- Andreea (10/5): - Este un hotel modern, amplasat aproape de obiectivele principale si statiile de transport in comun. Intregul personal a fost foarte amabil si atent la nevoile fiecarui oaspete. Domnul Kemal si colegul sau ne-au fost de mare ajutor pe timpul sejurului.

Tot personalul a fost foarte amabil si ne-au ajutat cu orice problema. Ii multumim in special domnului Kemal pentru ajutor si sfaturile legate de obiective si oras. Totul a fost perfect.

However, what truly made my stay special was the hospitality of the staff. I would like to give a special thanks to Büşra and Kemal from the kitchen team for their kindness and great service. They made me feel very welcome. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul!

Personalul este extrem de amabil, prietenos și foarte ospitalier, mereu gata să ajute cu orice avem nevoie. Micul dejun a fost foarte bun și variat, un început excelent pentru fiecare zi petrecută în Istanbul. Atmosfera din hotel este plăcută, iar echipa face tot posibilul pentru ca oaspeții să se simtă bineveniți. Un gest pe care l-am apreciat foarte mult a fost faptul că ne-au permis să lăsăm bagajele la hotel până la plecarea spre aeroport, fără să plătim nimic în plus. Este un detaliu mic, dar care arată cât de mult le pasă de confortul oaspeților. În concluzie, a fost o experiență minunată și recomand cu mare drag acest hotel. Cu siguranță ne-am întoarce aici! 😊
- Karina Koko (9/5): Уютный Стамбул - В Стамбуле не так просто найти хороший небольшой отель в тихом и безопасном месте. Этот отель сочетает в себе все эти достоинства: небольшой, тихий, чистый. Они изменили ассортимент завтрака и теперь это полноценный качественный завтрак. Персонал отеля невероятно приветлив и радушен. Вам помогут и будут с вами вежливы. В моем случае, особенное спасибо - Кемалю им Абдулле. Ну... Раковина в номере всегда будет не очень хорошим элементом. В этот раз номер был не таким чистым, как в предыдущие два раза. Старайтесь получить номер в правой части здания (если ориентироваться на выход из лифта). Номера в левой части здания смотрят на неприглядные здания напротив. И номер с балконом оказался очень и очень маленьким. Примите во внимание. Хотя, это всё мелочи и достоинства отеля выше его недостатков.

Номер на 6 этаже рядом с вентиляцией, которая очень сильно гудела все время и всю ночь, персонал не решил эту проблему, т.к. вентиляция с их слов принадлежит другому хозяину. Под предложением бесплатное повышение категории номера вы попадаете в эту гудящую камеру пыток. Лучше закройте этот номер и у вас будут одни положительные отзывы.

Breakfast provided good options and all food that we ate there was tasty. The neighborhood is nice, it isn’t noisy and you can easily reach the main tourist sights by tram. Overall, it’s the best hotel experience in Istanbul so far! Totally recommend!

Odalar yeni ve konforlu ama burada şunu belirtmek istiyorum benim kaldığım tek kişilik oda çok küçüktü. Kahvaltısı gayet iyi. Nezaket sahibi insan bulmanın çok zorlaştığı şu zamanda çalışanlar gayet nazik ve hoşgörülü. Odanın küçük olması dışında tek olumsuz yanı aracıyla gelen insanlar için otopark problemi. - Shefali Nayak (8/5): Great location and value for your money! - All the staff were super helpful. I could always ask them for recommendations. My room was tidied up every day, and they had a good buffet for breakfast. The AC was not cooling the room enough, but then I was helped by a staff member to fix that problem soon. The pillows were a bit too hard for my taste, but they replaced them after I asked for it.

- T***kk (9/5): Superb - Location is good, near the Metro M2 Veznecıler station as well as tram stop Aksaray. Staff Sedat is friendly, willing to help and always greeting me whenever I leave or return to hotel. 2 bottles of mineral water are provided. Nice to have a complimentary plate of fruits (apples, oranges, small pums, 2 each). Breakfast is simple Turkish stuff, from 0730 to 1030hr. The wash basin is located in the room and not the bathroom. As such, there is not enough space to open my luggage. Lift is rather small, only 1 person with luggage, can take at any one time.

The breakfasts were delicious and offered a great variety each morning — definitely a highlight of our stay. The room was quite small, but it had everything we needed and we managed just fine. Everything was clean and tidy, with daily housekeeping that kept the space fresh. Overall, a great experience and we would happily stay here again! -

- John (8/5): Great Staff. - A nicely located hotel. It's clean. Breakfast was fine, but no toast, which I found strange Abdullah and the rest of the staff were very friendly and obliging. The rooms are exceptionally small. The smallest hotel room I've ever seen. Fine for a stay of a few nights and, considering the price, it wasn't much of an issue. All things considered, we were very pleased with the hotel.

- Louis (7/5): Cheap and cheerful and a good location - Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location is very good. Only a 10-15 minute walk away from the Grand Bazaar and that road takes you all the way into Sultanhamet. The breakfast was included was nice. The bed was extremely Hard. I did ask the hotel to pad the bed which they did but the best was still very hard. Would be worth changing the mattress to give guests a more enjoyable stay. The room cleaning starts very early so was woke up at around 7am everyday.

- Silke (10/5): - Das Hotel liegt in einer recht ruhigen Seitenstraße, sehr schön eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Die Zimmer sind recht klein mit begrenzten Ablagemöglichkeiten, aber für eine Städtetour allemal ausreichend. Das Frühstück war gut und reichhaltig. Der Frühstücksraum ist klein und es kann vorkommen, dass man etwas auf einen Platz warten muss. Aber der Hammer war das ganze Team, wie Anil, Busra und Abdullah. Sowas von freundlich, hilfsbereit und mit dem ganzen Herzen dabei. Wenn nochmal Istanbul, dann auf jeden Fall wieder dieses Hotel.

He treated me badly and annoyed me a lot because he wanted to create relationships between me and him, and this is something bad and annoying, not only for me but also for other girls who were staying in the hotel. He must respect the customers and not go beyond the scope of his work. This is a place for work, not for creating relationships with customers. Thank you.

- Marceau (10/5): Good hotel for a good price - Everything pretty much, location’s really good in Laleli. Close to the subway Vezneciler and the tram T1. Ibrahim, the receptionist was really nice and friendly! He even offered me a coffee when I was leaving. The AC wasn’t working properly and neighbours being noisy even I know it’s not the hotel’s fault.

- Sidrah (10/5): Wonderful - Very clean and modern facility. Lots of room. Had daily cleaning services and they would come back later if room was engaged. Typhoon and farooq especially went out of their way to make sure we were well looked after and had everything we need. All the staff were very friendly and able to speak English which helped a lot. Very lovely stay and close to all amenities.

- Zoran (9/5): Best hotel with smallest rooms two people can fit in 😃 - Great hotel! Everything was new in the room, and it was up to the great standard. Breakfast was really nice with different options every day. Everything was so clean it felt like we were the first guests in the room. Comfy and lovely! The rooms are small - just like in the pictures, and all of them are like that because the hotel is rather small (4 double and a single room per floor and it has 6 floors). Rooms have 10 square meters and additional 2 for the bathroom. Also, it is a bit noisy because the doors close loudly. I didn't mind it because everything else is top notch.

- Piotr (9/5): Good hotel with very pleasant staff! - Very pleasant staff, well equiped room, but rather small without any nice view from window. Location is relatively not far from the old town and all main tourist attractions. It takes around 30min walk to reach the Ayasofya. Breakfast was good with plenty meals to choose. We had the possibility to store the luggage for free after check out, which was very helpful. All in all I can recommend that place to stay for couple nights.

Rooms are small but not a great issue since the service is the best and located close to the main spots of attraction.

When I first arrived I felt like the hotel was a little small, which would be my only negative, however due to the amazing hospitality and kindness received by the workers, my disappointment regarding the size of the hotel quickly disappeared. I want to specifically thank Teyfun, Hussein Amaar and Farouk, among other staff, who treated me with such kindness and made me feel so welcome during the entirety of my stay. If I ever decide to return to Istanbul, I will definitely be booking another stay at this hotel. Thank you for an amazing two weeks ! Fatima💐 The space of the room was so small😞

- Amidi (8/5): Very good - I recently stayed at this hotel and found it to be excellent value for the price. The 24-hour reception was a standout feature, with friendly and helpful staff always ready to assist. Upon check-in, a staff member escorted me to my room, helped with my luggage, and provided useful information about the room amenities. The rooms, while not particularly large, were spotless and cleaned daily. If you prefer privacy, you can easily use the “Do Not Disturb” sign. The room was well-equipped with all essentials, including different-sized towels, a dental kit, shaving kit, vanity kit, shampoo, soap, and more. Additional conveniences included a TV, air conditioning, a secure locker for valuables, a mini fridge, and a clothes hanger. Room service is available, and while you can order food and beverages via a QR code, it is on the pricier side. The breakfast was another highlight – very good and a nice way to save some money during your stay. The hotel is also in a fantastic location. There are small local grocery stores nearby that are open until late, along with plenty of restaurants serving delicious local cuisine. In terms of transportation, you’re just a 5-minute walk from the Aksaray Tram stop and 15 minutes from both Aksaray and Yenikapı Metro stations (Marmaray). You can even walk to Eminönü in about 20-30 minutes, passing by the impressive Aqueduct of Valens, which makes for a scenic walk. Overall, this hotel is a great base for exploring Istanbul with excellent service, convenient amenities, and a superb location.

Modern boutique hotel with soundproofed room, very well organized space, large bed with really comfortable mattresses (ideal hardness). Delicious breakfast with a variety of fresh and healthy foods completed to a gorgeous coffee! - Dzana (10/5): Exceptional - I really enjoyed staying at Woxx Hotel. It was the perfect accommodation for a solo trip. Big thank you to Hussein who was of great help. My credit card was not accepted and he made sure my stay wouldn't get cancelled. Everybody was nice and I felt comfortable. I was surprised that the beds were a bit hard but honestly I slept great! The room was small but definitely big enough for me. The furnishing was great and everything is new. Loved the cat that was sleeping in front of the hotel from time to time. I definitely recommend this hotel for your next stay!
