to the centre. There is a bus station next to the hotel. The windows of our room faced this side, but this was not a problem in terms of noise. One of the greatest assets of the hotel is the receptionist Timur - very helpful and friendly.

The hotel is located close to the T1 tramway line , by which all important place can be reached. Connection to IST airport is very simple, ( M11 metro and 41ST bus ) .The bus station is next to the hotel entrance. no such things to mention

• Madalin (9/5): Good accomodation - A very clean 2 star hotel (every day cleaning, bedsheet changing service every second day, free toiletries and slippers), tasty buffet ( 4 sorts of local cheese, boiled eggs, olives, chickpeas soup, tomatoes, cucumbers, butter, honey, Nutella, jam, fresh pastries, coffee, tea). Air conditioning and tea/coffee maker, hair dryer. Very helpful and friendly staff, eager to offer you directions for the sights to see and even to guide you in person. We really thank Mr. Timur, the receptionist, for his availability to help us with the sightseeing tips and with the HGS toll which is compulsory for those who travel by car în Turkey. All our appreciation to you! Free parking in front of the hotel. There is a bus terminal for local transport nearby which connects with any important place in Istanbul. Also close to metro and tramway stations. A lot of shops and restaurants serving delicios traditional food around and having good prices. Definitely, it was a good stay here and we hope to come back soon! . I really recommend this hotel for those who want to spend their vacation in this wonderful city! A weak point is the size of the room, a bit too small (10-12 sqm). We had a triple room with one large bed and 2 single beds, but it was not an inconvenient for us and the kids because we did not stay much inside. An automatic coffee machine in the breakfast area would be useful.

• Stefanescu (10/5): Exceptional - We stayed 5 nights in this hotel. It is a decent hotel, clean in the common areas and in the room. The cleaning and changing of towels and linen was done daily, minimal breakfast but enough to start the day. Free parking in front of the hotel. The hotel staff is friendly and always at the tourists' disposal, Timur and Samet involved in making the tourists feel as comfortable as possible.

• Atanas (3/5): Poor - Location We got a room on the last floor and aperently they have water pump installed on the roof and it was cousing huge noise and even vibration on the wall. Literally you could not get a good rest if you are problem sleeper. Also seams all the cards can unlock all rooms so some guys just randomly open our room while we were resting. In the end we ended up changing our room on the last floor to one on the 2nd and than finally we manage to get some rest
• Desislava (10/5): Exceptional - In a nutshell about our short holiday at Yuvam Akmarmara Hotel — great stay, convenient location and extremely friendly staff. We decided at the last minute to travel to Istanbul, so we chose a location close to the main road because we wanted to park our car in the free parking lot at the hotel and save ourselves the stress of the city traffic. On the other hand, we wanted to be close to public transport stops. Breakfast was included — modest but very tasty. The hotel was clean and tidy, but what made me feel like a guest of a 4 star hotel was the personal attention and care of the receptionist Timur, who prepared a program for us each day and help us to arrange a lovely dinner just in time for my birthday. A heartfelt thank you!

• Dana (8/5): Very good - Great value for money, delicious buffet breakfast (and lovely breakfast staff), close to the tram station and the O-3 highway (which is very useful if you're traveling by car). The room was quite noisy and despite being advertised as a non-smoking room, it smelled of cigarettes and there was an ashtray on the nightstand.

• Atef (10/5): Artistic location and Friendly staff - The location is strategic at the historical city Next to the old wall , less than 1 minute walk to the bus station just in front of the hotel, 3 minutes walk to the tram station and 3 minutes walk to the metro, the staff were perfect, friendly and very helpful specially Mr.Taymor, our stay was perfect because of him, also for Arab, Baraa is from Lebanon is nice and he speaks Arabic. The stay was a good value for money. The hotel is sound proof for the outside noise but between the rooms there was a noisy neighbour in the room next to us but the staff handled this issue actually when we told them.

Many restaurants and shops nearby. The hotel is very good, clean rooms and bathroom. The staff is very attentive.
