- Еліна (10/5): Хороший готель біля аеропорту. - Готель знаходиться недалеко від аеропорту, в тихому місці. Ціна невелика коли ми бронювали. Номер чистий, просторий зі зручним ліжком також в кімнаті був чайник з чаєм та кавою. Бронювали лише на добу тому тому дискомфорту ніякого не відчули. Погана шумоізоляція в готелі, в ванній кімнаті мені не вистачило поличок для косметичних засобів, а також після купання в душі вода протікала внизу під склом, від чого підлога по всій кімнаті була мокла, потрібно заклеєні плінтус.

- Ahmed Mohammed (7/5): - فندق جيد في مدينة اسطنبول الجزء الاسيوي قريب جدا من مطار صبيحة كوجن ويبعد حوالي 10دقائق بالسيارة عن المطار و مناسب جدا لقضاء ليلة اذا كان لديك فترة ترانزيت طويلة و تريد قضاء هذه الليلة في فندق بميزانية قليلة مقارنة بفنادق المطارات الغالية ويقع هذا الفندق في حي لطيف و قريب على الأسواق و المطاعم و محطات النقل كالمترو و الباصات . انصح به بشدة لقضاء ليلة ترانزيت طويلة . الحمامات في الفندق تحتاج إلى إدامة و إصلاح بعض حنفيات الماء و الشاور. كذلك الانترنيت يكون ضعيفا في بعض الأحيان.

Friendly staff, great location close to the airport, and overall a very pleasant experi - Istanbul’a every time I visit, Rios Hotel is one of the few hotels I choose with complete peace of mind. I have stayed here many times and every single time I left very satisfied. From the moment you enter, the staff’s kindness, friendliness, and professionalism make you feel truly welcomed. The rooms are always spotless, well-organized, and very comfortable. I’m very sensitive about cleanliness, and I have never experienced even the smallest issue here. The location is also a huge advantage. Being very close to the airport is incredibly convenient, especially for frequent travelers. You can easily reach the hotel after a flight without dealing with long transportation times. At the same time, the hotel is in a very convenient area with easy access to everything you may need. Whether I come to Istanbul for business or vacation, this hotel always provides a peaceful and safe atmosphere. The breakfast is very good, and the staff are always helpful and attentive. A hotel is not only about accommodation, but also about feeling comfortable and valued — and this place definitely provides that. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, high-quality, reliable, and well-located hotel in Istanbul. It will definitely continue to be my first choice whenever I visit the city.

- Sviatlana (2/5): - Unfortunately, this hotel disappointed me with false or inaccurate information about its amenities. The hotel's website stated that it offers a free shuttle from the airport. This was my main reason for choosing it. I booked and paid for the room, as payment is only possible upon booking. But when I asked for more information about the transfer, I was told I had to use a taxi or public transportation. The hotel also refused to cancel my reservation without a penalty. Ultimately, I simply lost money and was very disappointed with the so-called Turkish hospitality.
- Majid (1/5): Wouldn’t recommend to anyone as they provide wrong and fake information - Not applicable Staff hardly speak English , They mentioned that they provide shuttle service (free) but after booking they said that they don’t provide it. After about one hour of our arrival there was a water cut ( no running water for bathroom at all) staff told us that it was for only one hour but each time i ask them the answer was the same . It took until early in the morning and then as we were leaving to go to the airport I wanted to take a shower but there was no hot water , shower was cold.

Le personnel est très aimable et accueillant et prêt à rendre service. Mr Nevzat a été très compréhensif et arrangeant pour tous je le remercie mille fois . Alles problemlos, Taxi bestellen am frühen Morgen - top! Gute Einkaufs- und Essensmöglichkeiten drumherum. Einzige Schwachstelle: die Fenster. Da müsste baulich mal was passieren (Feuchtigkeit), aber für einen kurzen Aufenthalt kein großes Thema.

- Cristian (10/5): Tranquila y cerca del aeropuerto - Gran atención, era silencioso, se encargaron de llamar a un taxi de confianza para que me llevarme al aeropuerto de madrugada y estuvo en menos de 5 minutos. Gran atención del personal y muy amable. En el anuncio dicen que tienen shuttle, pero no es así. No obstante, como dije se encargan de llamar a un taxi de confianza.

- Иван (8/5): - Удобство расположения, и то что персонал пошел нам на встречу несмотря на то, что мы только на пять часов прибыли. Чистая постель. В номере было как будто неуютно, постоянно работал наружный блок кондиционера, и сильно ночью шумел. Также был какой-то странный запах то ли курева то ли сырости.

- Necdet (3/5): Bu otel sadece uçak saatine kadar kısa bir süre kalınabilecek bir oteldir. - Kahvaltı verecek yer yok.Çok küçük bir lobi var sadece. Odaya sinmiş yoğun sigara kokusundan uyuyabilmek ve nefes alabilmek için gece boyunca pencereyi açmak zorunda kaldık.
