• Jamel (8/5): Bon séjour - L'hôtel est bien situé, a quelques pas de la statue de taureau et à 10 minutes de l'embarcadère pour se rendre en ferry dans les différents quartiers d'Istanbul. Le personnel a été courtois et réactif. J'avais, par inadvertance réservé une chambre sans fenêtre. On m'a proposé une nouvelle chambre plus confortable. N'hésitez pas à vous rendre au restaurant voisin de l'hôtel, il est très bon et pas trop cher. L'absence d'ascenseur peut être problématique lorsque qu'on est au quatrième étage.

• mahtab (9/5): Funzionale - Sono rimasta molto contenta della mia camera economy (senza finestra). Per quel che dovevo usarla era irrilevante. L'abbiamo usata solo per una doccia e dormire. La struttura e pulita e il personale non parla inglese ma è molto cordiale e disponibile Per me è indifferente ma magari per qualcuno può essere un problema dover fare 4piani a piedi. Bagno che perdeva.

• Assel (3/5): Номер без окна и кудахтающие за стеной курицы - Отель расположен в оживленном районе, недалеко от порта. Можно быстро дойти до портовой станции и конечной автобусной остановки. Рядом много мест, где можно покушать и пошопиться. Очень маленький номер, на пятом этаже. Лифта нет. И что самое ужасное, комната без окна. Ты как будто находишься в подвале, а утром откуда-то доносится кудахтанье куриц. И кажется, что от улицы тебя отделяет лишь тонкая доска, а не стена. Как будто у тебя под боком ездит трамвай и разговаривают прохожие. Ни за что не соглашайтесь жить в номере без окна.

• Konstantinos (6/5): - The staff was super hospitable and helpful. Good price and centrally located in Kadikoy. It was quiet. The whole staircase smells of cigarette's smoke. As a result that air made the room smell bad as well during the whole night, which was uncomfortable. Otherwise, everything else was fine.
• Natalia (2/5): Certainly wouldn't recommend to a friend. - The staff was trying to be friendly On top of the room not having a window, which was not made clear in advance, there was no soap or shower gel/shampoo in the room, even though the ad promisses "free toiletries". Couldn't even wash my hands after a day of traveling, haven't seen this anywhere else in the world. At the same time, the room had a TV set, a hairdryier, and two pairs of sleepers for a single room, which is kind of ridiculous when you don't have HAND SOAP. The room kettle was missing a lid but functioned.

• Olga (7/5): Только переночевать, без иллюзий. - Дружелюбный персонал. Комната без окон, но при выборе номера этот пункт не акцентирован. Ночью душно (а я была в конце октября), вентилятор забит пылью, включения не подлежит. Чайник только на "кухне" - на 4 этажа ниже номера. К сожалению нет ни балкона, ни выхода на крышу-террасу (такое бывает во многих гестах Турции). Слышимость происходящего в соседних номерах - выше чем хотелось бы.

• Muhammad Amir (1/5): - Nothing This hotel is nothing but a trap for tourists. The night shift manager is a scammer and blackmailer. In our absence, he deliberately poured water on the bed and then accused us of damage. At checkout, he demanded €50, blocked our way, shouted at my family (including my wife, daughter, and son), and tried to intimidate us into paying. When we refused his scam, he even called the police – but the officers immediately saw through his lies and supported us. This proves it was a planned fraud from the manager himself. This place is unsafe, corrupt, and disgraceful. I have traveled the world and stayed in countless hotels, but I have never faced such humiliation and harassment. Avoid this hotel at all costs – staying here is risking your money, your safety, and your peace of mind.

Man konnte nicht abdunkeln. musste auch wieder ein Handtuch drüber hängen!!! es waren überall Spinnweben!!!!!!

• Erfan (1/5): Bad - Nothing 1-There is no AC in the room. There is no air circulation, the room had no even a windows. There was a very old and broken fan, but wasn't enough. We couldn't sleep at all. 2- You can not wash your face or your teeth because there wasn't Cold water, water coming from the tab was only hot water 3- The sheets wasn't clean at all or even howls. 4 - The room doesn't have a closet. Not defenetly worth it
• Assel (8/5): This accommodation is good for a short stay. - it was not bad actually, friendly staff, helped me with luggage and taxi, everything was pretty clean, and there were hot and cold water, the property is located in nice district with many shops and markets this day was extremely hot weather, and in our room was hot more than outside, there was a fan but it didn't help much

• Mert (6/5): Pleasant - The location is very convenient in terms of accessing the metrobus, the high-speed train or even the ferries to cross Bosphorus. Check-in was smooth, staff very friendly. Not the cleanest room I've booked. Also, it both lacks a window and an A/C or anything to refresh the air inside, so watch out if you're especially booking on warm/hot days. No big deal, but I was informed there'd be complimentary coffee & tea in the room, which wasn't the case.
• Shanice (9/5): Great value for money, ideal for solo traveller or if you’re going to be out exploring! I would use this place again :) - The room was clean, big & had everything I needed. Ideal spot if you’re wanting to go exploring and is a perfect place to lay your head if you’re doing on a trip where you’re going to be out and about! It’s simple, it’s clean, location is right in the middle of everything you need. Good walking distance from things. Staff were gorgeous people, carried my bags and were so polite & kind. I felt safe as a solo traveller. Accidentally booked a room with no window, they put me in a room with a window at no extra cost when I let them know! So kind. Room was lockable. Air con unit that you plug in worked really well & kept me cool. Great value for money couldn’t believe how cheap it was! The smart TV functions weren’t working, I was really looking forward to watching English Netflix shows at night time, so I didn’t have a TV for 3 days which was a bit of a pain. The Wifi didn’t work either. They did all they could to try and help fix it though!

Bad layout, hard to move around room, cheap fixtures and ugly furniture, big hole in wall where someone kicked, faucet falling apart, bathroom mirror installed poorly and marred significantly, no soap, no coffee, no drinking water, no nightstand, no view, no towel racks, no decoration, uncomfortable chairs, lights too bright, minimal table space.

• christian (4/5): - It’s not clean, the walls are paper thin. We couldn’t sleep because people were shouting all night. There were constant moaning sounds from people having ‘fun’ together. My previous review was deleted, hence why I used the word ‘fun’ instead of another 3 letter word that makes people moan and shout with pleasure. I would not stay again.
• Khyzer (10/5): Exceptional - The location is very centric and the staff is very accommodating, Qurban is a nice guy and he helped us to store the luggage straight away for the ample amount of time, as we have to leave for Cappadocia at night. Can't complain about anything.
• NOZOMU (6/5): - 入り口が見つけにくく、最初は見つけることが難しかったです。 部屋は狭く、窓はないですが、1人で寝るだけであれば問題はありません。 ただし、部屋には机もクローゼットも電子ケトルもコップもなく(少し汚れた紙コップはありました)、灰皿よりもこれらのものがあればもっと快適だったと思います。 その他には、水のペットボトル2本をもらいました。Wi-Fiは問題なく繋がりました。部屋は静かでした。

• Maddalena (3/5): Very dirty room - The room and the overall hotel were very dirty. In the room we found dust, dirt, and stains in the mirror etc. Also the bedsheets were unclean. The air conditioning was broken. NOT recommended.

Great communication The rooms need a few pictures on the wall and maybe a full length mirror to make it complete. I am aware this is all being re furnished so i think they will add those last finishing touches
• nisrine (2/5): - Nous avons réservé un studio familial que nous n’avons pas eu le 1er soir car il y’a eu un bug d’après eu du coup on s’est retrouvé dans une petite chambre où ils ont rajouté un lit d’appoint. Il n’y a pas de climatisation dans les chambres ont suffoqué il fait très chaud dans la chambre au mois de juillet nous avons eu droit à un ventilateur . Le ménage n’a pas été fait dans la chambre de toute la semaine , j’ai demandé un changement de serviettes en milieu de semaine. La communication est compliquée une seule personne sur tout le personnel parle anglais mais elle n’est pas toujours là. Le seul Point fort l’emplacement de l’hôtel.

• ?? (10/5): - 実は私は、宿泊前日、ボスポラス海峡サンセットクルーズで騙され、落ち込んでおりました。しかし、オーナーさんの温かく親切なお人柄のおかげ、トルコの旅の嫌な想い出が、良い想い出に変わりました。また、ホテルから船の乗船場やバス停にも近く、オーナーさんが分かりやすく近道を教えてくださりました。身体は勿論、心も癒されました。オーナーさんのおかげで、トルコのことやトルコの皆様のことがまた大好きになりました。いつかまた、オーナーさんに会うために、このホテルを予約したいと思います。オーナーさん、本当にありがとうございました！
