• Zoi Lo (5/5): - Η τοποθεσίας Τα σεντονια ειχαν ολα τρυπες απο τσιγαρο. Δεν καθαρισαν καμια μερα.και γενικα δεν ηταν καθαρο το δωματιο.δεν ειχε πετσες για ολους.και παραθυρο ειχε μονο στ ενα δωματιο,το αλλο δεν ειχε παραθυρο.η κουζινα δεν ειχε καν ποτηρια.γενικα κακη εμπειρία.δεν θα το συνιστούσα.

• Zhanar (10/5): Расположение и персонал отеля - Отель расположен в очень удобном месте, всего в нескольких минутах ходьбы от площади Таксим, станции метро и остановок транспорта, благодаря чему легко добираться до любых достопримечательностей Стамбула. Номера чистые и уютные, всё продумано для комфортного проживания. Отдельное спасибо персоналу, очень доброжелательные, внимательные и всегда готовы помочь с любыми вопросами. Отличное сочетание цены, расположения и сервиса.

• Javed (9/5): Over all it was a good expierience in staying in this property. - Location was very good and near to taksim square and istiqlal street. There was no outside noise. Staff was very helpful. They arranged transfers for us to and from the airport. Everything was fine, i think there should be a center table in room.

• Mariia (5/5): - Размещение Окна ужасно тонкие, в отеле постоянно в коридоре шум до 12, разговоры не прекращаются. Все что происходит в коридоре и на улице автоматически слышно в номере. Спать невозможно. В номере грязно, заехали- все в подтеках, кресла грязные, на стене лак красный, в ванной вообще ужас, грязный унитаз, душевая грязная, пол липкий, такое ощущение, что после прошлых жильцов поменяли только постель, и то, подушки что там стояли все в желтых пятнах, вода в номере переодически желтая из под крана и душевой, вообщем даже не находится, а просто переспать здесь ночь не советую, не выспитесь.

• Tamer (4/5): there are better options than this hotel for sure - Staff were friendly and they helped us for early check in and bring water to us and also in check out they tried to help us and the location of the hotel is good The property is not matching the price even its location is near from the taksim square, but the reception is poor and the suite were very normal without any fancy items, cattle was broken and the toilet is not good without shampoo, shower gel, etc., and the sheets and blanket were poor and not clean, view is so disappointed for us looking of the backyard of the hotel and too much garbage, however the staff were friendly.

• Luthfia (6/5): Location is great with easy access to Metro - Location is the best! Beds are comfortable. Good value for money. You have to beg for cleaning and they don’t tell you that you have to be out to the room entirely for them to be able to clean. They don’t come and check whether you require cleaning, nor do they tell you how housekeeping works on arrival so out of 6 days, our room was cleaned fully once and this after I had to have words with the staff who act like cleaning is a favour they’re doing for you. They have one cleaner and when I told them I had a meeting to take so I could not be out of the room at 12pm, he had the audacity to question me and tell me “who comes to Istanbul to work?” Housekeeping can be improved and they ration toilet paper to two per day. Staff need training on how to deal with guest requests and employ more cleaning staff.

• Evgenii (9/5): С точки зрения соотношения цены и качества - это очень хороший вариант переночевать в Стамбуле в пешей доступности от мн - Хорошее расположение. Удобный номер на 3-4 человек. Приветливый персонал. Состояние сантехники - что-то подтекало под раковиной. И также была плесень в ванной комнате.

Shower was not good, no water pressure. There was no water at all for drinking. No tissue. Also the slippers was a joke really, worst quality ever. Towels were small. Bed was not comfrotable.
