- liangbo (10/5): - The location is excellent. It takes only 3 minutes on foot to reach the metro station, and just two stops to get to major scenic spots. The apartment is tidy and cozy, with friendly and attentive staff. It is just one street away from Galata Tower, yet the surroundings remain peaceful and quiet. A small supermarket is a 2-minute walk away, and a perfect square for watching sunset lies within 3 minutes' walking distance. There is a traditional Turkish kebab shop downstairs. Though compact in size, it boasts decades of heritage and delicious authentic taste. The flat is fully furnished, spotless and comfortable. It is also equipped with a high chair and a foldable stroller for kids. I stayed here for five days and had an absolutely wonderful experience. You can see scenery reminiscent of the Turkish flag outside the window at night.🇹🇷

Aleyna muy amable y atenta a todo lo que necesitemos. Un verdadero placer alojarse en Bellavia! Muchas gracias por todo Esta muy cerca de la torre Galata, y dos o tres dias fue dificil dormir la siesta porque es una zona comercial y suele haber algunos ruidos. Pero el resto de dias bien y por las noches super tranquilo.

Было бы дополнительным бонусом, если бы говорили по-русски.

- Anastasia (10/5): Комфортное размещение и превосходная локация - Отличная локация в центре европейской части Стамбула -тихое место , при этом буквально за углом оживленная улица, ведущая к Галатской башне , где есть кафе , магазины, аптека. Станция метро Şişhane в 150- 200 метрах от апартаментов- очень удобно добираться до аэропорта Стамбула. До главной торговой улицы Истикляль меньше 5 минут пешком. Размещение в апартаментах очень комфортное , хороший свежий ремонт и мебель, идеальная чистота, всё новое. Фотографии полностью соответствуют действительности . Очень удобные кровати, хорошего качества матрасы , постельное белье и полотенца. Есть халаты и тапочки. Кухня прекрасно оборудована , имеется достаточное количество посуды. Персонал очень отзывчивый и дружелюбный. Мы прекрасно провели время в Стамбуле. Спасибо ! Нам понравилось абсолютно всё!

- Irina (10/5): Location and perfect cleaning - In short, this is a 5-star, top-notch boutique hotel. Alyena's special attention and constant helpfulness made us feel right at home. The hotel is centrally located on a quiet street. It's a great location for sleeping in at night and relaxing after a day of sightseeing. It's also very close to the gallata tower. You can reach karakoy ferry terminal in 10 minutes on foot, the metro in 2 minutes, and the gallata bridge in 7-8 minutes. We visited almost all the tourist attractions while staying here. The apartments are new and just like in the photos. Extra towels are available in the cupboards. It has a large kitchen, which is a huge plus for those who cook during long stays. Free water and herbal teas are provided in the apartment. Thanks to the smart tv, you can continue watching your favorite shows in the evenings. The building is quiet, peaceful, and safe. The hotel has an elevator, starting from the 1st floor. Thank you to Alyena for her help throughout our stay. N/A , Perfect ⭐️ Just a luggage chair can be added to the apartment.

El alojamiento estaba en un primer piso, encima de una tienda de lamparas, llegamos de noche y decidimos salir a cenar algo, al lado derecho habia una calle con ambiente, y cuando llegamos a ella, resulta que es la de la torre Galata. Mas cerca casi imposible, poder disfrutarla en la mañana sin turistas es imoresionante. El alojamiento esta muy bien ubicado, todo esta cerca y con el transporte publico se llega facilmente a cualquier parte de la ciudad, aunque nosotros caminamos mucho. El piso en questión era muy confortable, tenia dos habitaciones de buen tamaño, una sala de estar con cocina y un baño, suficiente para descansar y cenar alli alguna noche. Aleyna muy amable y dispuesta, hubo muy buena comunicacion. Sin dudarlo regresaba alli si tengo ocasion de volver a Istanbul. Solo una recomendación personal, una escoba sería muy útil en según que ocasiones.

The location is less than 100 meters from the metro. The Galata Tower is nearby. Despite being within these tourist areas, the location is quiet and peaceful. We loved it. Always checking in to see if we needed help with directions, reservations or recommendations for places to go, etc. The apartment location was unbeatable, only a five minutes walk to Galata Tower, yet situated at an area full of lighting shops, away from the noisy crowd from the restaurants leading to Galata Tower. It is also a 10 to 15 minutes walk to Galata Bridge/Kadikoy area. The apartment is on the upper floors of a lighting shop, how cute! Everything about the apartment was on point. Nicely appointed, bed was very comfortable, fully equipped kitchenette, sufficient towels provided and free WIFI! Nothing

- Leonie (10/5): Du bist fantastisch - Es war ein Aparthotel, in dem ich mich sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt habe. Das Apartment war sehr sauber, die Bettwäsche duftete herrlich und es war komplett ausgestattet. Es gab einen Toaster, eine Mikrowelle und ein Kochgeschirr-Set, sodass man problemlos selbst kochen konnte. Die Lage ist sehr zentral, aber dennoch in einer ruhigen Straße. Man kann nachts wunderbar schlafen und den Rest des Tages damit verbringen, Istanbuls beliebteste Sehenswürdigkeiten zu erkunden. Bei unserem Besuch regnete es, aber das Hotel hatte einen Regenschirm, den wir benutzten. Aleyna organisierte für uns Ausflüge zu den Orten, die wir besuchen wollten. Sie nahm uns mit in ein türkisches Bad in der Nähe des Hotels, und es war fantastisch. Vielen Dank, Aleyna, für deine Empfehlungen. Ich werde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen und wieder hier übernachten.

The apartment was exceptionally clean and meticulously prepared, truly providing the comforts of home. The kitchen was well-equipped and had more than enough for everything we needed. Tea, coffee, water, and herbal teas are also provided in the apartment. The coffee, latte, and herbal teas are delicious, and the tea tastes like Turkish tea. The hotel is also in a very convenient location. It's close to the surrounding cafes and restaurants, and within easy reach of public transportation.We'd also like to extend a special thank you to Aleyna. She was friendly and helpful, answering all our questions and ensuring everything went smoothly throughout our stay.

- Robbert (10/5): Wat een fantastisch verblijf! - In één woord geweldig. Het was een verblijf waarbij we ons echt thuis voelden. Zodra ik de reservering had gemaakt, kreeg ik een welkomst- en informatiemail van Aleyna. Er was een auto voor ons geregeld vanaf de luchthaven naar het hotel, dus we hadden geen stress over het vervoer. Toen we bij het hotel aankwamen, werden we opgewacht door Aleyna. Onze koffers werden gedragen. De locatie is perfect, direct naast de Galatatoren, in een rustige straat. Zodra je de hoek omgaat, zie je de metro en taxi's. Restaurants en cafés liggen op loopafstand. Het appartement was schoon en comfortabel ingericht. Aleyna vroeg ons elke ochtend of we iets nodig hadden en deed alles om ons verblijf zo aangenaam mogelijk te maken. Ze is zeer professioneel en behulpzaam. Er is een lift in het gebouw, die begint vanaf de 1e verdieping. Een grote dankjewel aan de dame die ons appartement schoonmaakte. Wat een foutloos werk! Voor langere verblijven (langer dan 10-15 dagen) zou een wasmachine in de appartementen misschien nodig zijn. Maar het hotel heeft een wasservice (laundry service). Ze wassen en strijken je kleding voor je. Ik vind dat echt super goed geregeld. Er zijn geen minpunten te noemen. Als enige suggestie: we misten een klok in ons appartement.

Hun var veldig service innstilt, og alltid tilgjengelig,enten på stedet eller telefon. Et sentralt og trygt sted å bo.Fin leilighet med alt nødvendig utstyr på køkken,rent og nytt.Vi bodde i femte etasje med sjøutsikt,anbefales! Enkelte ganger litt vond lukt på badet.

Friendly staff, very cooperative and helpful as well, especially Ms. Aleyna was always supportive as she provides a toys to my kids to keep them calm, Even I lost the host umbrella while I barrow it to use outside during the raining day but they never asking me to pay the lost expenses and also accept to extend my check-out 2 Hrs. without any extra payment which I highly appreciated. Como estava frio, optámos pelo sistema de aquecimento central, que aqueceu bem o apartamento. A localização do hotel é excelente. Fica perto de transportes públicos, restaurantes e cafés. A Torre de Gálata fica a 2 minutos a pé. Apesar de estar numa zona turística popular, o hotel é silencioso, pelo que dormimos muito confortavelmente. Agradecemos à gerente, Aleyna, por nos ter feito sentir em casa durante toda a nossa estadia. Recomendo este local a famílias que visitam Istambul. Tudo estava perfeito.

Удобно было строить маршруты в разные направления. Сами апартаменты выше всяких похвал - комфортно, уютно. Хозяйка гостиницы, господа Алейна, очень гостеприимна, отзывчива, внимательна, добра. - Saeed (4/5): Never recommend to stay in this apartment - I only got early check inn , Apartment is new The reason I booked this apartment was free airport transfer , unfortunately , once we arrived at the airport and called the hotel , they said to us sorry the airport transfer is not available and we have to book any taxi from airport to hotel by our self’s and pay for that . Secondly , we asked for an iron to press our clothes , the hotel said we have to pay 20€ !! Last thing , you have to carry your Luggage one floor long to catch the elevator , elevator is not available at ground floor . The owner of the apartment is nice lady , the main problem with the girl who is on whatsapp , very An uneducated and irresponsible person .
- Olga (9/5): Clean and modern apartment! - This property is locating about 42 min away from airport. We booked transfer through booking dot com which was much cheaper to book ahead of time (~$34). The Galata tower was around the corner, grocery store Migros 3-5 min away by walking, coffee shops and snacks were around as well. Be prepared to some noise due to central location. The apartment itself was very clean and looked just like on pictures. The kitchen was well equipped. Bedrooms were comfortable, one of our rooms was a little tight, but still ok. The most precious thing we appreciated was our host who was checking on us every morning. She was very welcoming and accommodating. We had a sewer smell coming out from the shower one day and after texting our host within 30 min cleaning lady was sent out promptly and fixed the problem. She was great. She deserves a medal. Noise is expected due to location, but if you have priority to have a good sleep, this place might not be good for you. Also, our neighbors and us had the same entry code and by accident visited their apartment. It is a safety issue for sure.

Il nostro appartamento (3^ piano) era molto pulito, arredato con cura e dotato di tutti i comfort, come da foto e descrizione. Nonostante si trovasse in una zona abbastanza movimentata non si sentiva nessun rumore. L’host Aleyna è stata super disponibile, cordiale e ospitale. Ci ha contattati prima del nostro arrivo e si è sempre resa disponibile per fornirci indicazioni e consigli per visitare al meglio la città. Un valore aggiunto. Tutto perfetto. Voto:10!
- Fabian (9/5): Tolle Lage und dennoch ruhige Gegend - Eine wirklich tolle Unterkunft. Obwohl es sich um ein Apartment und kein Hotel handelt, war unsere Gastgeberin sehr umsorgt um uns. Mit Wasser, Kaffee und sie war immer erreichbar, hat alle Wünsche organisiert (Restaurant-Empfehlungen/-Reservierungen, Taxi) und hat super schnell reagiert. Sie Unterkunft liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Seitenstraße - man hört natürlich ab und zu mal andere Gäste im Haus, aber insgesamt für Istanbuler Verhältnisse sehr ruhig. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

- Ferdinand Muller (10/5): Beautiful and Comfortable - This is a wonderful place to stay! I occasionally fly from Istanbul, and this is our second stay at this hotel. The hotel is constantly improving. Alyena is arguably the best host I've ever met. She makes us feel right at home every time we stay. The apartments are always clean and the linens smell wonderful. The kitchen is fully equipped and offers a wide selection of complimentary coffee and tea. It rained heavily in Istanbul while we were there, but the hotel, mindful of its guests, had placed numerous umbrellas on the enterance floor, which guests used when they needed them. This saved us from having to looking for umbrellas outside at night. Every detail has been meticulously considered. I'd like to thank Alyena and Bellavia Deluxe Apart for providing such excellent service. It truly lives up to its name: Deluxe Apart.

Нас встретила в отеле Алейна и предложила нам воду. Квартира работает по системе кода на двери и карты, но мы предпочли использовать карту. Это более быстрый вариант. Мы выбрали апартаменты с двумя спальнями, и они полностью оборудованы. Внутри квартиры можно найти все необходимое. Расположение: отель находится на тихой улице, в 3 минутах ходьбы от метро и в 10 минутах от трамвая. Рядом с отелем есть множество вариантов: маркеты, кафе, рестораны. Нашим фаворитом стал рыбный дюрум. В целом, нам очень понравилось, и это прекрасное место для проживания. Мы уверены, что вернемся! Все было замечательно.

- lynette (10/5): Fantastic Apartment - Our stay in BellaVia was fantastic. The apartment had a million dollar view of Fatih. It was clean and provided all the comfort of home. It was a short walk to the buzzling Galata Tower with loads of cafes, restaurants and shops. It’s also a walkable distance over the bridge to Hagia Sophia Blue Mosque, Spice and Grand Bazaar. Galataport was an easy walk as well (if your catching a cruise like we were). We stayed for 6 days and enjoyed every minute of our stay and time in Istanbul. Our host Aleyna was lovely and helpful - the best host we’ve met. We would no doubt stay at BellaVia again when we return to Istanbul.
- Martin (10/5): Super appartement op een top locatie! - Wat een super mooi appartement. En ook echt op een top locatie. Heel erg schoon, ruim en twee hele fijne slaapkamers. De keuken was ook van alle gemakken voorzien. Badkamer ook zeer schoon en erg ruim. Meer dan voldoende handdoeken. Het is echt een dikke aanrader dit appartement! Niets! Het was echt perfect.
