• SARA (5/5): Bon emplacement mais manque de propreté ! - L’emplacement est parfait à moins de 5 min de la plage et des restaurants à côtés. Le seul point négatif de cet hôtel est la saleté !! Nous sommes arrivés le ménage n’avait pas été fait, il y avait des miettes sur le sol de la poussière sous les lits ainsi que des chaussons usagés, la salle de bain est pleine de calcaire, frigo sale, et surface (table, bureau) poisseuses. Il faut ajouter à ça une odeur de moisissure et d’humidité ambiante dans la chambre et la salle de bain. Nous avons dû faire le ménage nous même le premier jour avec des éponges et des produits ménagés achetés dans le supermarché d’en face.

• NEDA (3/5): I would not recommend this hotel to tourists or anyone else. - On the first day, the room was not clean at all, and when I asked the staff to change my room, they said the rooms were full. However, most of the rooms were actually empty. Their attitude was not very good, and they did not provide good service. I would have liked the rooms to be very clean on the first day, but the bed sheets had not been changed at all. They were full of hair, and the room was very small and dark. The staff’s attitude was also not good at all.

В этот раз администратором была женщина и она, к сожалению не так приветлива, как администраторы, которые были до этого. Хотелось бы приезжать в Турцию и видеть настоящее радушие и гостеприимство)

• Goryaschenko (3/5): - Только расположение и персонал Старый отель, старый номерной фонд, грязно, убирали один раз за 7 дней. Завтрак просто кошмар. Чтобы что то поесть нужно ходить и просить. Хоть в 8.30, хоть в 9 часов. Покупали себе на завтрак продукты и брали с собой. Грязно.
• Valentyna (5/5): Грязно и требует ремонта - Месторасположение хорошее, апартаменты большие, шикарная ванная размерами, довольно не плохой завтрак. Постельное белье и полотенце нормальные У нас были апартаменты на пять человек, мы были втроем. Балкона нет. Номер очень старый. Грязь, ужасная мебель, все старое , вонь из канализации, из нормальной мебели один диван и тот имеет расположение, что им особо не воспользуешься, ссади телевизора, на котором нет сигнала. Кровать ужасная пружины в спину, две отдельные кровати , там где пружины не давили но ободранные по бокам, в ванной грязь, пол грязный , его кто то помыл кусками и попросту размазал. Посуда практически отсутствует, несколько стаканов , вилки и пару ножей и две чайные ложки все разное. А еще три разных тарелки и одна сковорода, которой нужно на мусор и грязная кастрюля без крышки, ни пакетика чая ни сахара. На кухонных полках по пыли можно было рисовать. Микроволновки тоже нет, попросили вечером разогреть еду на рецепции , неприятная россиянка, ответила что у них нет , хотя на кухне мы видели. Чайник работает через раз, древний . Ободранные покои в раненой, старый кухонный стол заклеен какой-то пленкой, которая тоже устала. Шторы хорошие, но когда они стирались об этом история умалчивает. Вообщем впечатления ужасные. Я понимаю что это не пять звезд, но можно хотя бы все вымыть, мы сняли у них самый дорогой номер, боюсь представить что в дешевых.

Safe not working old style or boxes monkeys Dining area so dark most of the time looked miserable runny down . Breakfast only eat once wouldn't say much. Area music in the neighborhood till around 23 hrs In general I wouldn't visit the place again.

• Eduard (8/5): I was there for a short time with my grandfather. I was satisfied with the room and the food. - Air conditioning in the room, cheap grocery store on the opposite side of the hotel, the breakfast was sufficient and pretty good to my taste. Transfer car is nice, but much more expansive than taking a bus, which can be a convenient option for people who can walk a little bit during heat time to the bus station and wait for the bus. There are several cafes nearby, just think of getting some local money beforehand. Elevator is not stopping on each floor, it takes some walk to reach the beach, it might be difficult to older people because the heat multiplies the distance. It is not an issue for younger people though. If you are taking a bus from the airport to reach the hotel, better relay on the one where you do not need to change for another one half way to the hotel. It is really hard to catch one afterwards. There is no information on the bus stations and besides, the buses are not following the plan exactly, so I would recommend wait a bit longer for the one which goes straight to the place near the hotel and thing of some internet connection (with internet it is fine taking the two bus option as well, as you can see all the options available to get to the hotel, just think of the need to make the bus stop for you ^^). The buses do not take cash, but you can pay with European credit card there. The bus drivers often do not stop if you do not signal them to stop. The way to the beach is not entirely clean. If you consider changing money at the airport, do not change much, they give 20-25% less than the actual exchange rate.
• Mariusz (5/5): - Koty. Pokój sprzątany 1 raz w ciągu 8 dni i wymiana ręczników 1 raz (na żadanie). W pokoju śmierdziało szambem i zgnilizną z łazienki. Jednego dnia nie było wody. Połamana deska sedesowa( wymieniona następnego dnia). Brudne stoły w części jadalnej, zimne jedzenie, jednego dnia nie było nawet kawy, bo zabrakło (w Turcji!!!), brudny taras przy stołówce, po deszczu stały tam kałuże, błoto i liście przez parę dni. Na stołówce brak przypraw, jedna solniczka na kilkanaście stołów. W pokoju "sejf"w postaci blaszanej skrzynki w szafie, nie przymocowany do niczego, można wziąć pod pachę i wynieść ( depozyt za klucz 20 €). Fatalny internet, tnie się jak diabli, tv nie działała przez większość pobytu. W pokoju 105 drzwi balkonowe się niezamykają, duże zdziwienie gdy zarządałem wymiany pokoju. W pokoju brak czajnika, szklanki, bardzo głośna lodówka, trzeba wyłączać na noc! tel nie dzialał.Obsługa ruskojęzyczna. UNIKAĆ!

• Alina (10/5): - Довольны остались этим отелем. Расположен в пешей доступности от автобусной остановки, пляжа, магазинов и ресторанов, пабов. Персонал отзывчивый. Завтраки скромные, но все есть, что необходимо.
• Temirlan (9/5): - Хороший чистый с хорошим месторасположением 3-5 минут от моря. Уборка смена белья нужно говорить на ресепшене . Персонал приветливый . Завтраки обычный турецкий завтрак голодными не останетесь. Лифт идет только до верхнего этажа, без остановки на промежуточных этажах.

In the bathroom, there was nowhere to put our belongings because the shelf was broken. The air conditioner gave off a musty smell when turned on, so we didn’t use it.

• Marcelllina (7/5): - Personalul a fost amabil. In baie mirosea îngrozitor, wc-ul curgea, dusul foarte mic. Balconul o gluma, scaunele și masa erau așezate pe marginea balconului pentru cu ușa se deschidea in balcon și nu era loc. Micul dejun foarte sărac.

• Caroline (8/5): We had a good time. Did most things on our list. Visited Perge, Kemer, Open Air Museum, Old Town - The location was great. Buses to everywhere. Supermarket, beach and restaurants close by. Swimming pool was nice. Staff were lovely and helpful. The pool bar wasn't open. Too many cats around. Breakfast was not really suitable for me being vegetarian. plenty fruit, tea and coffee. Hot dishes were peculiar/unusual. Some info about local buses etc.. would have been helpful

• Rita (10/5): Excellent and exceeded our expectations. - We were very satisfied with everything, the staff is kind and helpful (especially Taha and Nedin). The breakfast is plentiful, varied and very delicious (they constantly replenished it when it ran out). If we asked for anything at the reception or from the cleaning staff, we got it immediately. They also helped us with the shuttle service and excursions. The location of the hotel is excellent, the pool is clean, the beach is also quite close. Everything was fine.

Has to be more hygienic!! - 1/ Position is great - very close to Konyaalti beach. 2/ Staff is very friendly. 3/ Breakfast included was a surprise, although it wasn't best (see the next section). 4/ There is a convenience store right across the hotel. 5/ Pool included - while small, it's nice to have. 1/ Unfortunately I can't leave this one out - while the toilet seat was 100% clean, the porcelain part underneath the seat (the one that goes into the ground) was very, very dirty as it had stains from previous uses. 2/ Breakfast is nice to have, but it's not very diverse - after 2 or 3 days you'll likely want to eat out. 3/ Bedsheets were smaller than the bed and they wouldn't cover the entire mattress. 4/ Towels and pillow covers weren't cleaned properly either.

• Mihály István (8/5): Készségesek, egy nappal előbb érkeztünk, segítettek a szállásunk biztosításában. - Rendben volt, nem túl változatos, de lehetett váltogatni naponta a fogások között. Saját víztisztító berendezéssel biztosították az egészséges vízhasználatot az italokhoz. A tisztaságra nagyon odafigyeltek. Volt olyan vendég aki a reggelivel próbálta biztosítani az egész napos élelmezését.

Habitaciones normales, cama, mesillas y poco más, la nevera hacia muchísimo ruido, y los aires acondicionados también.

• Арайкызы (9/5): - Отличный отель в Анталии на берегу пляжа Коняльты, который находится через дорогу. Отель расположен в отличном месте. Улица тихая. Отель совершенно соответствует и даже превышает ЦЕНА=КАЧЕСТВО. Хороший завтрак. Отличный бассейн. Глубина 140 см. Есть так же детский бассейн рядом. Бассейн работает с 10:00-18:00 ежедневно. В первый день нас заселили в прокуренный номер, где пахло алкоголью. Кровати были две односпальные, хотя МЫ просили и я УКАЗЫВАЛА на букинге ОДНУ ДВУХСПАЛЬНУЮ. Мы пожаловались в стойку регистрации и нас переселили в ту же минуту в другой номер. За это отдельная благодарность персоналу. Новый номер был чистым и хорошим. Это единственный минус. Не критично.

• Ilia (9/5): - The staff was friendly and welcoming, making both check-in and check-out smooth and hassle-free. The location is great — just a short walk from the sea. A reliable internet connection was important for me, and although the routers were located in the hallway, the signal in the room was strong enough for video calls. That was a big plus. Nothing in particular. Everything met my expectations.

• Dawn (7/5): Friendly boutique hotel - Location was just a short walk to the beach and restaurants. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Breakfast was limited as was breakfast times, unable to get a drink prior to day trips. Pool hours were very short
• Sanja (10/5): Odlično - Jako nam se svidio hotel jer smo željeli blizinu mora i svih sadržaja i ovaj hotel ima sve. 8 dana smo proveli u hotelu. Hotel ima pristupačnu cijenu i doručak uključen! Bazen čist, osoblje je jako ljubazno. Klima u sobi nam je bila spas! 3-4 minute hoda do plaže! Trgovine su blizu, restorani. Sve je bilo super.

Many lovely chats and they are lovely people who help where possible Location was good and close to the beach, grocery store across the road and plenty of restaurants, bars and shops close by Nice pool - though small The cleanliness was poor - had to request to move rooms within 5 minutes of arriving. The second room was only slightly better but we made do. There are bed side lights and a telephone on show but these were props and did not have electricity points. We actually had an electrician come who was dumbfounded by the no wires and the circuits The bathroom had lots of grime and dirt in corners especially the shower. Where the radiator was meant to be for towels there were points to attach but wasn’t there. The bed was clean but hard and low. The sheets for cover were hard and scratchy and didn’t make for good sleeping The cleaning service I had to ask for cleans and on two occasions these didn’t happen. False advertising as no sauna/spa area. The lift does t go to the second floor only ground and 3rd floor. The reception telephone service is none existent. There was no kettle or amenities for drinking in the room. The electrical points for charging only one socket worked and even on putting the iPhone on charge for the full night didn’t charge the phone fully come the morning The pool area is small and really would only fit a family of 3-4 to play and swim in. Cleanliness is poor

• Siala (1/5): - Fruktansvärd upplevelse – välj ett annat hotell! Jag bodde på Kolibry Hotel i Antalya och är otroligt besviken. När vi kom in på rummet var allt smutsigt – toaletten var äcklig och toasitsen var dessutom trasig. I deras policy står det att städning sker dagligen, men vårt rum städades inte en enda gång förrän vi själva sa till. Handdukarna byttes aldrig under hela vistelsen. Personalen i receptionen var otrevlig och hälsade aldrig, förutom en ung kille som var trevlig. Frukosten var under all kritik. Brödet var stenhårt och varje gång vi bad om nytt bröd fick vi höra att de skulle ”gå och handla mer”. Det är helt oacceptabelt att inte ha tillräckligt med mat till gästerna. De snålade med allt och serverade oss till och med gamla ägg från dagen innan. Jag rekommenderar verkligen inte detta hotell till någon. Håll er borta! Terrible experience - choose another hotel! I stayed at the Kolibry Hotel in Antalya and I am incredibly disappointed. When we entered the room everything was dirty - the toilet was disgusting and the toilet seat was broken. Their policy states that cleaning is done daily, but our room was not cleaned once until we asked for it. The towels were never changed during our entire stay. The reception staff were rude and never greeted us, except for one young guy who was nice. The breakfast was beyond reproach. The bread was rock hard and every time we asked for new bread we were told to "go and buy more". It is completely unacceptable not to have enough food for the guests. They skimped on everything and even served us old eggs from the day before. I really do not recommend this hotel to anyone. Stay away! frukosten, städningen , fick ingen städ förens man sa till!

Leider Familien Zimmer hatte kein Balkone und wenige Personal reicht nicht für müll entsorgen.oder in der Frühstücks saal gleich aufräumen eine Personal vor Ort versucht alles alleine zu machen und unsere Familie Zimmer Betten waren zu weich

• Elena (10/5): Sunny flat with windows on perimeter - - Great location (5 min walk to the sea), quiet area with the supermarket across the road + fruit market in the corner - Children playground - 1 min walk from the hotel - the main street (Bus KL08 to Town and Back - very easy) - the room was nice, much light from the windows on perimeter - enough space for whole family (were were 2 adults+2 Teenagers+2 kids) - nice breakfast ( everything was good) - elevator 🛗 - nice little pool - very kind, quick, professional communication with the team of the reception. ❤️Dear Taha, thank you very much for all!You were very helpful from the moment of the booking until the last minute of our stay!❤️ Good to add to the room: - more kitchen accessories - would be nice one microwave - one brush with dustpan - clothes dryer - some basic products (sachets of tea, sugar, oil etc). This additions will not cost much, but for the guests - gesture of care and love. For future guests: This room doesn't have direct sea view, just partly, in the corner from the bedroom. In the flat is one bedroom (not 2 separate) + sleeping area which goes with kitchen area together (like studio). Don't expect 2 separate bedrooms and kitchen. For us it wasn't a problem.

• Ольга (10/5): - Мне понравилось ВСЕ! Теперь только сюда, идеальное место, даже после выселения мне ребята с ресепшн помогают, меняют деньги, помогают найти другие варианты на большее количество человек. Самые лучшие впечатления остались!
• Maria (10/5): - Местоположение очень хорошее. Рядом магазин, базар, море, разные кафешки. Завтраки неплохие. Персонал очень приятный. На ночь мы открывали окно и было тихо. Сам район спокойный. На ресепшене нам предложили экскурсии, также есть возможность заказать массаж по хорошей цене. Уборка номеров здесь не является правилом, если хотите чтобы убрались, дали полотенца, убрали мусор нужно это говорить. На завтраке та же система, если хотите чтоб дополнили еду и тарелки, нужно просить. Но после просьбы все охотно выполняется. Еще в душе странный запах и в душевой кабине плесень. Раковина слишком низкая, для высоких людей думаю было бы особо дискомфортно.

• Alena (10/5): - Великолепный отель и персонал. Большое спасибо за гостеприимство! Также понравился вид из номера на горы, тихое расположение и отличная звукоизоляция. Помимо этого через дорогу есть продуктовый магазин и один раз приезжал овощной рынок с очень дешевыми ценами. Также в 5ти минутах ходьбы автобусная остановка, что тоже очень удобно. Пляж тоже совсем близко - на расстоянии 5-10 минут) И отдельное спасибо горничным, в номере было всегда все необходимое и всегда чисто. Немного не удобно, что когда приходишь на завтрак почти всегда нужно ждать горячее (картофель и т.д.), так как его всегда не хватает и всю горячую еду сразу же разбирают. Также не очень удобное время работы бассейна - с 10.00 до 18.00. Из-за чего так им и не воспользовались, так как удобнее было бы ходить в него вечером, после прогулок и экскурсий, когда уже не хочется никуда идти и хочется посидеть в отеле. Но в целом, не критичные замечания, как я уже и писала выше - все просто великолепно!

• Anna (9/5): - Хороший большой номер. Всё как на фотографиях. Чистые белые полотенца и принадлежности в ванной. Вкусные завтраки и вежливый персонал. Были с маленьким ребёнком и одной розетки не было, т.е. она была открыта и ребёнок постоянно туда хотел залезть. Нужно было всегда за этим следить.

Таха,,Чинара,Хуссейн,Озан,Шерифе просто хорошие люди. Персонал сделал наш отдых великолепным.Вкусный завтрак, везде чистота.Бассейн лежаки.Море рядом. Спасибо. . Не к чему придраться. Бассейн работает с июня

• EVA (6/5): - цена приятное, один из бюджетных отелей, но без сырых плесневелых стен, тараканов, грязи, грязных простыней и тд в номере за неделею ни разу не убрались и не предложили это сделать, не пополняли банные принадлежности. мы сами ходили на ресепшен и просили обменять полотенца, дать туалетную бумагу и постельное белье, которое мы меняли сами. об уборке тоже надо было просить самим, но об этом мы узнали за день до выселения, поэтому смысла в этом уже не было. в общем то, на просьбу всегда реагируют, приберут, все поменяют, но инициативы от них никакой не будет. мусор мы тоже выносили сами…
