Это был наш первый раз в Стамбуле - не с чем сравнить; но нам было комфортно - очень тепло, плюс нам дали очень просторный номер на верхнем этаже с приятным видом на город. Огромная удобная кровать - важный элемент :) водичка в номере, чай, кофе. Хороший аутентичный, достаточно тихий район. Приятные сотрудники. В день отъезда нам предложили заказать такси за 30€ до аэропорта, это было удобно и все получилось вовремя. Благодарим и желаем удачи! -

Calentito, limpio y zona céntrica, el personal muy simpáticos y cercanos, nos ayudaron con las maletas según llegamos y al irnos también además de preocuparse de revisar si el radiador estaba encendido en nuestra habitación ya que fuimos en enero y había mucho frío! Una experiencia fantástica! El secador dejaba de funcionar por falta de potencia y se calentaba lo cual era muy difícil secarse el pelo, es el único fallo que ha tenido el hotel. Deberían de tener de recambio para darte uno individual en caso de que esto sucedan

The staff were amazing and extremely helpful and the location is brilliant too being surrounded by cafes and shops. Being a regular Istanbul visitor, this would likely be my go-to hotel in the future.

• Yvonne (9/5): Een hotel dat fijn in het centrum ligt. Met erg vriendelijk personeel. - Het personeel verwelkomd je iedere ochtend, middag en avond. Ik ben meerdere keren geholpen met vervoer. Er werd turkse thee en water aangeboden door vriendelijk personeel. Ook het ontbijt in het andere hotel had een prachtig uitzicht.

• J (7/5): Great front desk staff but room for improvement re: cleaning services - The front desk staff—Emir, Batu and another night receptionist whose name I didn’t catch—were great and extremely helpful with answering my questions and making me feel welcome (being greeted by name when walking in was a nice touch). Lots of cigarette smoke from a neighboring room which seeped through the door cracks. Also infrequent and incomplete cleaning services. Despite requesting “Please make up my room” via a provided button, nothing happened for 24 hours, an ironing board from a neighboring room was left at my door for a day, and when cleaning happened there was often something missing/forgotten (coffee, water, towels).

• Maedeh (8/5): Great location, staff and hotel. Definitely recommend! - The location was perfect, very central. The staff were super lovely and accommodating. The hotel is also clean and neat. They also provide transport service from and to the airport if needed. Due to the location, there’s a steep walk up to Istiklal street, so it’s something for people to be aware of if they have mobility issues.

• Olga (7/5): - Хорошее расположение отеля. Просторный номер. Прекрасный персонал на ресепшн, готовый помочь по любому вопросу, отзывчивые и приветливые молодые люди. Для того, чтобы позавтракать, надо было пройти до другого отеля минут 6, но это не было проблемой. Завтрак стандартный, нареканий не вызвал. Ужасно грязный номер, под кроватью и диваном пыль и мусор от предыдущих гостей. Плохая уборка ванной комнаты. А так же уборщица все время выбрасывала дорожные версии кремов, думая, видимо, что они закончились. Постоянно перекладывала вещи во время уборки и оставляла валяться в неподобающем виде так, что вещи мялись.

• Peter (10/5): 11/10 !!! Location! Staff! Service! Comfortable! - Great location, heart of Beyoğlu. Modern hotel, with lift. Standard rooms at rear of property (quieter, darker) and Deluxe Rooms (huge!) at front (bright, street view). Basic tea/coffee facilities in room, complimentary bottled water. Staff helpful with booking high speed train and tickets, airport pickup (communicated via WhatsApp - easy), general advice, luggage storage (12 days). Nothing was a ‘No’! Close to all breakfast spots, coffee, restaurants. 5 min walk T1 Tram Tophane Stop (buy IstanbulKart card here, self kiosk) and 8 min walk to Istiklal Street. Breakfast is offered at a large hotel 5 min walk - buffet style. Save your Euro when booking and visit the local cafes near hotel / Beyoğlu area - for authentic Turkish fare! Also fruit shop / bakery opposite.

La chambre était parfaitement conforme aux photos, propre et bien équipée. La localisation est idéale pour découvrir la ville, avec un accès facile au tram à proximité. A special shout-out to Emir, who was incredibly positive, welcoming, and even spoke great Bulgarian! The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and the room was spacious. It’s also in a lovely area with plenty of nice cafés and restaurants nearby. Highly recommend!

• Marijana (10/5): Super Hotel mit freundlichen Personal - Der Rezeptionist Batu war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Jeden Tag sind die Badetücher getauscht worden und das war uns sehr wichtig. Es war auch recht sauber das Zimmer. Das Bett super angenehm zum Schlafen. Die Fenster sind jetzt nicht super dicht, also man hört ein bisschen den Straßenlärm aber für und war es nicht störend da es wirklich minimal ist.

I had a room towards the street road but it was still quiet in the night. They have 24h room service with a great variety of foods from different restaurants. The location is perfect to explore Istanbul and the area also feels safe at night. I would highly recommend this hotel, it offers everything you need during a city trip. The bathroom could be a little cleaner, but nothing dramatic.

Essendo sulla strada un po’ di rumore si sente avendo tutta vetrata + anche i lavori nel palazzone affianco possono disturbare (io usando i tappi non ho avuto mai mezzo problema di rumore)

• Melissa (10/5): - Nice hotel with modern-decorated rooms in an 80’s style-vibe with all of the needed amenities - firm bed, hot shower with good water pressure, enough towels, working A/C, spacious room with a closet, lots of storage, in-room safe and refrigerator. Very professional and hospitable hotel staff. The hotel is located in an area with lots of walkability, shops, restaurants, and only a 15 minute walk downhill to the port area. The street on which the hotel is located is very busy with lots of car horns beeping that can be heard throughout the morning in the room. Bring earplugs for a better sleeping experience. My only minor gripe is that there’s no breakfast offered on-site, so you have to walk 10-15 minutes to another hotel (Port Bosphorus Hotel), which does have an excellent buffet breakfast with a wonderful view for the Hotel Kulsumz hotel guests at no additional charge if purchased with your room - and this does indeed make up for having no on-property food. We received free breakfast as a VIP perk because of being an Expedia Gold Member. The Hotel Manager (Burak) ordered a taxi cab to the airport for us for a specific set fee and then we had to pay an additional fee for using a credit card when we arrived at the IST airport. The taxi driver could speak minimal English (he used Google translator on his phone).
• Oleg (5/5): - Локация Очень шумно, окна выходили на улицу - спать с открытым окном невозможно. В самом номере какой-то химический запах, который не уходит даже после проветривания в течение всего дня, наверное, материалы отделки такие. Уборка оставляет желать лучшего, во многих местах, в том числе на полотенцах и в постели, были волосы. В последний день утром не было горячей воды, еле тёплая шла из горячего крана. Возможно, в этом районе за 200€/2 ночи лучшего не найти, но возвращаться точно не хочется. Завтраки в 10 минутах ходьбы (Hotel Boshorus), в целом нормальные.

La chambre est propre et tout fonctionne. Le personnel est aimable et le ménage est fais tout les jours. Merci à Émir qui m'a très bien accueilli et était toujours très serviable.

The room itself is big enough for three people, so we were very comfortable. Also thanks to hotel staff Burak, he provided very good service, gave tips about good places around Istanbul and was helpful in general
