But we were lucky to find this small hotel! The room isn’t big though, but we rent it only for 2 days to sleep and go sightseeing, so it turned out a perfect option.

• Julie (9/5): A most caring family run hotel with tight stairs - The family who run this are amazing - fabulous advice and care. They set me up with a bathhouse, showed me the bus stop close by and showed me places to eat. It’s a great place to stay provided you do t have too much luggage to drag up the tiny circular stairs to the room. I was on the 3rd floor and had to be careful not to trip on those stairs. But I would definitely italy stay again as the recommendations were amazing, the buses close to get places. This tight stairs with a bag, but they did iffer to take it upstairs for me.

Mr. Mohamed was like a real-life superhero, guiding me every step of the way. His sister Dedim treated me like family, making me feel right at home. The people here are amazing! They’re so friendly and generous, always ready to lend a hand without expecting anything in return. They showed me all the best places to go and helped me find my way around. • Tijana (10/5): We were very satisfied with our stay and will definitely visit Noya Suites again. - My husband and I spent five nights at this hotel. The owners, who are also a family, were incredibly kind. They helped us with our luggage and offered us breakfast and coffee or tea every day. For their service, kindness, and hospitality, they get a perfect 10 from us! The only downside was that we couldn’t connect to the Wi-Fi, so we had to buy an additional e-sim card with more data. I assume the bad connection was because we were on the top floor, so the signal couldn’t reach our level. Besides that, everything else was perfect.
• Michal (6/5): Pleasant - I appreciate the friendly approach of the staff, willingness and also the possibility of check-in later in the evening. my only negative rating is that we were supposed to stay in this hotel, but after our arrival the owner told us that there is a problem with the electricity in the house and the elevator is not working, do we mind sleeping in another place. The new accommodation was around the corner, but it no longer met our requirements (especially separate beds) and the equipment was also significantly older than in the hotel we booked.

The location is superb, 5 minutes to Istiklal, 6 minutes to Taksim, 15 minutes to the bus stop to take you to the airport. The area is quiet at night. The room is bigger than I expected, white clean decor, everything is accurate. The bed linen is new, the matrass is comfortable and new. The refrigerator, the electric kettle, tea bags. The owner gave me a little tour of the surroundings, showed me the good breakfast place, the best kebab, and got me acquainted with the little fruit shop with super pomegranate juice. On the last day I was treated with hom-made cookies from the lady of the family and got supported to get on the bus to the airport (I am 75 years old). Love and gratitude from Svetlana!

Basically, very nice people but I hope they give a hand to the place improvement - Smallness of the room and the toilet, maybe good for 1 person but 2 people really struggle in this kind of room - Hot water, it was not stable and this was frustrating. Hope the staff solves it - Not so comfortable for long stay, maybe good for 1 night and alone, because there are missing some elementary things

From the window there is a view of a large modern hotel. The hosts are a very friendly couple, with whom I even tried to speak a little Turkish, which was very pleasant to me. I recommend the hotel as cozy, clean, easy to find, and reasonably priced. I am sure that if I am in Istanbul, I will be happy to stay at this hotel again. However, the area did feel a bit unsettling at night, so I would recommend being cautious if you're out late. One of the highlights of our stay was the kindness and hospitality of the owner. Despite there being no elevator, he generously carried our luggage up to the 4th floor, which was a huge help. He also made us feel very welcome by offering tea and ensuring we had everything we needed. Elevator for upper floors :(

Unfortunately I got very ill during the stay, but they were so caring and attentive than I had ever expected. I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel. There is no elevator, for those it may concern.
• Zaiton (10/5): Affordable yet clean and comfortable accommodation located strategically in Istanbul - - It’s very clean - It’s not noisy at night - The hosts are very kind - Location is strategic: there is a bus stop outside, Istiklal Street is just 3 minutes away (so you won’t have to carry souvenirs with you too long!), Taksim Metro is 4 minutes away by foot, airport shuttle service (Havabüs) is 7 minutes away by foot, and there is a mini supermarket close to the hotel if you need to get water or other essentials. This property is best suited for solo travelers and couples since the rooms are small. For Muslims, there is still enough space to pray comfortably. The stairs are also quite tight, making it unsuitable for trolley luggages—it’s best if you just use a backpack instead. However, I’m sure the host will be able to help you with your needs regardless of what bag you use! 😁

I enjoyed chatting to them in the morning and wished we could have spoken for longer! Noya Suites is in a great location close to Taksim Square and Istiklal Street, but you're able to get a good night's sleep as it's nice and quiet in this area. Would recommend! The hotel's location is fantastic, just a five-minute walk from Taksim Square and Istiklal Avenue, and not far from the metro station and airport shuttle. Situated in a quiet alley behind the main street, it offers a peaceful environment where you can wake up naturally. There are plenty of dining options in the area, providing a variety of choices. The most commendable aspect is the hospitable host who was warm and welcoming, providing us with great assistance. We are very grateful to them! The value for money is excellent, and we highly recommend it!

The service was outstanding and the atmosphere was so welcoming and friendly. The couple was always available to answer any questions or provide assistance. The hotel was also very clean and comfortable. I had a great stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to visit Turkey. The owners were so kind and helpful, and I'm so glad I chose to stay there . When i come back to turkey i’m not going to hesitate for a second to stay at their place, they also helped my mother to go to different bazars and language difference wasn’t a big deal as they make everything easy ,Highly recommend this place to anyone who visits Turkey!
