• Emre (10/5): - Transportation and its central location were our preferred reasons. We spent a stay in a nice room by paying a reasonable price. The apartment was quite clean and tidy. Jul. Mr. Hakan, the hotel owner, answered our questions in a short time and helped a lot. We can choose it again with peace of mind. We recommend this place to everyone. Taksim and Istiklal streets are at your feet!
• Ivonne (5/5): Passable - Easy communication The wifi is not stabil for online work. The apartment not as adversised but in a poor condition. The streetlights and noise make it impossible to sleep. The floor moved with every step and it feels unstabil. Location is not so easy to find. We left after one night.

Not clean,"the garden" In between broken buildings, dirty.The bed shits with stein on it. The advert was false,there no air conditioning, just 2 fans with an awful noise. Also,there is no 24 hours reception. The host doesn't pick up the phone, only whatsapp message. Awful experience, not worth it the money. False advert!

• Evgeniya (4/5): Disappointing - 10 minutes from Taksim square Not touristic place, little shop outside. Once there was no light. The floor was not washed for months. I asked for cleaning but they just changed lining. No cleaning at all.

(even the photos look a lot better). A person sent a whatsapp massage and was waiting for me to come. The room is ok but the bathroom and the house is not this nice. The small kitchen had stuff what is not nice to use. The Wifi was 100% but no internet.

• Tatiana (2/5): Very poor - I will not recommend this place at all - It's a real hole, one of the worst facilities I stayed at, and I do travel a lot. It's very poor, dirty, noisy, during the whole stay, I was hoping that I won't catch something there, like fungi bacteria or a similar infection - so poor was the hygiene! I'm not sure they clean there. Or whoever is doing it is clearly super unequipped or unwilling to do it. The cherry on the top was the final night : after changing the rooms to a triple room with the garden view, which was supposed to be better and more expensive, I got heavily bitten on my face by bedbugs! We couldn't sleep that night at all and early in the morning, my friend killed a bedbug crawling on the bedsheets, and it was full of blood!!!! Presumably our blood, but who knows. Horrible place! Only if you can't afford a better one you can stay there, otherwise- do avoid! The only positive thing was that the host was trying his best to be helpful. But even this cannot compensate a really poor experience and coming back with the bites on the face!

Located 5 minutes away from Taksim Square, this hotel is a place for everyone. If you are looking for a safe and clean place to stay in Istanbul, this is the place for you.

Alot of noise from street during day time. You cant make the room dark using curtains. Quality of towels and bed sheets. Congested stairs.

• Mario (4/5): wish we never stayed here - When we arrived, before we even entered the room, the owner said that he wants to help us and that he will change our room on the second night. He also gave us a Turkish baklava. He has a very small room underneath the stairs and he allowed us to leave our bags there on the day we arrived as we arrived early and on the day we left. There was nothing good in this room (not an apartment as we thought we booked). It has just a small kitchen cupboard in the room, which is all broken and hardly has any kitchenware. The latter was not a problem for us as we were not going to cook, but we expected at least 3 mugs for coffee, which there weren’t. The folding bed collapsed as soon as my son tried to lay on it. Luckily, he did not get hurt. There were stones underneath trying to hold it up. My son had to sleep on the mattress on the floor. The owner gave us an extra mattress to put on top of each other. The bathroom door was broken, and we thought it was going to fall every time we tried to close it. There was a female blade in the shower which we gave to the owner. There is a hot water boiler in the room that makes a lot of noise even when other guests in other rooms use hot water. It makes you jump in the middle of the night. To make matters worse, even the entrance doors slam every time someone enters the building. Imagine hearing a big bang in the middle of the night. The backyard is filthy and gets worse every morning as it seems that everyone throws their rubbish and cigarette butts from higher apartments there. No toilet paper was given, and the list goes on. To sum it up, the owner did express a willingness to switch our room on the second day, but that would have required us to be present during the late morning cleaning schedule. Luckily, we only stayed for two nights. If you are booking this property, make sure you are not given room one, the room on the ground level. According to the owner, the other rooms are better, but we obviously do not know. Also avoid the coffee shop at the top of the street called Cavit Pastanesi and Cafe as he overcharges tourists.

The shower was a little lack luster. The photos are only somewhat similiar to my actual room but I was not disappointed.

• Çeti̇n (10/5): Amazing place - We spent a nice night in this hostel with my family. I strongly recommend it to everyone. Both the location and the attention of the employees were incredible. It is one of the rare hotels in Taksim, Istanbul. City transportation means are right next to you, and it is very close to all shopping malls and places to visit. But the room lighting was very high, slightly dimmer lights may be preferred.
• Erevelton (8/5): The cost-benefit worth it. - The localization is very nice. Close to City Center and a quiet neighborhood. My room was in the upper floor. No elevator. A disable person may have difficulty.
