• fatima (5/5): - The staff were really nice. It was not super clean and the room was as tiny as they could make it. I would even say if you are slightly overweight you would not even fit in the bathroom. The walls are super thin and the door leaves a creak behind through which you can see the hall. It is super noisy and impossible to sleep.

• Жансая (3/5): лучше выбрать другой отель - просят оплату больше чем на букинге, номер на букинге вышел 1250 лир, но они запросили 1500 лир, не было зубных щеток и тд, номер был на 5 этаже и не было лифта, все чемоданы несла на 5 этаж я сама, но утром на ресепшене сидел парень и он помог мне спустить мои чемоданы! Спасибо ему за это!

• shoaib_ulhaq (7/5): Highly recommended for singles who want to be in this exciting area of Kadikoy - I really liked the hotel's prime location. There were many restaurants, grocery stores, and ATMs conveniently close by, and taxis/buses were readily available. The staff was helpful and respectful throughout my stay, and checkout was easy. While the bathroom sufficed for one, the toilet was quite small. It was challenging to communicate as very few staff members spoke English. My Saturday night sleep was disrupted by loud, continuous voices downstairs, so I'd strongly advise bringing earplugs. The prevalence of staff smoking, especially in the mornings, was unpleasant. Moreover, there is no lift at this hotel so if you are staying on the 2nd or 3rd floor, it would be difficult to carry heavy bags with you.
• Engincan (6/5): - Yatak oldukça temizdi temizlik konusunda bir şüpheniz olmasın. Bunun yanı sıra yatak çift kişilik diye belirtilmiş fakat tekli iki yatağın birleşimiydi ve oldukça rahatsız ediciydi. Banyoda temiz gözüküyordu fakat sabun ve tek kullanımlık duş vb için araç gereçler yoktu.
• Cemre (10/5): - Çok tatlı mütevazi temiz düzenli bir oda idi. Çıkan küçük bir sorunda çok çözümcül davrandılar. Sadece günlük olarak havlular değiştirilip tuvalet kapısı yenilenseydi iyi olurdu.

Walls are incredibly thin, All four nights we stayed, we had to listen to next room’s bathroom activities, including puking at 3 am, loud speaking, banging on doors, etc. Like i said, you get what you pay for. The only upside of this “hotel” is the location and convenience

I had to left after the first night and book another hotel. Bed did not had blankets. No wi-fi. Nobody speak English, nor Spanish, nor French, nor anything else but Turkish. The window that get to the streed could not be closed. The bathroom door could not be closed. Could not sleep because people in other room watch television all night long, and when I complained about this at 5 a.m. nobody did anything.

The receptionist doesnt speak english, you have to carry your luggage 3 floors up because there is no elevator. The check in process was horrible. The room pictures are added which show that though it is claimed as a new hotel, it was made of old materials and broken pieces. Everything single thing was of poor quality, from door handle, to windows. AC did not work, and heating could not be stopped. On a loud busy street even with windows closed. This hotel should not be on booking.com Every single thing was broken. Used old dirty mattrasses, though it claims to be a new hotel. Lamps brokens, door handle broken. The worst experience I have ever had. There was nothing to like about this hotel. The receptionist doesnt speak english, you have to carry your luggage 3 floors up because there is no elevator. • redouane (2/5): No elevator - No elevator, broken fridge, AC not working and terrible paint or glue smell.
• Debee (3/5): You get what you pay for. - Cost. Good walking location. Think hostel vibe. I gave up being comfortable after switching rooms twice. The rooms were filthy (I wiped down visible stains off surfaces. There was a used towel hanging behind the bathroom door. Cotton rounds wrapped in toilet paper. Dried urine spots on the toilet when I lifted the seat. The shower didn’t drain which left interesting dried up looking spots. I didn’t dare walk around without slippers on.) The noise level is insane: squawking birds, traffic sounds, prayer calls, and paper thin walls. You get all the smoke floating up from the smokers sitting in the cafe below. The room door is flimsy which is a bit uncomfortable for a solo female traveler. A double bed is 2 twin beds pushed together so you sink into the crack. There’s no lift for those who have challenges with stairs. Wifi is a challenge above the 1st floor.
• Mikhail (6/5): Simple hotel for stay in a vibrant non touristic neighborhood - Very helpful staff. In principle, all basics are present, including small kettle and such. The hotel is 5-10 minutes from a big station with trains, busses and other. Within 15-25 minutes enter you Kadikoy neightbourhoood that has good cadres, shops, restaurants, etc. The hotel is on a busy street, its small, but busy on working days, so you might experience noise in the rooms (if that matters to you, ask for room numbered with 01 at the end, those have windows on the other side of the building and are much quieter). The hotel seems to be ok, however small details might not be working, for example, light bulbs, subtle smell in the toilet, etc. Maybe this is ok for this price, but depends. Again, most of this can be solved with very helpful staff, so big thanks to them.

• Kate (10/5): Exceptional - I was a little nervous because it had just opened and there were no comments. But they welcomed me very nicely. They helped me with everything during my stay. Thank you to Mahall Hotel team. I will come here again on my next stay
