• hekmat (1/5): So bad - To be honest, this hotel is terrible in every way and doesn't match the description on your website. You shouldn't have listed it with you. I had to leave on the second day and go to another hotel, and I lost all my money.
• othman (1/5): - nothing very upset I am writing to formally complain about my recent stay at your hotel in Istanbul, Turkey, which was extremely disappointing and far below the standard I expected. From the moment I arrived, the experience was unacceptable. The room was not clean, with visible issues that made it uncomfortable to stay in. Basic facilities were either not working properly or were poorly maintained. In addition, the level of customer service I received was very poor. Staff were unhelpful and did not take my concerns seriously when I raised them.

Being very close to Aksaray metro station makes it extremely convenient to move around the city. There are also many restaurants and a shopping mall nearby, so everything you need is within walking distance. On top of that, the rooms are clean and well-kept, and the WiFi is fast and stable, which is a big advantage, especially if you need to work or stay connected. Nothing

Из минусов номерной фонд уставший, завтрак никакой. Данный вариант подходит , если проездом и надо переночевать и вы не притязательный. До аэропорта на автобусе мин 30-40 в зависимости от трафика.

• Zoia (8/5): Хорошее место за небольшие деньги в центре Стамбула - Прекрасное месторасположение: в 30 минутах ходьбы от Айя Софии, напротив много магазинов и кафе, станция метро и автобус до аэропорта. Чистое постельное белье и очень горячая вода. Прекрасный персонал: заселили раньше времени, напоили чаем, очень гостеприимные) Мебель страшненькая и нуждается в обновлении, но все чистое и рабочее. Завтрак очень скромный, прям на грани остаться голодным: только вареные яйца, один вид сыра и колбасы, суп.

• Agus (8/5): Very close to transportation - The location is very close to the airport bus, metro, and tram, making it very easy to get around. Mr. Murat and his staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is standard, nothing special. The room is clean, with hot water flowing smoothly, and there are views from two windows to the city and the park. The room decoration is a photo of an ancient tomb in Istanbul, which is a bit scary for me, so it would be better to replace it with a photo or picture that is pleasant and beautiful.

Και το πρωινό...ΔΕΝ το λές Ευρωπαϊκό....!!! Με τα χρήματα που χρεώνουν το πρωινό ... μπορείς να φας έξω πολύ καλύτερα...!!!

• Sergei (10/5): - I really liked the hotel! Perfect location: right at the final bus stop from the airport, so we didn't have to drag our suitcases around the city. Across the road, there's a 24/7 convenience store, which is very handy. The hotel is in the center of Istanbul, so there are plenty of places to walk around. We reached the Blue Mosque on foot in about 30 minutes at a leisurely pace. I would definitely recommend it!

• Вікторія (3/5): - Найбільший плюс, це місцерозташування, легко можна добратись в будь яку точку місця. На цьому плюси завершуються. Кімната малесенька, брудно, нічого нового з меблів немає, як пишуть у відгуках, постійний запах сигарет, постіль брудна. За ці ж гроші можна зняти готель на Лалелі і все буде гарно та чисто. Сніданок ніякий, варені яйця, огірок, помідор, сир, ковбаса по одному виду і напої.
