В этом районе, это действительно очень хороший вариант. Улочка тихая, без ночных заведений, но шум всё равно есть, но это специфика целого района, здесь так везде.

The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, and they practically anticipated our wishes before we even expressed them. Additionally, both the hotel and the rooms were very clean. - Francois Olivier (7/5): Beautiful noisy room, even with earplugs - Great location, near Kadıköy’s upper area, close to the tram and the tourist area. Breakfast was nice, but not outstanding for us. See below. The room has a nice design, it is spacious and well equipped. The bed is comfortable. Our so-called “Superior” room was on the ground floor, right at the end of the corridor leading from the hotel lobby, whose door is constantly open. The soundproofing through the room’s entrance door, which opened onto the corridor leading to the street, was almost non-existent. We heard noise for much of the night and early in the morning when other guests had breakfast, as the hotel lobby opens onto the restaurant. At this price for Istanbul, it was a huge disappointment. At this price for Istanbul, we expected much better. It seems unbelievable to me that the room opens onto the lobby with no soundproofing at all. We mentioned this at checkout, along with the fact that we had slept badly, and we were simply told that if the hotel had not been full, they would have put us in a better room. Nothing else..! Booking.com does not mention this major drawback anywhere. If you are a light sleeper, do not book this room. Also, the "garden view" claim on Booking is NOT TRUE. The so-called premium room has a large window facing directly onto a public parking building, so the view is really ugly. Average breakfast, served as a fixed plate with absolutely no choice. Everyone gets the same thing: cheese, salad, jam and bread. No espresso.

- Fatma (9/5): Schönes, sauberes Hotel in guter Lage mit angagiertem und freundlichem Personal - Das Personal ist sehr angagiert, höflich und freundlich. Ich war im im Mai 2026 bereits 2 Mal für 3 Nächte in diesem Hotel und kann es sehr weiterempfehlen. Die Zimmer sind geräumig, mit raumhohen Fenstern. Die Lage ist optimal. Alle öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel wie Bus, Bahn, Metro und Fähre sind in 5-15 Min. fußläufig zu erreichen. Zum Flughafen Sabiha Gökçen fährt die Metro alle 10 Min. Die Betten sind sehr gemütlich, das Frühstück ist sehr gut, kein Buffet. Die Schallisolierung könnte besser sein. Man hört die Gespräche und Kinder, die leider auch mal Nachts weinen. P.S.: Habe selber Kinder, also kinderfreundlich :)

I usually like a buffet breakfast but the way they do their breakfasts was so much more civilised and still offers lots of choice while ensuring quality as the food hasn't sat out for ages, so I really enjoyed it. Great coffee at breakfast, which is a rare thing. Staff were all incredibly friendly and accommodating. Location perfect Nothing I didn't like per se. It would've been great to have been offered two breakfast options - with or without menemen. Perhaps one option with that in place of some of the cheese and meat would be nice. Non- local guests would love to try it I think.

- Birgit (8/5): - Das Hotel liegt wenige Fussminuten vom Fähranleger entfernt im belebten, jungen Stadtteil Kadiköy. Perfekt also, um die klassischen Sehenswürdigkeiten zu besuchen, aber auch ein wenig abseits vom Haupttrubel zu nächtigen und abends essen zu gehen. Täglich gibt es zwei kleine Flaschen Wasser vom Hotel. Überhaupt ist das Personal sehr bemüht und freundlich. Zum Frühstück wird pro Person genau eine Tasse Kaffee angeboten, das wirkt arg kleinlich.

Eşyalar yeni gizli ışıklar çok keyifli ve her yer pırıl pırıl. Çalışanlar çok güleryüzlü disiplinli ve çalışkanlar bir şey söyleyip yarım saat beklemiyorsunuz. Die Lage ist ideal, um die Stadt entspannt zu erkunden, und das Frühstücksbuffet war abwechslungsreich und richtig lecker. Auch der vom Hotel organisierte Transfer für Hin- und Rückreise hat einwandfrei funktioniert und hat unseren Aufenthalt zusätzlich angenehm gemacht. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder! Es gab nichts zu bemängeln - Alles war Perfekt!

The staff is very kind and friendly, we arrived with the rain and they immediately welcomed us by offering us some warm çay. The room was super spacious, modern and with a great shower. The location is great. Kadıköy is a perfect place to stay in Istanbul. It is a living area, full of bars and restaurants! Everything was perfect.
- Kristina (10/5): - The hotel is in an excellent location in Kadıköy. The staff is outstanding,friendly and professional, from the reception and housekeeping to the restaurant team. The breakfast is delicious, and everything is very clean and well maintained. There are plenty of small shops, cafés, and restaurants around the hotel. It’s also just a few minutes’ walk to the ferry for the European side of the city, as well as the metro. There is a direct line from the hotel area to the airport, which takes about an hour. Bus stops are also nearby, making it very easy to get around. The rooms are clean and spacious. If I were to visit again, I would definitely choose this hotel.

- Meral (10/5): Home Away from Home - Wonderful hotel with wonderful staff. Spotlessly clean rooms and interiors. Everything is designed and organised to make you feel home. Prime location with a lot of top rated restaurants and cafes in walking distance as well as shops. Close to all types of public transport options including bus, metro, tram and city ferry. Will definitely come back!

- Nina (9/5): Отель отличный, рекомендую (если вы любите Кадыкёй) - Отель новый, номер просторный, уютный и стильный (полностью соответствует фото), много мест для хранения (кому это важно), сейф в шкафу, тапочки, все средства гигиены, мебель комфортная, окно панорамное, правда, вид на соседние здания, ночью не шумно (спали с открытым окном). Персонал: рецепшн и официанты на завтраках очень вежливые, заботливые, постоянно интересуются, чем помочь. Мы хотели выселиться раньше окончания брони, менеджер собирался вернуть деньги без штрафов(!). При выезде подарили милый сувенирчик. Завтраки порционные, с красивой подачей, нам хватало. До причалов, метро и остановки автобуса Havaist 10-15 минут пешком. Отель рекомендую!!! (если вы любите район Кадыкёй (мне не зашел, я в Стамбул еду за историей) -синтетические чехлы на подушках и матрасе (конечно, это защита от пятен, но мне мешало шуршание)
- Arman (10/5): - Sehr sauberes und schönes Hotel, mit toller Lage. Man ist mitten in einem der schönsten Viertel in Istanbul und kann sowohl die Fähre, als auch die Straßen mit vielen Bars und Restaurants fussläufig erreichen. Das Personal ist sehr nett und aufmerksam und wir konnten sogar unseren morgendlichen Kaffee direkt ins Zimmer bestellen. Jederzeit gerne wieder! Manchmal war es morgens sehr laut auf unserem Flur, was aber auch an den anderen Gästen liegen kann.
- IULIIA (8/5): Very decent hotel - Very decent hotel in a good part of Kadikoy. Nice cafe on the first floor that offers breakfast. The hosts are very attentive and nice people. The room was clean, the towels fresh and clean and the bed was comfy. Soundproofing (as in almost all the hotels) doesn't exist. The view in the backyard is to the multifloor parking that makes a sound once an hour. It didn't disturb our sleep, though. There is also mold in the shower that should be taken care of. But the shower itself is clean.

Номер был просторный, чистый и комфортный. Завтрак вкусный. Есть лифт на верхние этажи, если Вы с ребёнком и коляской это большое преимущество. Считаю, что соотношение цены и качества полностью оправдано. Часто бываю в Стамбуле, этот отель в фаворитах по расположению, комфорте и обслуживанию. Обязательно вернемся снова!

- Evelie (9/5): Comfortabel en rustig hotel gelegen in een mooi stukje Istanbul - Het is een keurig, vrij nieuw hotel, rustige ligging midden in het fijne kadikoy. Ruime kamer. Met de veerboot iedere dag over naar de andere delen van Istanbul was erg prettig. Vriendelijk behulpzaam personeel. Goed ontbijt. Enkele kleine technische gebreken deden zich voor, dat verhielpen ze heel snel door hun soepele service. De rest was fijn.

- Merve (10/5): Perfekter Aufenthalt - herzlich und gemütlich!! - Wir haben an der Unterkunft absolut nichts auszusetzen! 😍 Das gesamte Personal – allen voran Can Bey, Muhammed Bey und Samira Hanım – war unglaublich herzlich, zuvorkommend und stets hilfsbereit. Man hat sich einfach rundum gut aufgehoben und familiär gefühlt. Die Lage ist so gut! Wenige Meter vom Iskele entfernt und in einer belebten Straße mit vielen Kaffees. Man fühlt sich einfach sicher. Das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich und köstlich, das Hotel selbst gemütlich, blitzsauber und mit allem Komfort ausgestattet. Eine entspannte Atmosphäre, in der man sofort abschalten kann. Ab jetzt definitiv meine erste Wahl in Kadıköy, Istanbul! 🌟
