• antonella (5/5): Not particularly pleasant - it was clean- room was well lighted with a nice view as we were on a top floor the room was exceptionally small-really not much space for rucksacks or suitcases-no kitchen facilities-you had to ask for hot water if you wanted to make yourself a cup of tea or coffee-the surrounding area very touristic and pretty boring-and what we found most annoying was the people outside the restaurants trying to lure you into eating there,with the opposite result as we never ate in those places.

• Ji (6/5): Booked twin beds but it was double bed - Booked twin bed option but had double bed setup. Had to go downstairs to get bed sheets and blankets. Poor setup. Very disappointed. The night of the checkin, the reception told me they would do a proper bed setup next day but nothing was done next day. Poor communication between shifts and between reception staff and cleaning staff.

• Ekaterina (9/5): - При закрытых окнах не слышно призывы к молитве; утром можно спокойно спать. Есть свой генератор, так что отключение света в районе - не проблема. На верхнем этаже есть терраса с прекрасным видом, закрытая от ветра и дождя. Удобно доехать из/в аэропорт: до конечной остановки шаттла минут 15-20 пешком. Рядом много кафе, где можно позавтракать с 6 утра, например, Evin Unlu Mamulleri.
• Titanilla (10/5): - Tiszta, par perc sétára van a központtól! Nagyon kedves volt velunk mindenki! Mindennap tiszta törülköző várt az ágyra bekészítve, odafigyeltek minden “igényünkre”! Mindenben segítettek, éttermek, váltó, szóval tenyleg mindenben! Ősszel ugyan ide terünk vissza!
• Silvia (9/5): 4 giorni a Istanbul - Situato in una posizione invidiabile, a 10 minuti a piedi dalle principali attrazioni della città (Moschea Blu, Santa Sofia, Basilica Cisterna...). Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Gentile e super disponibile Emir, il ragazzo che ci ha seguito durante il soggiorno. Reception 24/24. Stanza piccola, ma ben arredata e fornita di tutto. Bagno con una bella doccia e tutto il necessario. A pagamento si può avere anche un efficiente transfert dall'aeroporto. A disposizione camere vista mare come la nostra. Unico difetto: il cuscino troppo, troppo morbido e sottile.

Per quelle un po' più lontane ci sono le fermate di autobus e tram sempre a 10 minuti. Pulizia ottima, arredo moderno e funzionale. Il personale è veramente gentile e super disponibile. • Kristina (10/5): Outstanding Hospitality and a Prime Location - My stay at Sareban Hotel Istanbul was truly beyond my expectations. The room was very comfortable, and the location is absolutely premium, perfect for exploring Istanbul with ease. What made the experience exceptional was the service, especially from a very young guy Pandu at the reception. He was incredibly kind, humble, and polite. From the moment he heard my car had arrived, he immediately came outside to greet me and assist me, and his care continued throughout my stay until check-out. Pandu is truly a treasure for the hotel, and I sincerely hope the company treats him as well as he treats the guests. God bless him and the entire Sareban Hotel team. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul. Nothing. I had very pleasant stayed.

• Marcus Vinicius (9/5): Excelente localização e estrutura - Perto de todos os pontos turísticos da região. Inclusive de bares, restaurantes e cafés. É uma região bem servida (e também cara). A parada do tram/bonde fica um pouco longe e é acessada por ruas íngremes e ladeiras. Então pode ser um pouco cansativo chegar de transporte público. Mas nada que uma caminhada de 20 minutos não resolva. Também não deixaram que eu recebesse uma visita no meu quarto. Mas disseram que poderia receber no hall do hotel. Deve ser por algum motivo religioso ou cultural. É comum recebermos visitas nos quartos de hotel do Brasil. Enfim...

• Olga (8/5): Restauraci v přilehlém parku rozhodně nenavštěvujte - okrádají zákazníky. Řiďte se heslem - pokud vás příliš nutí, abyst - Milý a ochotný personál. Okna dobře těsní - nebudí vás noční modlitby. Voňavá kosmetika. Wifi zdarma. Recepce 24/7. Ubytování bylo na pět dní - ani jeden den pokojová služba nezametla podlahu, takže se kupil nepiřádek. Pokoj byl totiž malý a nedalo se oddělit zónu “boty a kufry” od zbytku pokoje. Je slyšet sousední pokoje, dveře netěsní - vzít si špunty je dobrá varianta. Obchody a restaurace v blízkosti má docela vlezlý personál. Bylo nám nepříjemné je odmítat či je ignorovat. V jiné části města jsme se nepotkávali s tak vlezlými obchodníky. MHD docela daleko a do kopce.
• Cristina (7/5): Bien para el precio - La cama nos pareció cómoda y la calefacción era buena. Nos alojamos durante 7 dias, los cuales estuvimos con las mismas toallas y el baño sin limpiar. Es cierto que el precio por noche es muy bajo, pero con la puntuacion que tiene el alojamiento no pensaba que estaríamos una semana sin que nos cambiasen las toallas o sin limpiar el vater.
• Robson (4/5): Infelizmente não indico - Quarto limpo , camas confortáveis , banheiro bom, chuveiro bom e organizado . Atendimento da recepção é bom . O quarto que nos forneceram é praticamente dentro da recepção ( 202), e havia muito ruído de conversas da recepção até tarde da noite, infelizmente não é agradável ficar neste quarto. A localização do hotel é boa , porém não me senti muito seguro andando pelas ruas do bairro à noite . Se vc quer ficar bem localizado o ideal é ficar próximo a Taksim, pois Fatih só é próximo dos mercados Gran Bazar e Egípcio, Mesquita Agia Sofia e Mesquita azul , restante das atividades você estará bem longe .

A szálloda központi helyen van mindenhez közel. Tiszta szívből ajánlom ezt a szálláshelyet mindenkinek!! A szobánk közel volt a recepciós pulthoz ezért minden behallatszott, de ez egyáltalán nem rontotta az ott eltöltött tartózkodásunkat.

• ViltsuO (8/5): - The room was very clean and in good condition, but on the smaller side. Staff were polite. The location is pretty nice, definitely a quieter area, but not far from Sultanahmet. There is quite a steep hill to trek up to Sultanahmet, we didn't mind this, but something to know about. Our room was on the entrance floor next to the reception and it was quite loud until late at night. Better noise insulation would be necessary if you have a guest room right at the reception.

• KristinaI (8/5): - The hotel is at the perfect location, really central in the old town but also very quiet durijg night time so we were able to get needed rest. The staff is always quick to respond to our messages and requests and they helped us arrange transfer from and to airport. We also appreciated that the room was cleaned perfectly every day! The pillows were too soft and the bedsheets could be updated. We expected the room to be small as it was shown in the photos but due to its size it was really warm and humid in the room. When we tried to sleep with the window partially opened it was too cold because the bed is right next to it. I also suggest adding a simple coat hanger or more clothing storage because we didn't have enough room to hang our stuff.

Flughafenbus zu Fuß gut erreichbar, wie auch der Sultanahmet Platz. Kofferkuli wäre nicht schlecht, wie auch ein Safe und Wasserkocher mit Zubehör.
