• Sandra (6/5): Es war örtlich und nützlich. - Unterkunft war ansprechend Leider war der Fußboden sehr staubig. Es gab kein Küchenhandtuch und morgens hat die Putzfrau um 8 Uhr geklingelt um zu schauen ob ich schon abgereist bin. Die TV Sender sind gar nich sortiert, ich habe dann nach kurzer Zeit aufgeben zu suchen.

• Stefan (5/5): Sehr zentrale Übernachtungsmöglichkeit in Frankfurt am Main, aber kein echtes Hotel - Gute zentrale Lage, sehr neues modern eingerichtetes Zimmer. Immerhin gab es zwei Kapseln Kaffee (und auch Teebeutel) gratis für die Kaffeemaschine auf dem Zimmer, das auch einen Wasserkocher hatte. Die Küche habe ich nicht genutzt, mag aber für manche interessant sein. Rezeption war geschlossen. Entgegen des Versprechens gab es an keinem der Tage kostenlosen Kaffee dort und man konnte die Rezeption auch mit dem Smartphone nicht aufsperren. Vor dem Hotel eine große Baustelle und natürlich habe ich das Zimmer Richtung Baustelle. An einem der beiden Tage wurde ich morgens vom Presslufthammer geweckt - nicht gut. Während des ganzen Aufenthaltes kein Personal gesehen - Zugang nur über Smartphone, was teilweise etwas nervig war (funktioniert nicht immer reibungslos).
• Rafael (3/5): Disappointing experience, unfortunately - The Doorman is perfect located in Frankfurt. We had big issues since our arrival. From the beginning of the stay, our room was given to another person, which had a similar name to mine. We were then given this persons room. Due to that and to different number of people and days of stay, we didn't get all the amenities for the amount of people we were right from the start (pillows, towels and baby bed, we got only one key). On the second day, our key stopped working (probably as the person who the roo was intended for had an active booking for just one night) and we needed to use an app to enter the building and the flat. The app should work with NFC and it does, if you know how to use it in the correct way (which none of the staff know about it). Normally, with NFC, you tap with the back of your phone (for payments with Google or apple wallet) but with this app, this is a no go. It will work eventually, after you waste 10-15 minutes trying. Only in the last night of stay, we figured out that if the app is open and you face the screen to the locker, it works pretty fast. I any case, customer support was not helpful when we had issues as they only suggested reinstalling the app and using it "normally", suggesting that this is the only option if the key stops working (or they could charge us 80 EUR to send new keys) - and all if this despite the fact that the key issue was due to their mistake on the first day and the fact we only received one key as well. The Doorman offers cleaning service upon messaging until 9am on the day of cleaning. We did that for the second day and it was forgotten even though we got a confirmation. The Doorman has a reception where during week days we, guests, should be able to get fresh pastries and coffee free of charge. The catch here is that you cannot get inside the reception with your key or app. Apparently you only get inside if the reception is with Doorman person.
• Teresa1912 (8/5): Lo mejor es su ubicación - La situación del hotel es estupenda, muy cerca de todo. Con parada del metro al lado. No tuvimos ningún problema con el checking La limpieza y cambio de toallas es solo bajo petición y solo de lunes a viernes que no sean festivos. A nosotros nos coincidió viernes y lunes de pascua con lo que estuvimos cuatro días sin limpieza ni cambios de toallas. La cafetera de recepción solo la encienden por la mañana de lunes a viernes no festivos, y solo pones una pequeña bandeja con cinco o seis dulces o pretzel cortados por la mitad. Cuando llegas no suele quedar nada. Cuando entramos la habitación no estaba bien limpia y faltaban cosas como pastillas del lavavajillas que luego repusieron y algo para fregar. La limpieza diaria que solicitamos fue mucho mejor. El aire acondicionado no funcionaba y hacía mucho calor por la noche porque los edredones eran muy gruesos. Nos lo arreglaron después de cuatro días, los días de fiesta allí nadie hace nada, pero se volvió a estropear.

• Jonas (6/5): Zweckmäßig in schönen Räumen in guter Lage mit Check-In Ärgernissen - Räumlichkeiten sind sauber und gut eingerichtet. Lage ist sehr gut. Die Erfahrung des Check-Ins, sowie die Möglichkeit das Gebäude zu betreten sind leider eine Enttäuschung. Als ich morgens das Hotel verließ um Kaffee zu besorgen, funktioniert die App zum Betreten des Hotels nicht mehr. Ich rief darauf hin den Hotel-Kontakt an, der mir eine Nummer gab und sagte ich solle den Sicherheitsdienst anrufen. Diesen ruf ich an, allerdings sagte man mir hier, man hätte damit nicht zu tun/ könne da nichts machen und ich solle das Hotel anrufen. Eine sehr ähnliche Erfahrung hatte ich leider bereits vor etwa fünf Wochen, als ich Abends einchecken wollte und zuvor leider keine Informationen zum Eincheckvorgang erhalten hatte (und dann feststellte, dass die Rezeption nicht besetzt ist). Auch in diesem Fall rief ich das Hotel an, Du mir sagten ich solle den Sicherheitsdienst anrufen, die mir sagten das wäre nicht ihr Anliegen, ich also erneut das Hotel anrufen musste (- leider alles während Meine Frau und Tochter warteten). Ich verstehe, dass dies ein Personal-minimales Hotel ist und finde das prinzipiell so auch in Ordnung - nur dann muss die Technik funktionieren, die eventuellen Ansprechpartner klar und freundlich sein (da war in beiden Fällen - Hotel und Sicherheitsdienst Luft nach oben), und die Problemlösungs-Prozess und -Zuständigkeiten klar geregelt sein. So ist es leider ein Ärgernis, obwohl das Hotel an sich eigentlich toll ist.

• Silvia (9/5): - Sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Die Lage ist richtig toll. Sehr lieb dass uns ein Kinderbett zur Verfügung gestellt wurde..die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und perfekt eingerichtet. Der online Check in. Leider hat es bei uns nicht funktioniert. Die Damen am Telefon hat uns aber sehr schnell weitergeholfen.

• Geraldine (8/5): Modernes Leben mitten in der City ❤️ - Wir haben drei Nächte im Doorman verbracht und waren von der sehr zentralen aber ruhigen Lage, dem modernen aber warmen Ambiente, dem sehr bequemen Bett und der Küchenausstattung begeistert. Alles in allem ein super Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis! Leider ist aktuell eine Baustelle vor dem Haus, das Apartment war aber gut schallisoliert und der „Lärm“ fing erst gegen 10 Uhr an.
• Marie (9/5): Sehr schön. Immer wieder gerne. - Die Lage ist super. Direkt an der Hauptwache. Personal auch sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Nicht gefallen ist falsch in unserem Fall. Wir waren einige Male dort, und es hat uns immer sehr gefallen. Das einzige was wir immer vermissen, wären: Geschirr Handtücher , Karaffe/Kanne für Tee und Kaffee.

Leider erhalte ich keine Rechnung über meinen Aufenthalt trotz häufiger Nachfrage auf mehreren Kanälen. Trotz mehrfacher Kontaktaufnahme via Telefon und Nachrichten verweigert das Hotel das Ausstellen einer Rechnung!!! Bin oft in FFM beruflich aber nie wieder in diesem Hotel.

• Cem (8/5): Loved it. - By mistake I booked from Goethe but actually I wanted to book from Welle. The staff helped me facilitate with quick solution it was very nice of him to take care. First floor room was really smaller compared to the room I stayed last time. If I come to Welle again I would really want to avoid staying in that room because last stay was delightful with a open and semi-closed terrace. Room was bigger and kitchen was much better.

• Carina (8/5): Schöne Wohnung mit kleinen Defiziten - Großzügig geschnittene Wohnung im Zentrum. Sauber und bis auf einige Kleinigkeiten gut ausgestattet. Geschirrtücher fehlen, genauso Topflappen, so dass man das heiße Backblech nicht aus dem Ofen nehmen kann. Fernseher im Wohnzimmer war morgens nicht mehr mit dem Netzwerk verbunden und konnte auch nicht mehr verbunden werden, so dass man sich vor Abreise nicht mehr aus den Apps ausloggen konnte. Heizung heizt sehr langsam, da die Lüftung direkt unter der Decke ist, sodass die warme Luft einfach oben bleibt. Eine Wolldecke oder ähnliches fehlt auch. Dadurch war mir lange Zeit sehr kalt.

We were noticed about the change of apartment the night before and were given only a new address with no information about the contact number and the apartment itself. I wrote many massages to the host but got no answer 2. The light in the bathroom didn’t work well 3. Some glasses in the kitchen were broken when I got them, luckily I didn’t injure the fingers 4. We wanted to check in a little earlier and sent a message, but no one responded. We couldn't check into the accommodation because they didn't send us any instructions. We called the hotline, and only after an hour did they send us the keys and instructions. I wouldn't book this accommodation again.
• Andrea (9/5): Realidad - Muy bonito , limpio , amplio , ubicación excelente No hay recepción y a la hora de hablar con ellos como no sepas inglés complicado … El chekin como cojas vuelos muy pronto no te dan la casa hasta las 15h y te escriben por booking y te dicen que disponen de un servicio de guardar las maletas , pero cuando yo llegue y llame por teléfono me dijeron que ellos no tenía constancia de ello .. El mal olor , cada vez que nos íbamos de la habitación al entrar olía todo muy mal … El tema de las persianas , ellos tienen tipo estores por fuera de la ventana y se sube automáticamente solo cuando le da la gana y luego hasta pasado x tiempo no te deja bajarlo en fin … La ducha , lo que es darte una ducha en menos de 2 min se llenaba el plato de ducha y se salía todo el agua y encima no tenías fregona ni nada y lo tenías que secar con toalla de pies …

• Lukas (10/5): Sehr schöne Unterkunft in einem Neubau - Sehr nett und modern ausgestattet. Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet um gut was zu kochen und ein Geschirrspüler ist vorhanden. Die Duschtür ist von unten undicht und Wasser läuft und das Badezimmer und ggf. in die Küche.

• ShaunaBK (7/5): Nice apartment, good location, poor communication - The apartment was as per photos - everything necessary for a comfortable stay. Great location and very clean. Coffee and pastries were a nice touch next door. Staff on the phone were rude and I was messed around with regard to my apt at this location and moved to a sister block approx 15mins away - from there i was moved back again. I had not been told this prior to me ringing to enquire about my apt key. Unnecessary stress as I ended up back in original location booked. I was afforded a late check out as compensation for this. I am unsure as to the reasoning behind what happened. My apt was noisy as it was located on a pathway to another block - not the end of the world - just be aware of this if assigned this particular apt. Noise all night in corridor as neighbouring apts had difficulty with unwanted visitors i believe.

Apartment was very clean and kitchenette had basic pots, pans and glasses. Location was safe and just couple of train stops to central station. Wifi was too weak. Their online support on booking.com was not good and dint get timely responses. Also, i heard some commotion outside where the same room was allocated to two different persons. This was one off and the rest of the stay was peaceful
• Anirudh (3/5): Great Location, Horrible Service - The location is nice and the rooms are clean and decently equipped. But that's where the positives end with this hotel. There's absolutely no one on-site to help with any issues that may arise with your room. The "Free wifi" didn't work for the entirety of the stay. It was intermittent and would connect for 20-30 seconds before dropping out. Despite multiple phone calls to their customer service and them promising "We'll send someone to check and call you back" not a single person came to check or called back throughout the 2 days. The customer service is absolutely clueless and has no technicians on hand to assist with problems. The booking was for a tourist who needed Internet for their their work and had to resort to other methods which makes no sense considering the prices charged. They don't respond to messages on Booking.com either once they have your money. Save yourself the hassle, and look for a place with actual humans on site to help when problems arise. Absolutely pathetic service.

Estaba haciendo mucho frio y habia mucho tráfico por los mercados navideños. Nadie nos contestó. No tuvimos otra opción mas que irnos a otro hotel cercano. Nadie responde oportunamente. Ahora el hotel dice que no me presenté cuando si lo hice. Es una estafa
• anthony (7/5): Disappointing service - Well equipped apartment in a great location. Clean and modern The apartment was smaller than we expected. One of our party had their booking changed to a sister hotel without notification, this caused a lot of stress and staff were very rude to deal with. A neighbour's apartment was burgled during the night and they had to pay for security to deal with it.

• William (9/5): A great place to stay in Frankfurt. We loved it!! - The location is superb, right in the middle of the best part of Frankfurt. We parked the car nearby, after unloading our bags at the hotel, thanks to the kindness of the housekeeping staff from Polska. (Thank you ladies!) We walked everywhere from then on, until we drove away reluctantly from this beautiful city. The proximity to the Christmas markets, posh stores, and excellent bakeries, coffee, and restaurants are why you should also book this property. Room was spotless, bed was comfy, shower was good, the kitchen is very handy, and two TVs (one in kitchen, one in bedroom). What's not to like? Read on. Had I checked in online according to the process that they emailed to me, we would not have had a wait to get in. So, do what they tell you, and check in according to their process. Even so, I wish there was a phone or some means to immediately resolve such a glitch. The housekeeping staff (mother/daughter) saved the day for us by calling the boss man, and ta-da, we got the key from the automated lock box. The only other inconvenience was the adjacent little room for beverages (which can only be accessed by the key you get). We went inside, and the coffee machine was not working. This was about 4p. However, it was working the next morning, so we had a latte and an americano, and enjoyed them. Thanks!! Danke Schoen.

KEIN Zimmerservice am WE, keine neuen Handtücher trotz dreimalige Bitten Trotz wiederholtem telefonischem Kontakt bei Türschlossproblematik keine Reaktion, irgendwann rief eine Handynummer an, die dann das Problem der Wohnungsöffnung beheben konnte. Nur zwei zu dicke Kopfkissen vorhanden. Probleme mit der Kaffeemaschine in der NIE besetzen Rezeption selbst behoben, auch hier keine Lösung durch die telefonische Nachfrage.

Need to provide instructions on how to use the microwave. I literally pushed every single button and could not figure out how to use it. Also, the key needs to be attached to a fob. The little chip was to easy to lose.
