• Gordana (10/5): Vlasnik je jako ljubazan.Lokacije je odlicna u starom dijelu grada.Sve potrebno je u blizini.Sve preporuke za Sayina hot - Lokacija je na odlicnom mjestu.Sve sto nas je zanimalo je bilo blizu. Morali smo kupovati flasiranu vodu jer gradska nije za upotrebu,za pice.

Unser erstes Zimmer war sehr laut aber als wir das angesprochen haben hat uns der Hotelmanager ein anderes Zimmer zur Verfügung gestellt und das war deutlich angenehmer

• Georges (5/5): Too many issues - Not too expensive. Decent location, not too far from touristic sites. Helpful, reactive and nice host. The TV has integrated Netflix and Amazon Prime. Upon our arrival at the hotel we were greeted in a small dark hallway with a small desk and big screen with camera footage which gave us the impression of an escape game room rather than a hotel. The host then showed us our room, which was not the one we originally booked. Only after we made the remark that the shown room was not the one we booked, we were informed that the room was unavailable due to plumbing issues that had not been fixed before our arrival. It took 3 days to fix that issue, in the meanwhile we were given "temporary" room at the ground floor, in which we spent 3 nights, almost half of our stay. This room was particularly small and borderline claustrophobic, there was not much space around the bed. It was also next to the street which was a bit noisy at night due to traffic and, because it was on the ground floor, the bathroom had a stench from the sewers system. We spent 4 subsequent nights in the originally booked room after the plumbing issue was fixed. However, the problems did not stop there. On our last day we suddenly didn't have hot water during shower. Even though the issue was resolved by the host within 1h, this was a very unpleasant experience and it is unacceptable for a respectable hotel. The host was really trying to be helpful by offering us one breakfast and buying us snacks once we expressed our disappointment with the unavailability of the room, however the issues listed are far too important to be overlooked. My advice is to increase your budget slightly and look for something else, if you want a pleasant stay.

Also top atractions (Blue Mosque, Topkapi Palace, Hagia Sophia) are walking distance just keep in mind that the walk is uphill. The owner was really nice and responsive. There was an issue with the plumbing in the first night at the hotel so we had to sleep in another hotel but we received 2 breakfasts as sorry gesture. Nothing

The water pressure was excellent, which was a big plus 😊 The staff were always in touch, checking if everything was okay and ready to help at any time. When it rained, they even provided us with an umbrella, and they also arranged an airport transfer for us at a good price — very convenient. The location is great: there are many restaurants nearby, as well as a supermarket, a park, and a bus station with easy access to the Egyptian Bazaar. Sultanahmet is about a 10-minute walk away. Overall, a very pleasant experience and great value for money 👍 -

La ubicación es muy buena, cerca del transporte público y tienes comercios y comida a los alrededores. Tuvimos un inconveniente la primera noche, en la habitación que nos asignaron había un ruido continuo, se lo comunicamos al personal y fueron muy amables de cambiarnos de habitación al día siguiente, nos escribieron y estuvieron pendientes de nosotros, así que contentos.

Zona bună, ai 2 stații de tren care duc în zone diferite, e ok și de mers pe jos (20 min până în Sultanahmet unde sunt toate atracțiile). The personnel was extremely friendly, they told us we can contact them at any time and they were always available to help. Special things to Hadi really went out of his way to help us! 😊 The rooms are maybe a little bit small, and the towels were not changed during our stay. I am sure we could’ve asked for a change, but we did not need it for the time that we spent there.

• Miraz (7/5): Overall its a decent place if you're on a budget and need a place to sleep - It was good for the price. The Staff was very helpful and location is good, lots of restaurants and shops nearby and walking distance to grand bazar. Staff was always available to help. Room had most of the things one might need in this price. The room we got was on ground-floor and the window didn't open fully, so it was quite suffocating . However hotel staff helped to switch us to another room 2 floors up, for 2 nights. The bathroom sink gets flooded quickly and the toilet seat doesn't really fit the toilet. Rooms were smaller than what appears in pictures, so read the area square meters carefully.
• Georgia (9/5): - The staff was very helpful and welcoming even before our arrival. Our communication was excellent! The room was very clean and well-decorated, though a bit small. Although the location of the hotel seemed to be on a busy street , it was quiet and we enjoyed our sleep. Furthermore, it was really close to all the main attractions and the centre, which made it very convenient. It wasn't that spacious. I'm afraid that if we had stayed more than two nights it wouldn't have been that comfortable.

У нас был двухместный номер с видом на сад. Номер чистый, в нем есть все необходимое и в отличном состоянии, фотографии соответствуют. Персонал нас порадовал своим радушием и гостеприимством - абсолютно ненавязчивый сервис, но готовы помочь с любыми вопросами. Отель предлагает завтраки и трансфер в аэропорт. Завтраки мы не заказывали, а вот трансфер на обратную дорогу взяли - цена приемлемая(на 20-30евро дешевле, чем у окружающих предложений), приехал во время, доехали быстро. Мы ехали с чемоданами и ручной кладью - жалели, что не взяли трансфер в обе стороны, сбили ноги и чемоданы; в реалиях Стамбула - экономия оказалось мнимой. Отель однозначно рекомендую! Первая поездка в Стамбул запомнится теплотой и радушием, в том числе благодаря Sayina Hotel.♥️ Совет: Номер был с видом на сад, а у котов в Турции свой режим - закрывайте окно на ночь, чтобы утро не началось с кошачьих криков.😅

Una delle due camere aveva un odore di fogna insopportabile, infatti non siamo riusciti a dormirci abbiamo dovuto divedere laltra camera, avvisati non sono riusciti a fare niente. Molto male perche se avessimo avuto una sola camera avremmo dovuto andare in un altro albergo. Attenzione camera numero 105 negativa.

• Letizia (9/5): - La camera piccola ma accogliente e pulita. Non viene fatta la pulizia giornaliera, ma per tre giorni va bene così. Il personale molto disponibile. Nulla.
• David (7/5): - Really nice and helpful staff, close to the city center and the room had all the amenities we needed. I'd recommend it if only for sleep. At times it was a bit difficult to communicate with some members of the staff in English, but we managed in the end. Also, the pillows could have been more comfortable and larger blanket.
• Gréta (10/5): Fantastisch :) - -das Hotelgebäude und Zimmer ist sehr modern und sauber -Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit jederzeit- tolle Zusatzleistungen über Hotel gebucht, tolle Empfehlungen bekommen -Zimmerservice - zu Fuß vieles erreichbar Diese Sachen haben uns nicht gestört, aber es kann für andere Gäste interessant sein: -In direkter Umgebung des Hotels gibts einige verlassene Gebäude was die Panorama beeinflusst und es gibts vermehrt zugemüllte Straßenecken in der Nähe.. -Morgens ist die Straße vorm Hotel sehr laut und wird öfter gehuppt -nachts kann man Gebet von der Moschee im Zimmer hören..

• Lorenzon (10/5): - Bellissima stanza in posizione centralissima, comoda sia per uscire a piedi che per prendere i mezzi La stanza era molto piccolina, perfetta per il prezzo che ho pagato (l'ho prenotata con offerta scontata al 80%). La stanza valeva più di quello che ho pagato, ma il prezzo intero forse è un po' elevato per la struttura.
